The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I am shocked of how bad service this place has. Can’t be real especially in a city like this. I called them to make an order for collection and in the beginning I was talking with a very rude young lady, and I was asking just for what kind of chicken pizzas the had. She was really annoyed, didn’t want to reply to me at all-god knows why she should have this behaviour and in the end she just finished the call without saying nothing. I was calling because I just wanted to order a pizza to eat , they were not picking up on purpose and after several times I was trying to call, a different guy picked up. I explained to him the whole situation and asked why this was happening and he said that we are really sorry and he finished the call as well. LIKE SERIOUSLY ? Is this a serious service ? I am just feeling sorry for the owner for having and paying such a bad stuff. Worst experience in my life.

I visited this Pizza Hut to make an order during a very busy Saturday evening and the staff (Chris and another team member whose name I didn’t get but also wish to thank) were the most friendly and helpful I could have wished for. The pizzas were delicious, hot and cooked perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut for both the quality of food and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you!

Absolutely disgusted by the price I was charged for 2 portions of curly fries, paid £12 for literally 10 fries. Not all cooked through, some overcooked and some still frozen. When I questioned it they said it was the set price and nothing else they could do, waited 25 minutes instead of the 10 minutes they said. Wouldn’t recommend, avoid at all costs. Dirty with rude staff!

Absolutely loved it - spot on. The staff were wonderfully kind and made sure myself and my family had a wonderful night. If you have a first date planned, go here. The menu is catered for all walks of life and is cooked with exceptional beauty and a razzmatazz you just simply cannot find anywhere else. Absolutely in love, WILL definitely be going again. Collected my pizza and got to meet the new manager Kalki..my pizza was delicious , will be back again very soon good service

Simplemente extraño! El manager necesita su juego. Pasé toda la noche entreteniendo a 2 mujeres. No tenía 2 pizzas pequeñas para niños (no estoy seguro de cómo), así que la señora que hizo las pizzas salió y nos informó después de que se tomó nuestro pedido y volvió a hacer la pizza. Entonces, a pesar de estar vacío y tener un gerente, dos camareras y una persona en la cocina, el servicio era flojo. Tal vez solo reúna al equipo y ponga en marcha un poco de entusiasmo. Ordered pizza from here and if you like long females hair inside your pizza then go ahead, please look at the picture also staff have no clue how to refund your money after 3 phone calls nearly a week later still no refund, and you can not even contact anyone at there head office to complain, will not be purchasing nothing from this place or company again absolutely disgusting 🤮

All the staff are unhygienic, especially one lanky tattooed boy who looked like he’s never seen a shower in his life, food was abysmal

We ordered a large tandoori hot pizza, it arrived very quickly and hot, but the base was uncooked and very doughy. We had added extra chicken but we only found a handful, the mushrooms were raw and the taste was awful. This place has gone down hill rapidly. Avoid.

Horrible food! I asked for a burger with a hash brown on and just mayo and they put spicy chilli on it my mouth is on fire! The pizza was cold when it came and also the chips were hard

I order for the kids one is day 24th November 24 at 17:30 the pizza and chips arrive at 18.40 they just sent a magrita whilst we other chicken tikka then rang them and they said they want the old pizza back and they sent the correct pizza after multiple calls at 19.40 absolutely horrendous service and the person answering the phones was rude. The delivery driver said it was the owner himself moods (farooq) who made it wrong surely should have sent fresh chips as well and taken these ones bk as they went soggy by the time the right pizza came

I always order from this Dominos and it's always quick and the delivery people are super polite. I've had deliveries before that have mixed things up, or not put on the requested items. This Dominos is also open at convenient times, so I can get late night pizza or lunch! (which I did yesterday)

I placed an order on Friday 01:35AM a 12-inch pepperoni deluxe with 6 BBQ wings. The pizza arrived stone cold not only that I was disgusted how could they deliver burnt BBQ wings? The burnt smell took over my pizza couldn’t manage to eat it, I only had two slices. I wrote to JUST EAT explaining the issue, the response I get back was I've checked the order details to see what I can do for you. Since you paid for the order in cash, and the payment was made directly to the [restaurant/store], it's not possible for me to process a refund. In this situation, the best thing to do is contact the restaurant to ask for a refund, as they hold the funds. I hope this helps. I then contacted the restaurant explaining what I’ve been told by JUST EAT spoke to the manager/Jay absolutely rude not even an apology for selling me a burnt bbq wings and a missing item from my order, no manners whatsoever zero professionalism. Refused to give me a refund or another order free of charge….
