Dominos in Poole

Ordered 2 Pizza on a Saturday evening approximately 6:30 pm. On calling this particular at 8:55pm to find out where my food was I was informed that the order had been returned to them as the driver could not find the address. They also claimed that the driver had telephoned 3 times to find the address. As my telephone did not ring I assumed that the driver was lying. Following the conversation and ending my call my telephone rang and I spoke with someone explaining that the driver had tried to call. As this was the only time my phone rang they were obviously lying. Do not buy food from Domino’s Waterloo Rd Poole, you are more than likely going to be lied too. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid like the plague.

this pizza is so good and i love it. the nice boy on the phone was kind. sorry for spelling mistakes English is my first language.

The pizza was soggy and under cooked it was that bad that when i tried to eat it everything fell of there was hairs on the pizza ive never been that discusted in my life

I love the pizza the staff are so friendly:))))))))) The staff helped fix my marriage while i was crying in the store...I believe the person who helped me was called James he is great!!!! So yummy and sweet declious mmmmm

delivery driver arrived and had given our food to another house, i had to phone and re-order, food turned up about an hour after order and still no apology - poor service and terrible customer care

I placed an order at the air show. To collect on my way home for my son. I kept getting error with you payment, and tried three cards and gave up, stopped by the shop on my way home and ordered him one which was well cooked and he loved it! Unfortunately we then had three further deliveries....same pizza (for the record I love pizza and could have totally eaten them :) ) we explained to the delivery man Dan who was so kind and understanding. We then spoke to James the manager who understood are predicament (3 orders came through within minutes when I regained signal from the beach!) he is refunding. Long and short, pizza I collected was lovely and service I received was brilliant. Please visit them. They are top notch. Thank you Dominos Waterloo :)

We use to use this at least once a week last three times were terrible. One turned up over a hour late and was cold phoned up to complain.They sent new turned up still over a hour later like warm wouldn’t mind but there shop is less than a half mile away. Other two deliveries were not what we ordered topping missing or lack of it specially when added two portions of some ingredients. Drivers they send don’t know where there going and try to deliver to wrong address I don’t think sorry is good enough specially what price they are charging never again !!!

Never had a bad pizza from this branch of dominos, always correct and fresh. always been collected never had pizza delivered.

Time and time again this store fails to deliver on time, hot, correct food.......I literally can’t describe how inept this store is and although “ Luke “ the so called manager agrees with every complaint I have had he suggested my standards were too high........all I expect is the correct food delivered in a reasonable time at a reasonable temperature, if that is most people’s expectations I suggest you order elsewhere!

ordered online to save time and stood for 10 minutes to pay as the girl on the counter was on the phone, surely more than one person can take payment? All this time our pizzas are on the shelf waiting - shambolic

I ordered a pizza online for collection and selected a time of 45 minutes later to pick it up which gave plenty of time to prepare and cook etc. I arrived at the store and ended up waiting a total of an hour and a 15 mins over the original 45 minutes stated. There was no apology from any member of staff and every time I asked what was going on they would say “it won’t be long” on many occasions. It’s really poor that they clearly couldn’t handle the amount of orders even though they had plenty of staff , the manager was more than poor and didn’t want to take responsibility.

We usually love pizzas from any dominos. We ordered one of the meal deals as too knackered to venture out of the hotel so was glad to find a store nearby. Pizza seemed quite tasteless as did the garlic bread. None of us finished our pizzas as all a little disappointed with it all.

The food and service i received was great and I'd quite happily leave feedback on places. However to see staff bribing customers to leave feedback with extra tubs of the Garlic and Herb Dip, was a but... one shouted, make sure you write Luke, to which another responses no Marta. Shame to see this as all in all was a good experience.

We often get pizza from here and the service is excellent, delivery always comes so quickly often within 20 mins. The staff here go above and beyond and all seem to make customer service their priority. The manager is absolutely fantastic, always seems to be there working hard making sure the place is running at its best. Pizzas always arrive steaming hot and delicious!

Ordered a pizza online - i.5 hours for it to be delivered only for it to be the wrong order. Phoned them to complain and ask for the correct order to be delivered and was told it would be another hour and a half. Three hours after original order placed still no pizza. Phoned again to be told they had already collected the wrong order and redelivered the correct one - don't know who they went to as I was still looking at the wrong delivery and certainly hadn't received the correct one. They told me they would sort it. An hour later no pizza. Phoned them to be told there was now nothing they could do as were closing!. The most awful customer service I've ever experienced and certainly will not be using again or recommend them to anyone. Cann't rate food as still waiting on it to be delivered !

Rarely order from dominos. Gave in as couldn't be bothered to cook. Whilst the pizza was ok it was expensive - a special deal cost £28 for 2!! Could've gone out for less!!

Placed order for delivery via their app at 18:04. Order arrived at 19:30. Freezing cold - and the wrong order!!!! Rang up - spoke to someone who then put me on hold for 20mins before hanging up. Went to store, spoke to 'manager' who replaced the order and said I would be refunded via PayPal . Stood in store waiting for order. After 40 mins asked where it was. Hadn't been made! Made order again. Finally got home at 21:20 with my pizza!!!!!!

It's ok food the price well that silly for a pizza. We asked for a certain drink and got the wrong one.this place is down the road to the sewage how is that allowed

Estaba muy ocupado cuando vinimos aquí y parecía que lucha con la demanda ya que el servicio era bastante descuidadas. El sistema tienen que muestra cuánto tiempo tomará su pizza es inútil, porque la nuestra dijo que estaba lista, pero aún así nos llevó unos 10 minutos adicionales esperar del tiempo anunciado. Siempre vamos en orden y como las mejores ofertas están en colecciones sólo y, para ser justos, siempre tienen buenas ofertas tales como comprar uno consigue uno gratis, etc.

It was last time we ordered. Pizzas are just terrible. Had also chicken wings which were also very bad. It is very poor quality. Pizza hut at least has a good base.

First time at Domino's. Looked at the menu to decide what to have and were forced into ordering by very push staff. Screen with your order on and facility to watch being made is nice but it was quite overpriced and had a poor menu.
