Not had a Dominos for about 7 months after the last one being stone cold and taking nearly an hour to be delivered dispite living 3-4 minutes away, decided tonight to give them another try, delivery 30 ish mins not to bad I guess, pizza Luke warm and tasteless, potatoe wedges, Luke warm and hard.... having to put £18 worth of pizza in the microwave and it still tasting crap is not on, never ever again, total rip off. avoid

Food was good but had to wait over half an hour in the shop after it said my order was ready to collect. This was abysmal as I was the only one in there for the majority of it. Very disappointed after it is usually spot on here.

Delivery requested at 17:41. When delivery arrived, not all items were received, waited for the rest to arrive but now had cold items because of the wait. Advised the delivery girl I was not impressed and was shocked to be given a belligerent response. Phoned the Grimsby Branch again at 18:20, wanted to return the items and have a refund but was assured the complete order would be re-made. I agreed to this if it was done quickly. We had young children with us but eventually had to make them something and put them to bed. At 19:01, having still not received the Pizza, I phoned to cancel. I was informed that the order could not be cancelled as it was now out for delivery. I advised that it was now too late as the children had been put to bed and I wanted the order cancelled as it had not been delivered. Whilst I tried to make my points, I was constantly interrupted and informed of their situation and that nothing else mattered (I got the feeling that they were trying to get me angry so they could end the call) It became clear to me that the person was not interested in what I was saying. What they said was all that mattered. They did advise me that the second order went out for delivery at 18:35? This means that it took longer to deliver the pizza than to cook it! I ended the call very annoyed, told them to enjoy my money and suggested they used it for a BYOB Party. Whilst I was undertaking the second call, a member of staff tried to deliver the second order, but my wife declined it because the children were now in bed. I have never been confronted with such an absence of customer care, a pompous attitude and a wish not to listen to the circumstances of the customer (I would say a determination not to listen to the customer by constantly interrupting). It is sad because I have always used Dominos as a go to for take away deliveries.

Average food at high price, miserable staff. Doughy and undercooked taking far too long to prepare. Value for money is off the scale.

The wait time was absolutely ridiculous - it took 30 minutes from receiving a text to say my pizza would be ready to collect in 8 minutes. The staff were miserable and rude and all together very unhelpful. We were just ignored for the majority of the time we were there and overall I will not be ordering from here again.

This place delivered exactly when they said they would, and the pizza tasted great, fresh and hot, with a great price with the deals too

Had a ‘bit of a do’ last weekend and had pre ordered and paid for quite a few large pizzas to be delivered. Delivery was bang on time, hot and scrumptious😍 so thanks to all the team at this restaurant. We will use you again...well done

Ordered last Saturday night four large pizza's garlic bread and wedge chips, and what should have been cookies Dominos sent choc pizza instead. Delivery set for 8pm arrived at 8.40pm. All cold and over cooked with some of the ingredients missing on top off pizza. After spending £43.00 this was so dissatisfying. Also one other point to make I was ill the next day with Diarrhoea along with one other person who ate that same night, I'm not saying it was for sure the Dominos but after not eating much else that day it has made me wonder. ( just saying ) wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

On average whatever deal i get it cost about £20 for two pizza. I tried the new italian range and it was nice, but for the cost i would expect much more. I have tasted much better in quality restaurants for the same price. I think the takeout food dominos offers is nice but with a price to match. Standard rating for me. Would NOT of gone here at full price.

Got a delivery to work 3 large pizzas and some wedges. Total over £40. Luckily the boss paid! Pizzas were very nice, but no better than what you would get at places half the price

Ordered from here the other night and it has to be the worst takeaway I've had. Awful, greasy and messy pizza with a missing ingredient that I'd ordered. When I say greasy, I mean it looked and tasted like someone had poured a bottle of oil over the pizza. Didn't eat more than half a slice, and couldn't get back in touch with them.

wouldn't bother with this over priced place when you can get far better far cheaper elsewhere. The service was ok though

The pizza is lovely. Plus with the free sauce in the top of the packaging was a good idea. The order was slightly confusing to make having to choose different base etc. Prices slightly high but for a treat every now and again it is worth it. Food fresh and hot on delivery.

l have tried this pizza shop 3 times because I like to give people a chance but every time I have had a pizza from here I have been very disappointed with the quality and taste especially when you think how much they charge and you can get far better quality pizza else where in grimsby

Perfect pizza cooked as requested can't fault it at all. Very over priced so will always use the offers they have on. Will use again and recommend to others.

Disgusting £22.50 for two BURNT pizzas, waited two hours for it to be burnt and stone cold. Worse place iv ordered from never again.

Have great experiences of Domino's, when me and my partner first met we would have one every Friday night and they never failed to please. I do however find them very expensive and with a baby on the way I will only order on a Tuesday with the 2 for 1 offer which makes it more affordable. The waiting time is great. The stuffed crust is my personal favourite and we are now cookie addicts in this house as we just cannot seem to achieve the same melting warm affect with any other cookie.

I will make this short and sweet had a few of these in the past would only buy 2-4-1 normally, they reckon 1 in 3 dominoes franchise owners are millionaires and i can believe it given the prices they charge. Overpriced, tight with the toppings £17 for a pizza what a joke, try chicago town pizza's loads of topping stuffed crusts and normally get them for around £2.50-£3 when on offer or sainsburys 2 loaded pizza's 14 inch ones £8 for both of them cooked in pizza boxes wicked!!

Drove past the Grimsby Central branch of Dominos and couldn't resist the special offer of any pizza any size £5.99 collection only. Placed my order online today Saturday July 5th and set trhe delivery time for 4.30PM. First alarm bells using the online tracking facility which said it was ready at 4.10 for collection, I arrived at 4.30 hoping it hadn't been sitting around for 20 mins.Arrived home 5 mins later and it's cold, seems it had been ready 20 mins ago - what is the point in having a facility to specify the time you collect if the numpties just put it in the oven immediately and let it sit waiting for you?Next concern after heating it up in the oven and plating I noticed that it had a serious lack of topping. I'd ordered the large 10 piece vegi supreme, hardly supreme the topping only covered the first half of the pizza, everything beyond the halfway point from the centre had only tomatoe sauce.If you are going to offer any pizza any size it should be the same pizza you would normally gfet for £16.99, that is what people will assume. I don't doubt Dominos have a disclaimer buried in the small print somewhere saying amounts may vary, I'd like to compare and weigh two pizzas the same one bought within the offer and the other after it has finished.What they should advertise is same amount of topping any size pizza as I think a 6 inch pizza would have been adequately covered, they just stretch the topping out over a pizza double the size.Shame as I won't be going back tto Dominos again, they have shot themselves in the foot, for the want of an hapeth of tar...

Absolutely love Dominos pizzas. Good variety of pizzas and bases as well as sides. Not a massive fan of the sides myself, they're a bit Iceland frozen food for me but can't fault the pizzas. The only downside is the price £17 for a large pizza is pretty expensive and that's with a basic crust. Usually have offers on but as a family of 4 we like to get a med size each so it usually costs over £30, we could go out for a meal for that. However I will continue to pay it as I love them!
