Domino's Pizza in Kingston upon Thames

Ordered recently from this branch. Food arrived cold. Watched the "tracker" and it appeared the driver was driving to any address he could find..other than mine. Seems they do multiple drops...and if you happen to be the last of 4 drops...expect ice cold food. Could not even be bothered to complain direct to the store, as its the 2nd time its happened. Instead I will just never order from them again, and I suggest you do the same.

Could not be bothered to cook for myself, and wanted to watch a trio of cooking programmes including one, I had neither seen nor heard of, until last night - ‘Mystery Diners’ (how had I never seen this - food AND surveillance!?!?! Most intriguing indeed). Placed an order for a small cheese and tomato pizza, along with some potato wedges. Order arrived, both warm and promptly, considering these takeaway places must be receiving copious amounts of orders, from people stuck in their homes. Pizza was nice and wedges were totally fine.

Tried to deliver a cold pizza after being out for delivery for 30 minutes, driver said he had been doing 3 other deliveries but could see him not moving on the app for at least 10 minutes. When I phoned to advise what he was doing they were useless on the phone

This is a nice domino's, not a bad place at all, it was fresh and still hot, a little expensive but extremly delecious, thanks domino's!

Not that great all my pepperoni was burnt and it was cold time I got to my door and I live on the same road

Received these beauties with our order last night. Whilst trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and just inform them, weve now been accused of lying and keeping them in our house until we placed our next order. The customer service is awful especially Alex who claims to be in charge.

To be fair I order thorough my app and they are spot on for time I request and any extra toppings too as I always order extra tomato 🍅 base , seen negative reviews but not had a bad pizza always on time and hot and gooey. Epsom branch on the other hand, pffft!!!!!

Pizzas were delivered late and then without the Coke we ordered. Had to wait a further 15 mins for the coke, by which time the pizza was already eaten or cold . No apology, refund

They are the worst possible takeaway in the are! First of all mixed up the orders, secondly I must wait over an hour for right order to be deliver!!!

How can someone loose an order once it's made. Yet dominos in Tolworth can. Also other than different types of coke they do not have any other drinks. Not very accommodating.

One pizza were so covered in a thick layer of herbs that you could see no other colours, It just tasted peppery & was inedible. The second pizza was not much better. I do not know if they have a high turnover of staff, but there is no consistency in the food they turn out & delivery time was 1 hour. Nothing good to say about this

Delivery driver had two of four items, then handed over the cold box of wings that his friend in the car had already started eating.... he then said he'd be back shortly with the correct items. He returned 10 minutes later empty handed and wanting paying, saying another driver would be along shortly with the order. Unreal. Amazingly he was surprised when the answer was no, and his friend in the car looked to be eating someone else's order!

so placed an order with these guys after an hour and 15 called up to see what the delay was and was told they forgot about the order, had to then wait another 30 minites, when it arrived driver forgot the sides and drinks by the time we got our full meal was just gone 2 hours

As you would expect the food is very good and the standard is spot on. Had a good deal buy one get one free if you collect, very good

Compramos una comida para llevar. Tuve atún y el maíz, el maíz dulce sabía un poco secos. Mi hijo y mi marido tenía la fiesta de la carne, tuve una porción y me pareció que sabía mejor, me encanta la salsa barbacoa. Mi hija en ley tenía la margarita y dijo que estaba bien. ¡Qué bueno era muy rápido servicio. Me alojaría de nuevo.

llamada a confirmar que aceptarían un vale que tuve, después me decía repetidamente que estaba equivocado sobre el precio que finalmente habló con el gerente, quien confirmó que era correcto. Recoge la pizza, llegamos a la casa en cinco minutos y es frío y en la base está quemada, claramente una pizza recalentados, no podría terminar, absolutamente terrible.

Mi hijo 11 años padecen enfermedades crónicas usó su bolsillo para comprarse su propio una pizza mucho selecta de este lugar. Llegamos a buen tiempo pero pizza no era tan ordenados! Cuando llamé para quejarme, me dijeron que me debe estar equivocados como la señora en el teléfono lo había hecho. No estaba mal, y sin duda no la barbacoa rellenas corteza mi hijo había pagado más. Así que después de unos minutos me preguntaron si quería una sustitución ... sí mi hijo quería lo que ordenó. Me dijeron que no estaba mal. Entonces ella llamó a 2 minutos más tarde para decir que serían 45 minutos y para enviar la otra pizza.

Ordered online. The pizza and sides arrived... Wrong. I rang up and they said I had clicked the wrong thing on the website, I read out the email order, they then said they would send me the right pizza. I reminded them about the sides and they said ‘If they had time’.They arrived an hour later with the right order but just stood there and asked why I didn’t tip... erm... because I was now eating 3hours later than expected after the wrong order!

I've ordered from here several times and I will say that dominos is by far the best pizza available from anywhere. The problem I have is consistent quality! One time pizza is perfectly cooked, the next it's near anough raw, especially round the crust. Get your consistency shorted out and your be 5star perfect.

Staying locally at the Travelodge, this seemed like a good place to grab a pizza.We had their 2 pizzas for the price of 1 on collection which was good value at £16 for 2 pizzas. Pizza was cooked to order within about 15 minutes and very tasty.
