Pizza was absolutely disgusting, and I accidentally ordered tomato base instead of bbq, so that's my fault. But the tomato base tasted awful, and off, cheese smelled funny and I'm sure the pizza dough wasn't cooked long enough, only had 2 slices of the 8 in a medium pizza, no point calling as they never do anything, may go head office about the standards of this food! I kid you not, I could of gagged

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery , 1 hr 39 min delivery time! We are very local , I was offered a full refund , and apologies. We are the pizza . An hour later they sent the same order again, which I refused. Never got my refund . So will not use them again . They also no longer accept cash , which annoys me.

On the rare occasion we have ordered a delivery online from Dominoes in Ware its been a bad experience For the 3rd time in a row our food hasn't arrived or the orders wrong and quite frankly when you call them they don't care. 'Have a refund in 3 to 5 days' is the responseI I pay you immediatey and you keep my money even though I ahven't got any food?! That's the last time - Dominoes head office should be appalled!

Wa served by a lad called Adam was the best customer service I have received was watching him work he’s very good with customer on the phone and his friendly attiutude was amazing I’ve had bad experiences before but will deffo be coming back thanks to him

Order never showed up after 2 hours now the restaurant is closed!! Was never informed and not been offered a refund

Waited for 2 hours for a delivery. Tried to call but they kept answering and hanging up. Disgusting. I will be taking this further.

Been using papa johns for a while and thought I’d give dominos a go as it’s nearer to my home! Biggest mistake ever. Ordered at 1700 final got pizza at 1745 (collection) the most unorganised and inefficient takeaway I’ve ever seen. Got order mixed up with someone else and then pretty sure he fibbed to me saying it’s sorted then he realised my order was sitting there all along! Incompetence at its best. Im a very patient person and hate complaining but 10 mins I suspect pizza was sitting there. Walked home with awful bland pizzas and they were cold! Never again

So, I ordered a pizza, it arrived all was fine. Then I looked at the pizza and noticed it was the wrong pizza, phoned up the store to explain that they had given me the wrong pizza, and was assured i would be sent out another one in replacement as soon as the driver came back into the store. Well as of writing this review i have been waiting almost 4 hours. I've even called the store a handful of times and keep being told the exact same thing, that their manager isn't in the store or anyone who can help me with my problem and to call back in 30 mins, which i have now done 3 times. This is unacceptable!!! I now have a cold uneaten pizza, sitting here to be collected!

Lovely pizza , used a voucher so was very good value for money. We had a large pizza and potato wedges and both were cooked to perfection. Delivery did take a little over an hour but it was a Saturday night so was expected to be busy. Delivery driver was very friendly and happy. Would definitely use dominos again and recommend it to anyone

After two years an update, still one of the best pizza in Ware. When collecting staff are still as friendly and efficient as before. When I have a delivery the drivers have always been cheerful and with a quick delivery time. I order on line via their app which is so easy and the tracker makes it easy to see how long it's gonna be. I've never had a problem with them. Again they would get 5 stars but being partly Italian (where the best pizzas are made (in my opinion))

Waited hours since we ordered the food, food was cold so asked if we could have it redone then have to wait another 30 mins!!!

Not quite 4* but nearly there. Consistently good tasty pizzas. Consistently bad service. Often waiting as pizza hasn't been made, button not pressed by staff to complete the order over the phone. Cheese Dough balls ordered but given the ones that have pepperoni in them - never good for your vegetarian wife. Often when waiting I hear managers taking complaints over the phone. Good solid food but staff need more training and need to look after your loyal customers.

Ordered online waited 2hours still no pizza. Phoned to see what's going on and ended up cancelling the order and going with out. Absolutely decreasing service will not be using again not even an apology!!!! Purity poor

Haven't been to many other branches but found this is the best that I patronised. Only been for collection never had a delivery. Fast service, friendly helpful staff. Ideal for when I work late and can't be bothered to cook. It certainly does the job for me.

I used to order regularly from dominos, and have used many branches over the years, however this year the service & quality has gone downhill at this branch. The last time the order still hadn't arrived over an hour later, after calling to enquire, recieved promises it was 'on way'. After another hour the order arrived with one pizza wrong. Again called up with promises to fix, by the time it arrived I was ready for bed not my dinner! Also the quantity of cheese has been reduced so much that it really isn't compatible to the better quality pizza dominoes used to make a few years ago. Needless to say, I no longer use this branch.

Wrong order delivered after waiting nearly an hour and a half. Re made order and by the time it was deliver it was time for the children to go to bed- a free pizza for next time was promised. After trying to redeem our free...

Good quick delivery via their app. Food was hot and generous portions. Delivery driver was polite & helpful too.

We ordered a take away last week ordered two large pizza when they arrived after not too long of a wait we was disappointed with what we received the pizza was undercooked and more doughy than normal my partner couldn't eat his as he specified no onions as he is allergic but they still smothered his pizza in red onion. Very disappointing and will think twice before ordering from this branch again.

Often use the online app to order pizzas. Easy to use and keeps you updated as to what point your pizza is at. It is always quick and on time without fail. Great food, accurate timing and friendly staff.
