Terrible delivery service from Compton Wolverhampton store, just take a look at the attached photo and judge for yourself

I Ordered vegetarian pizza and they delivered pepperoni pizza. 😠 at closing timing. How you can give non vegetarian pizza to vegetarians

Avoid if need gluten free pizza tiny and missing the meat of my meaty one lol but delivery man was loverly 😆 🤣

Our pizza was delivered in a timely manner and the correct items were delivered. Unfortunately one of the pizza's were burnt and the cookie dough was burnt and the ice cream melted. I love Pizza Hut in general but my last few orders have been disappointing from this outlet.

Ordered 2 pizza the man came to the door and said you second. He went over the road and then came back after a short time and the boxes were wet and half open.The pizza were both cold never again!

Awfully cold pizza, cookie dough missing and incorrect drink. Arrives 30 mins late, not one bit of consideration by driver or man over the phone, will not be ordering again if it was free

I hate To do this as I adore pizza so much but also have to do it for all my pizza loving comrades out there... I've ordered from this store only twice and had bad experience both times, the first it took over 2 hours to deliver but that was around a year ago so forgiven and tried again, took just over 1 hour 20 to deliver from literally 5 minutes up the road, the food arrived cold, pizza nachos wedges with cheese, and garlic bread was all dry and extremely tasteless. Also the pizza was so hard to bite it made a tear noise as I bit into it and honestly my jaw now hurts. Safe to say I won't be ordering from here again, dominos are the one for me... sorry to rant but don't want yall to have same experience

Tried to order 2 large pizzas and the order took 1 hour and a half, and didn't arrive! Had to cancel and get a refund from head office. Called the store about 10 million times and didn't get an answer, called every other store in the area and they couldn't get in contact. Absolutely abysmal!! Would rate even less than 1 star, because didn't even get to try the food!

Had 3 pizzas delivered still over 3 half pizzas to throw away, food bloody terrible, last time we order from there!!!!

Ordered a pizza and was suppose to receive some dips (sweet chill is a big favourite of mine). Once I had the delivery and opened my wedges, there wasn't any. Phoned the place to ask if the driver was nearby because I didn't have my dips. They sent someone down to me with dips. Good food and value their customer. Will defiantly order again.

45 min to deliver, ok that was to be expected, But to have a cold, stale pizza from such an established brand was very bad. The supreme pizza should have been called onion pizza as thats pretty much all that was on it. My son and I did consider eating the box it came in as believed it looked fresher and tastier than the pizza itself. Never ever ordering from there again - total waste of money

Came at 9pm on a Wednesday and it was nice and quiet so we were saved straight away :) Salad bar was fresh and we all enjoyed our pizzas. 25% off the total bill made it a really good price (Cineworld Unlimited card) Would go again!

Placed order for home delivery at 8pm phoned at 9.30pm to see where it was, the guy who answered the phone was rude and just palmed me off with 'he's just left the car park' phoned 4 times after that, first time someone answered then hung up, phoned again 3 times and didn't get any answer 2 and a half hours in and still didn't receive my food. If you're thinking of ordering from here I wouldn't bother, I'd go with dominoes

I had a great pizza with salad and the ice cream factory. I had loads of chocolate sauce on my ice cream and a lovely fizzy orange tango from the drinks machine and lots of ice. I had a very healthy start but that ended up as a end a unhealthy end.

Nice clean place. The buffet they offer is good value for money and plenty of selection. They do a lovely pasta selection too. But if your going to Pizza Hut to be fair you should be ordering a pizza.

Food brilliant and fresh as always, cant get enough of Pizza Hut, staff were very friendly and accommodating, will be back very soon.

I have had a number of bad experiences at most pizza huts but I decided to try Pizza Hut after a year and was pleasently surprised since they made the salad free standards went down in my opinion but on returning after a year the food was great the facilities were modern and everything was up to date will be returning again hope that this wasn't a one off

only use pizza hut for the buffet nice selection but been there that many times they need some different ones on. good pasta.

Now, I am not a massive fan of pizza anyway, but the grease these served was bad. I went in for the buffet option and tried a thin crust cheese & tom pizza. The cheese was obviously processed rubbish filled with grease, but the worst part came with the pasta. Now it was not the busiest service ever so I expected good service which we got, however because it was quiet, the pasta had obviously not been replaced, this resulted in the sloppiest, most bland, nasty pasta I ever had in my life, I visited at 2:30, so I believe that pasta had been hot held from the very beginning of lunch service.The only saving grace for me was that the lad serving was nice and I managed to have two bowls of salad to make up for the rest of the selection. I beg that whoever goes does not have the buffet option as it is terrible though. £6.95, and I went home hungry after only having salad!!!!

Waited 90 minutes for home delivery pizza... we live a under two miles on the same road, delivered cold / lack of toppings. Poor service when we complained eventually offered replacement meal after complaint via Facebook to head office but never had the free replacement as this Pizza Hut is truely dreadful ! just order from Dominos Willenhall now

You know exactly what you're going to get. Fast, friendly service, great pizza. Prices are reasonable. Not much to say otherwise!
