Ordered my food it said it was going to come on 8:45. I didn’t get my food and waited for another 45 minutes. Tried to call the restaurant and the number didn’t go. Tried to go to the physical shop and it wasn’t open when it said it was bloody open. Then when I got home it said the food was delivered when it wasn’t. This restaurant is a scam. I’ve noticed that there’s multiple food stops and they are legit but this one is a carbon fake scam copy. Don’t buy food here. Also Deliveroo allowing this restaurant on its platform despite their scamming is up rightly disgusting. Tried to request for a refund and it didn’t give me one saying the restaurant number doesn’t go. Not my problem u should’ve knew

Ordered from here 3 nights in a row now considering how nice and fresh the food was. Will definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try Food Stop. Fast delivery service too! Update since last recent visit in 2024: the shop has gone downhill since it first opened and the quality of the food is not the same as it was anymore. Plenty of better fast food takeaways that are around.

Didn't pay their bills so the landlord seized the property... PERMANENTLY CLOSED

This restaurant is pathetic; they need to be closed. I placed an order at 1 am, and it took 3 hours to deliver, but I didn't receive my food at my doorstep, while the app showed it's delivered. After a late-night shift, I was hungry and sleepy, lost my money and time.

Ordered online at just eat. An.hour after expected delivery.. still no food. Gave them a call they said it was on the way. Not long later delivery man turned up we ordered masala fish kebab & chips and steak and kidney pie and chips. We got battered fish and chips & a portion of chips. They had no pies! Didnt bother to call to inform us just sent pie and chips without the pie! (Baring in mind i had spoke to someone at the resturant and they never mentioned it) .. wont be going here ever again! Awful!

Ordered through Uber, didn’t turn up tried ringing store numerous times and they hung up and turned phone off so can’t get through again.

Had to wait well over an hour on a order via deliveroo, called up twice, guy was really rude and said it will be 5 mins, it took Nearly 40 mins after to arrive, food was okay, it was still warm but not worth it at all with all the trouble in waiting.

I was really looking forward to this and sadly I was disappointed I saw the reviews and thought I’d still give it a go and unfortunately it took 2hrs 30 ish to arrive. I ordered it at 12am and received at 2:30am I called up and they told me he was leaving in 10 minutes which seemed to be just so I couldn’t call back because they closed the phones in 10 minutes and it was still well over 45 minutes after I called that it arrived. The food was not great at all and I found a human hair on my donner meat but I’m willing to give second chances and I’d really be willing to try this again and edit the review if it’s better quality than this so I’d love to talk to someone about maybe sorting this out. I’m not the type of person to negatively affect food places with reviews but I have to if I find hairs etc. once again I’d love to talk to someone about hopefully trying this again to hopefully have a better experience so I can edit this review.

The worst food of my life. Firstly delivery was an hour late. Kids were hungry and angry. Secondly no idea how this place is even still operating with the quality of service and the food was disgraceful. Super dry donner. Masala fish too wet and soggy. Battered chips soggy. The pizza was the only thing that was eaten and it wasn’t the best but it was the only thing truely edible. You should travel to Birmingham for once in your life and learn how to serve food even for delivery. Who orders masala and chips expecting it to be seperate to each other and no salad or sauces as standard. Blandest food ever. I can not even state how bad this has been never again. Zero across the board.

I ordered the family deal which was very affordable and the pizzas tasted great and so did the wings. The food arrived by the time they gave which was 40 mins and was amazing.will buy from there again 100%. Really happy with this place. Because of the reviews I was hesitant to buy from here but they proved the reviews wrong for sure. Really happy with everything 👍👍👍👍

Order food at before 17.00 . Should arrive 17.45. Now is 20.00 still not delivered . Call to restaurant ask cancel order because i will go to work soon , indian lady said driver on the way she cant do notthing. Call agaim 3 more times and explain what want cancel because im went to work already. Say will cancel still nothing. Ridiculous customer service.

Think I'd give this zero if possible. I ignored reviews because sometimes when you try it's good. But this place is terrible don't know how it's still open. First off they had nothing out all in the back so you have no idea what's in your food, I think the "donner meat" was bought from the back and then it was microwaved. There was no spit in sight, when eating the meat I don't think it was even donner it had a vile taste, and burned my throat. The chips also had a strange taste and were very greasy, 8.99 for kids portion of "donner" to be honest I am surprised I wasn't sick this morning.

Ordered off uber eats not only did my food come over a hour later than expected and after taking a bite into the chicken fillet burgers and wings I noticed that it was undercooked leading to sickness and Diarrhoea , waste of money food is vile and the service was horrific was told I wasn't allowed a refund don't understand how places like this stay open

Food Stop is a great place for a takeaway at a bargain. Food is cooked fresh and a wide variety to choose from.

Ordered two bbq pizzas on Friday night and both had no bbq sauce, was also ordered at separate times! Was absolutely tasteless and tasted like the pizza box it came in! Disappointed.

The food has gone downhill. We got a chicken kebab, it looked like dog food and smelt terrible. Zero flavour. Tasted old. Had one bite and had to spit it out and throw the whole thing away. Very dissapointed. If I could rate the food zero I would.

The food isn’t too bad. The mixed kebab was way too oily. The samosas and fish and chips are ok. They once took 3.5 hours to deliver my food. They accepted my order 2hr15 before the store even opened. I was then promised to receive my order half an hour after the store had opened (3pm) and didn’t get my order till 4:15pm. May I reiterate, I placed my order at 12:45pm. Once I got my food, they gave me an extra item that I didn’t buy and one item was missing. You’d think that they would get my order correct after having 3 hours and 30 mins to make and deliver it. Also, if you ring the store, nobody picks up until you’ve rung about 4+ times. If you want to try this place out the fish and chips, samosas and milkshakes are ok. But even at that, place your order in store because they do not take online orders seriously at all and I wouldn’t recommend anything else. It’s a shame because my first order was perfect.

Sadly I can't give no stars like I want to. Service used to be amazing but now it's completely shocking and I'll never order from here again. Over 2 hours and foods still not arrived, call up can't get through when finally do the girl on the phone is so rude answered the phone, told me drivers only just left, refused a refund and told me they are too busy! Last time we ordered the food was vile and went straight in the bin.

Charged me for delivery even though it hasn't arrived cancelled it and still charged me because they made my order even thought it was just pop I highly don't recommend waste of time and money!

Might as well find a farm for sale, buy the farm and grow the ingredients yourself then cook with them than wait for these jokers to deliver food.

If i could give a 0 i would. Where do i start. Popped in last night. No food in warmers . Girl on her mobile phone ordered our food and told 10 minutes. Maybe tell your staff not to be on phone when preparing and cooking food. Got a frozen burger patty after she had been messing with till didnt wash hands and started to put toppings on a pizza ordered. Disgusting. Dropped her mobile on the side and within 3 minutes back on the mobile. She dropped the wrap where her mobile had been sitting and had her burger patty in. Put the lettuce in the wrap. Omg it was all brown. Omg if you have a 5 of the food agency they must be blind. Learn yiur staff basic kitchen hygiene she is messing with her phone the till card machine just eat machine putting frozen food to cook and not washing hands. Will be giving you a big miss in future

Honestly disgusting service women behind the counter cared more for answering her phone then put sauces on burger and wraps that we hadn't asked for she was quite rude when I asked about it overall very poor won't be coming back

Wasn't buying first time but this one was a huge disappointment. Large chicken kebab had small kebabs amount of chicken and it was too spicy (never happened before). Never wait outside for your food.

Really bad place to order from, took over an hour and half to come and I called to see where my food was and she said “the delivery drivers car had broke down” and there making me another one for another driver to bring me and then the other driver showed up after 20 minutes, kept calling and they wqs ended the phone or just ignoring my phone call and the other delivery driver said we are really sorry about it and offered me a free burger for my next order and just got in his car a drive away, I do not recommend these !!

Oh dear! Popped in on my way home for 2 kebabs. (Meat salad pitta) No pitta bread. Ok, had tortilla bread instead. Paid. Waited. Waited. Neighbour came in ordered, chatted, got food, left. Ok. It happens. Waited. Had no salad for kebab, just a bit of lettuce. Ok. Went to shop next door to get some to take home while I was still waiting. Came back, first wrap done. Waited. Second wrap being rolled. From a distance looked a little skinny. Finally headed home. Unveiled the pitiful offerings that definitely weren't worth waiting for! Think I'll make myself a cheese sarnie next time!

Ordered and didn't come at time expected, we called got told it was on its way (10min journey) 20mins later still no food called back got told on the way phone went down called back again 40mins later suddenly she couldn't hear us on the phone offered delivery driver number we asked why she wasn't chasing it..... no answer I cant hear u etc. Nearly an hour ago still no food I've contacted uber eats who have refunded but what an absolute joke! No food and if it did come would be stone cold and the customer service is DIABOLICAL! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I order food from this restaurant almost every day. The staff are amazing and really friendly and the food is amazing and theres plenty to choose from. They’ve just lunched a new menu so it’s definitely worth trying if you’ve not tried before.

Food ordered at 7:15pm, just saw on the news that Russia has bombed Poland and WW3 is on the horizon so what better way to digest that news than by ordering some scran. Ordered 2 pizzas (buy one get one free), 6 spicy wings and 6 pieces of chicken with 2 portions of chips. Uber eats lets us know the food will be here between 7:35pm and 7:55pm, perfect quick delivery. 8pm comes, no sign of the food, rang up the shop to be told "the driver has just left". Ok, sound, slight inconvenience. 8:20pm comes, still no food, so phone up the shop again to be told the foods on its way (I live 5-10min drive away). 8:50pm comes still no food, phone up again and the staff advise "foods almost there, I'll give you a partial refund". Food comes at 9pm, and it's becomes apparent why he was offering a partial refund .....theyve only sent a partial order, no Pizzas, WOUNDED!!! Driver was very apologetic and phoned the shop for me they said they will make two pizzas to send out. Told them not to bother just give me a refund because they're taking the p*ss now. 9:25pm driver returns with 4 pizzas. 2 cold and 2 hot 🤦🏽‍♂️. So for that, I'll give a 1 star review. The food was ok 6.5/10. I would recommend if you don't mind waiting 2 hours for your food to arrive and also if you don't mind 50% of the order coming at one time with the rest coming 25 minutes later 👍🏽. Don't wanna sound dramatic but at one point I thought Russian troops would arrive on UK land before my food got to my door.

DO NOT ORDER! That place is permanently closed and they still taking orders on just eat and uber eats so be carefull. I have ordered my food and after 2 hours we went there just to find out the place is closed completely.

Where to begin. Delivery or lack of is probably a good start. 3hrs then changed status to complete. Not that it's a bad thing. I assume they still haven't learnt how to cook properly. Chips are the worst in the country. Pizza is on for about half the time it needs to be. Chicken needs to be chewd by a food processor before attempting to eat. In short, just order from somehere else.

Ordered from here once and the food was really good so we decided to order again. It had been well over an hour with no sign of delivery, yet it says online that it has already arrived. Tried calling the phone number countless times and they just weren’t picking up. Eventually we drove to the takeaway to find out what was going on and it was closed. Not sure why they still allowed online orders to be placed and money to be taken when they are closed.

Avoid at all costs. A complete litany of failure. Food arrived almost an hour after the estimated arrival time. When it did arrive it was cold. The pizza bases tasted like they were three days old. The chips were undercooked to the point that I had to cook them for ten minutes in an air fryer before they were remotely edible. It looks like their fryers could do with a good clean out too. They managed to confuse two cans of Pepsi Max with a doctor pepper and a coke. The restaurant were entirely uncontactable during the wait. All in all they failed on almost every count. Do yourselves a favour and order elsewhere. I certainly will be.

Pizza was amazing! But the reason for the 3 stars instead of the 5 was the very few greasy chips we got which were cold, it said fries on the menu so I presumed it was gonna be that, maybe my mistake as it is primarily a chip shop but pizza was good

Had to wait 2 hours for food, had enough of waiting and went to the shop direct, it was completely empty and after my complaint no apology, which I thought was rude o ly to be told driver on way. Good quality of food but horrible waiting times. If they tell you that your order will be done in 10-15 minutes it means that they will start cooking it after 10-15 minutes. So unless you order something that is already cooked, expect a minimum 25-30 minutes for your order to be ready (last time it took them 40 minutes to fry some chicken!!). One of the slowest fast food I ever seen, but at least the food is good and the prices are ok.

Rung just after the time slot that just eat said it would be delivered. The woman on the phone said she was waiting for a driver. 20 mins later, rung again, still waiting for a driver. Both times the vile woman on the phone hung up on me. Never again. Avoid.

My regular chippy it's a little slow to get your food but that's a price to pay for it being freshly cooked. Prices are fair as well honestly they have some really good deals. Staff seem nice as well I've never had an issue with the food but then again I go in store and not get it delivered. (unfortunately its gone further down hill don't use it anymore)

Food is 2 and half hours late and still not arrived as I type. Phoned them and said they haven't delivered it until they get more orders in my area. I thought thats what I was paying delivery for. Going to call and cancel now

Don't waste your time and money

Ordered battered chips and 9 piece chicken with onion rings and fish and chips for my sister. The chips for my sister were half done and hard but still eatable. The problem lies in the battered chips, some of the chips tasted off and as if they were fried alongside fish but I still ate through it then I had 1 long one and i could not finish it without gagging. Nor only did the battered chips taste off but they weren't properly battered to the point that most of the crispness in the batter was falling off and half of them were naked. Never shopping there again but the wings are alright.

I ordered through the Wolverhampton eats app and after waiting for over an hour our order was cancelled through the app with no explanation at all. Definitely won't be using again.

Best fried chicken I’ve ever had.

First time I had food it was amazing was really fresh and pizzas were top ! But was disappointed when I ordered the second time had the 8.99 kebab box which if I'm honest was the same portion as a small kebab and chips with a chicken Strip chucked in a pizza box I order a milkshake which was forgotten but they did get it back to me within 10 mins (milkshake was really nice) and also the chicken wings are amazing and for 1.25 aswell they rival kfc ( didn't much care for the dirty burger either same again the portion size was so small ) I will try again because maybe it was because I'd order on the night where as the first time I order was around 5pm so we will see.

The milkshakes were amazing, best ever in the world ever and i really enjoyed the chips too. The twirl milkshake is the best one, highly recommend.

Ordered pepperoni pizza and got home with it only for my son to eat some and then ask me what was in his pizza. On inspection of the pizza I found a piece of metal wire within the base. I took it back and demanded a refund which I got , but still , you shouldn't be in the food business if you make an error like this. Avoid unless you would like an injury of some kind.

The pizza was the best pizza I've had for a while. Even the next day after I heated up the leftovers, usually pizza is abit firm this tasted like when I first brought it. And the milkshakes are awesome. Will definitely be eating here again.
