Faster delivery than advised. Food piping hot and pizzas were great. A* will be ordering again.

Not up to the usual standard we get from Miami. The chips could have had a bit longer in the fryer as a lot of them were undercooked. The fish was definitely not as good as usual. We won't be put off though, as I said, our food is usually very good

I usaly love the food from here. But today I decided on havein takeaway. So I ordered. Pie and d chips the pie was left overs from 12 o clock lunch. Pastry was hard so that tells me it's been in the wormer since 12. Discustin

chips were like rubber and meat cold all ended up in the bin..couldn't even get fork in chips ..always enjoyed from Miami so very disappointed tonight

this is my normal chippy but tonight I'm sorry but the food was not good or value for money.portions were small , gravy was bland and chips were just passable

Can’t comment on food as didn’t get served. Stood at counter for 9 minutes waiting but didn’t receive any interaction despite some eye contact & a greeting from myself to the one staff member or who I presume were the owners. Still ignored me. Shop had another customer waiting whose I think was being prepared. The wait was excruciatingly rude & made me feel extremely uncomfortable so I left after 10th minute & went to Bilston Fish Bar where the experience was 100% more friendly & efficient. I do try to support local businesses but this is one where I do revisit in the hope of better service but unfortunately this will have been the last time.

Tried the chips from here today. These were clearly not fresh, but reheated old ones. If these were fresh I imagine they would have been delicious, hence two stars instead of one.

Nice kebab but they forgot to put the salad on it again as i ordered it.

The man very rude, has attitude because I ask for extra sauce, I won’t what I’ve paid, years been going there n it will be my last

Just had a tub of lukewarm water with a few flakes of some kind of herbs sprinkled in it, masquerading as curry sauce! Absolutely tasteless, and so watery that it didn't coat the chips....it just ran off them. Looks like finding another chippy.

Delivery driver made mistake with someone else’s order anc delivered it to our house. Tried to figure out whose it was but couldn’t. Company tried to blame us for the mistake. Ridiculous. Caused a row for their own mistake. Delivering a whole 3-4 streets away 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered meat feast (5 meats) bearly any meat on and the only one there was a decent amount of was the wrong meat which wasnt disclosed about the ingredient change even on collecting

I’m afraid the food was tasteless. No salt or vinegar on the chips and no option when ordering to choose. No option for salad or sauces on mixed meat, no flavour and extremely dry!! Pizza was meant to be spicy and all you could taste was cheese! Will not be ordering again and do not recommend. Plus side delivery driver was on time and polite

Chips weren’t nice, some were soggy and some were hard as if not cooked. No salt and vinegar like we asked, no salad on the kebabs like stated. Won’t be ordering from here again as we didn’t enjoy.

Called into this establishment, which calls itself a "fish bar" at around 8pm on a Saturday evening as we fancied a bite to eat. After waiting around for several minutes while the staff appeared to be putting up pre-ordered food, I was asked what I wanted and said "cod and chips". The assistant looked blank, obviously not understanding what I was asking for. After the third attempt, she said "A cone of chips?" Another staff member overheard and pointed out that I wanted 'fish and chips'. It quite clearly states 'Cod' on the menu so why the assistant had no idea what I was talking about was baffling and, to me, 'fish & chips' is not 'Cod & chips'. When I finally got served, 10-15 minutes later, the food was adequate but nothing to write home about given the rather expensive price. Need to smarten up their ideas and get some staff who actually understand the products they are selling. Won't be going back again any time soon.

Overcooked fish, not palatable

Food was lovely as it usually is, but ordered a cone of chips and it was a tiny amount. Not enough to split between a 9 year old and 19 month old. Paid extra for pepperoni and onion on the pizza and again only got a few measly pieces of each.

Been here tonight (11/3/2023) for a last minute tea had mini fish and chips each for my wife and myself and although the the service was good and the quality of the fish and chips decent , both portions were luke warm when I got home, which is a two minute ride from Miami Fish Bar. Shame as it would have been really nice if it were hot .

So we’ve used this chip shop a lot over the last few years, admittedly not as often as we should have! Because of Uber promotions & so on we have tried other restaurants! Honestly though this is by far the best chip shop in bilston! We’ve never had a bad meal from here, & if I’m honest the food seems to get better. The staff are fantastic as well

GREAT FOOD AS ALWAYS. RESTAURANT VERY BUSY TONIGHT AND HEAVY LOCAL TRAFFIC AND THE FOOD ARRIVE HOT AND FRESH.

When ordering for delivery using Just Eat, donor kebabs in a tray do not come with salad or sauces even though it is advertised as “all served with salad & choice of sauces” I had to order a separate tray of salad which is not only a rip off but also false advertising by the restaurant. This needs addressing by Just Eat and the restaurant.

Food could have been quicker than estimated time, literally round the corner, but food was lovely thank you

I've used this place since 2006. Food well cooked and staff pleasant and friendly. Delivery if needed and can ring in order and collect with minimal fuss

Terrible service, messed up my order and then rude customer service.

Chip shop around 5 minutes away from address yet had to wait nearly an hour and a half no contact from them until I contacted them

Best Fried chicken and chips in town.

Sent wrong food and it was burnt. Tried calling and shop hung up phone. First and last time I order from someone who is local.

I'm hoping it was a one off... But the food didn't taste very nice, the curry sauce was watery and the rest of our order was either cold or luke warm at best. It was over an hour wait (Friday night I can understand) but it was also 20 minutes late on top of that... definitely not worth the wait.

THE BEST NAANS LOCALLY.PRICES MAY HAVE GONE BUT THE PORTIONS ARE STILL THE SAME (NOT LIKE OTHERS). FOR THOSE MOANING ABOUT THE INCREASE IN PRICES,IF SUPPY PRICES GO SO WILL THE RETAIL PRICE.

Good food , delivery charges too much

This is the 5th time we have ordered and will continue to do so. Food arrives hot all the time and tastes lovely all the time, your delivery drivers are pleasant and friendly. All I can say is keep it up your doing a great Job
