Ordered large mixed meat and chips x2 and when it arrived they were both medium, spoke to the store and to my amusement the manager said and I quote " there is no difference brother, you get the same amount of meat in a large and medium and without salad it looks like there is less " WHAT!!!!! So I told him I order the same every week and I think I know the difference. He was adamant that the meat is the same and refused a refund. Instead of saying they made a mistake he just made excuses. Whats the point of advertising a medium meal and a large meal when they are the same? "THIS" shop was so much better with the previous owners ! Stay away from these guys! It looks like I am not the only customer who had issues since the takeover, read the reviews.

Guys were friendly and the food tastes fine but I paid £10 for this? 4 bits of chicken a few chips, some salad and a pitta slapped on top? I ordered a Kabab and this does have all the ingredients but it is no kabab.

This time around, the food wasn’t any good. It was pretty much terrible and the kebab freshness, was someone what questionable. I don’t like to leave negative feedback as people are trying to make a living. But I hope this feedback, will be taken as an encouragement or positive reflection to improve so the business can be more successful and customer satisfaction when purchasing can be an even better experience.

The quality of the food and portions were very disappointing compared to my many previous times I’ve ordered from here. 👎🏽

Our last two orders haven't been great - please change back to the old boxes! Everything ends up cold and sloppy and spills out the side, food was very disappointing tonight. I don't mind having to reheat a little, but tonight it was past that point really and I think that was mainly down to the packaging the food was in 👎

Been ordering from here for years, disgusting behaviour when I rang several times to enquire where my delivery is. Was initially told 45 minutes then told oh, be soon. Food finally came an hour and 45 minutes later freezing cold. Rang the store to let them know and they literally couldn’t care less, we was told oh it’s busy what do you expect? We expect to be treated a little better that’s what!

Food was cold and hard. Driver told me he had 3 deliveries before mine that’s why he was late. When I phoned to tell them my food was inedible they just said we are busy, nothing we can do and hung the phone up on me mid conversation. What a joke.

Food was fab really enjoyed my lamb kebab meat was cooked to perfection and the chips was nice hot and still crispy best chips I’ve had from a takeaway my partner also really enjoyed his to will deffo be ordering again from here

First time ordering here, food and service was both excellent and will definitely be ordering from here again in the future :)

I almost don’t want to tell you how great this place is, in case they get swamped, and orders take longer to come. But that would not be right! Their kebabs are soooo good: really really well grilled and tasty, and the amount you get is beyond generous. Among Wolverhampton’s finest. ❤️

Great food however they have switched to inferior condiments so the mayo and mint sauce have a really weird taste. Not like the usual standard but all else is amazingly good

Blast from the past for me. Nice food. Love the chilli peppers. Was late and got served quickly. Has a tall bar type table to one side, so, stood and ate there. No hassle great service.

Got my order wrong. Was very difficult to explain the mistake, wouldn't send the full order again so sent one kebab so we didn't eat together and the food was cold.

It was a little cold on delivery

Excellent kebab shop, convenient location and amazing tasting food (not just your typical mixed meat from a hot tray that the chippy does), legit tender lamb cooked there and then. Only downside is I find it a little pricey for the portion sizes, but once you get used to the place and mix things up (mix your shish lamb with chicken or kofta etc.), you can get very reasonably priced meals.

The koftes were quite cold when they were delivered. Plus there wasn’t that much of the sauces that we chose on each other the meals ordered

I had a chicken burger meal from here last night. It was banging. In the past it didn’t taste that good because they used to use a frozen chicken fillet but now it tastes really nice and fresh. I will deffo be coming back here

We have been loyal customers for the last 30 years, we never ever had an issue with Dermas…staff have changed and the excuses and attitude have given us no option to write a review. We no longer rate this place.

THE MIXED TURKSIH EBAB IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. tHE MEAT IS WELL COOKED, The salad the accompanies it is lovely just wish you got a bit more with the meat,.

Food 1 hour 45 mins late and was disgusting

Fair play to Turkish delight- there was a slight mix up on the order and on phoning them they remade my order promptly and got it to me. Just make sure you if you order a kebab and an extra naan - specify in the special instructions box that u want it separate and no omission of pitta. Otherwise they will combine the kebab with the naan rather than the pitta. Thanks TDKH.

Very good as usual nice kebab and chicken.

Getting to be very expensive for what it is. Very little quality chicken on the mixed kebab & lots of hard grisel chunks on the bits of chicken I did have. Also what have they done to their mint sauce? Tasted like minty toothpaste. Seems like they're cutting alot of costs but inflating their prices. This is the last order I'm putting in from here.

Absolutely shocking service provided from them have been ordering for many years however these previous 5 times I’ve ordered it’s been very poor from themselves. When ringing and asking the staff at the takeaway to rectify their mistake the staff had aggressively responded that “the shop was very busy” and they said that “ don’t cause us any trouble”. When breaking down the delivery with the takeaway, I discovered that I was overcharged massively, which the staff tried to excuse themselves by stating that they were “too busy”. As a loyal customer for many years to this takeaway , I am deeply dismayed by not only the food that has been provided but also the customer service that has been provided by them over the many times that I have ordered form there; I have given them numerous chances yet the same excuse is given that they are “too busy” to provide food for their customers. Portion sizes are minimal whilst prices have increased; service is utterly despicable. Absolutely mortified by the treatment that I was given. Due to this, I would henceforth no longer recommend this takeaway to any customers, due to the incompetence that has been outlined from this takeaway since their new takeover.

Food from here is usually brilliant, tonight not so good. The food arrived on time with a friendly driver but unfortunately it was no where near hot. The note we added to the order wasn’t read correctly. We ordered two combination kebabs which come with salad. Then selected extra Nan which also stated it came with salad, I asked for the salad separate on the Nan, when the order arrived neither kebabs had salad and we only had one tiny box between everything, which was disappointing given the price. . The nan was stone cold and inedible, we’ve had lovely piping hot fresh ones before now and we’re very disappointed tonight. 😞

Usually enjoy the food from here but there was just 1 and a half chunks of lamb in my lamb kebab and for that price I'd expect a lot more. Won't be ordering again

Incorrect food on one of the orders and waited well over an hour, maybe busy but that’s no excuse for incorrect food. This is usually a great restaurant so may give benefit of the doubt this time but It asked for review so here you go.

I ordered ahead of time (about an hour in advance) and it still wasn’t delivered on time. I phoned, they told me it was on the way, and then I phoned again 20minutes later and it’s still not arrived. They person put the phone down on me multiple times when I just wanted to know where the food I ordered was. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again. When the food finally arrived 25minutes late it was cold. Not good at all.

Kebab meat is terrible, pizzas are bad, the grilled skewers are decent, apart from the lamb skewer which is terrible, chilli sauce is excellent though
