Subway in Wolverhampton

Horrible experience! Waited 10 minutes to get cookies as the staff was too busy chatting, they do not care about their customers, disgusting! Do not recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered once and never got the food and when called the restaurant to enquire about where it is the guy was super rude on the phone and said the only way we would get our food is if we ordered again. Put the order through the second time and when it finally came after waiting for it ages it was made wrong. Awful place. Do not order from here if you value your time and money.

I’ve worked in Wolverhampton for almost 7 years, Over the course of the 7 years, Sunny, the manager has become a pillar of Wolverhampton, always brightens our day, I’ve taken many a colleague to meet sunny always remembers his regular orders. Go in say hi it’s the best 15 minute chat break. Bless you Sunny, big up!

Ordered food from this branch many times however on this occasion the female member who made my subs could not converse in English. She got my order totally wrong, I’m disabled so can not collect. I called and OMG she was so rude, wouldn’t give me her name and hung up. I called again to escalate this but again she disconnected my call. I was left with a total messed up order with cheese however I am lactose intolerant. This branch now seems to only have uneducated members of staff. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE waste of money!

Very Happy with my service …walked in requested a Platter got served promptly … manager delegated rolls to workers fast everything was just as I wanted it - Perfect presentation.

I was supposed to order at the pen road subway spoke to one of the ladies there to replace normal Doritos to the child heatwaves one in the Nachos. I rang another branch once I had made my order originally I got informed that they can’t actually do that, but I think I spoke with a manager and they told me not to worry sorted it all out for me, and also gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience, thank you very much ! 🙃

This isn’t normally the subway I’d go to but the food was great, good portions, and the owner was so lovely, will definitely be my go to in the future!

Guy who served me was friendly, polite and professional. Got my order with no issues, asked for his advice with a sauce to try on my food - and it was devine! Very happy

Myself, hubby and daughter went to see Derren Brown at the Grand Theatre and stopped off for a quick bite before the show. The guy who served us, (Sunni, I think?) was truly lovely and gave us great service. He introduced me to teriyaki chicken, a much lighter bit than my usual meatball marinara. He let us sample the chipotle sauce we were unfamiliar with and it was delicious. The drinks was ice cold too - just what we needed after a hot car drive! Shame we don't live more local to this Subway but we'll be more likely to visit our one in Bearwood now.

We thought we'd go to Subway. Really good service. Sunni introduced me to teriyaki chicken which I'd never tried from subway. Together with a sweet onion sauce and a Chipotle sauce it made a really nice sandwich. Not as heavy as my usual meatball marinara sub. My husband and daughter loved their nacho chicken and Italian BMT. The drinks were ICE cold too!

The only subway I visit simply because the staff is dedicated (especially Sunny) and the food is fresh and tasty every time I go.

Great professional subway best one I ever been too.!! Soon as you walk in you notice the subway is very clean and food is fresh even the bread is freshly prepared and proofed in front of you down to the salads are very fresh. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Especially Sunny what an amazing guy who was very professional and went above and beyond to prepare I and my families order. The food was so lovely and still warm by the time I got home thanks so much will recommend everyone to go here it will make your day a whole lot better .👍 Thanks again

Worse subway ever!! Very upset on how my subway was!! The bread was over cooked and not many variations of bread!! Could of gone to Greegs to get a pasty which would be way better in its simplicity compared to the subway i had..

Vegans Avoid!!! My boss brought a Friday treat for staff 7.8.20. We have a couple of vegans and dairy intolerant, so ordered 'veggie/vegan' platter. I was surprised to find cheese on the vegan patty, so called the store to check this was vegan. I spoke to the manager who informed me this was NOT vegan cheese!!! Therefore NOT VEGAN! Therefore CONTAINING DAIRY! Shocking! The manager blamed just eat ordering system and advised we could have a refund via Just Eat. Just eat are asking for photographic evidence... however the vegetarians consumed them. The manager should admit the mistake, take responsibility and issue a refund. I will be taking this further to trading standards.

11/10 customer service like honestly one of the best customer experiences I've had from a take out in long time!

Best subway I’ve been too, whilst the food is at the same level all subways are at (ie great) the amazing customer service in this place sets it apart.

Overcharged? So according to the board behind the counter one six inch 'Nacho Taco Beef' is £3.30. On another board it says add a bottle of water to any Sub for 30p so to my calculations that is £3.60. When I pay the woman says it's £4.20? This isn't the first time I have been charged at a Subway establishment. It's not very clear at all!

The service was very quick and the staff are extremely friendly. Stood there arguing with my friend, telling him to pick a subway (cuz there was a 2 for 1 deal). We were there for a solid 5 minutes but the server only laughed and was very poilte!

Vdry friendly staff here at Subway! Ordered a foot-long meat and was delicious. The girls at the cash drove me through the choice of the sandwich and I left this fast-food absolutely satisfied. Hope to be back soon in order to try some others and maybe change my mind about my dear loved McDonald's!

Unsure about quality of sandwich fillings

I let the girls know that the Fanta drink tasted watery (from the dispenser) and just got told that it's because it's sugar free (not Fanta zero on the machine). I drink Fanta two, three times a day, I know the difference between not putting enough syrup in the dispenser and not. No offer of a change of drink, no checking, just told I'm wrong, it's fine.

The Josh usual: Foot-long, hearty Italian, chicken tikka, peppered cheese, toasted, lettuce, onion, sweetcorn, gherkin, bbq sauce, mayo

Fast Service, Friendly Staff and Yummy Fresh Food

We had stopped for a sandwich the place was clean. Tell staff was polite. We enjoyed the sandwich and coffee.

Great Subway but there's no toilets for the customers so I've had to eat elsewhere before when wanting food and the loo.

Not bad, staff were polite, the sandwich could have been made better, bust open a bit to easy but was tasty enough.

You get decent food for a decent price. It's subway... you know what to expect. Staff friendly. Food Hygiene was a 4. Everything was fine. Would go again.

Me encanta metro pero por favor ten cuidado y registro sándwich antes de comer ...Yo estaba fuera y sobre con mi marido y mi hijo que parar en este metro. Pedimos los sándwiches con los rellenos que queríamos.Como nos sentamos a comer me estaba a medio camino comer mina mi marido había terminado para él y mi hijo había pasado unos finos para comer que vimos una pequeña pequeña Caterpillar verde en la servilleta que lugar donde fui a comer.Inmediatamente yo dejé de comer y se puso enferma, mi hijo spitted lo que tenía en la boca. Me llevé a mi segundo día medio bocadillo al asistente y él lo que había sucedido ...Él inmediatamente se disculpó y me dio un reembolso completo.Esta es la primera vez que me había experimentado esto ya que siempre he disfrutado comer en las salidas del metro.

Está é uma boa opção pra quem quer lanchar rapidamente e ainda economizar um pouquinho. O padrão da rede é conhecido mundialmente, mas há algumas diferencinhas em temperos e preparos. Mesmo quem não domina bem o idioma, consegue se explicar e se fazer entender.

Para ser justos con la cadena alimentaria, el día anterior, tuve un sándwich en un metro la vuelta de la esquina (en 24 Queens Square) y no aceptaban escocés me nota, porque parece que el personal no está debidamente capacitado. Por otra parte, en esta rama (2 Market Street) tan sólo pagamos con mi £20 nota escocesa y yo tenía un buen comentario del chico que asistieron a mí y a él me dio el cambio como se esperaba. Un buen servicio y una buena formación.

I wouldn't normally comment on a big franchise but having been served stale 9 grain bread thought it was worth a comment here. Will be asking for fresh bread next time.
