food is cold and missing item and manager is a disgrace. stating that it doesn't have 2 portions of potato's tots in the deal when it clearly does. pizza is cold I want a full refund for how I was spoken to by the manager after calling them

After calling up I realise the guy on the desk couldn't formulate a coherent thought, let alone a sentence, let alone cook a pizza. I was on the phone for about 5 whole minutes trying to make an order the guy was literally braindead and couldn't understand me when I told him I wanted to make an order over the phone and pay with cash when I picked it up. He could barely speak. I wouldn't trust these people with my food. Shocking.

If I could give 0 I would. The man on the phone I had the displeasure of talking to claimed he was the manager. Never been spoken to in such manner. Rude, aggressive and arrogant No customer should be treated like that. Doesn’t know their own menu. This pizza came with extra cheese. I took this off and what do they do. They take the base cheese off aswell. Blaming me!!! It came with extra cheese as a topping. Not base!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I ordered veggie pizza and ask the guy how much he tells me 12 pound one large pizza when I come to shop for collection I see the menu any large pizza 9 pound am very confused about price I ask counter boy on menu large pizza for 9 pound why u charge me 12 pound he said it's 5 toping but when I order he don't tell me about any extra toping charge I feel very bad I never trust on this shop

Pizza was cold, lack of toppings

The pizza did not taste good enough for me I ordered half/half I couldn't see meat on the top and the tuna was properly a few pieces, Service was good there was on the time this time.

Food is too expensive for what you receive. Food wasn't eaten and ended up in the bin.

Please save your time and do not order from papa johns. They wasted so much of my time, the order was wrong and they denied it, they told me I would get my money back which was spent online and still have not received any of my money back. Customer service is appalling and rude. No managers are in the store, very rude place. Please Avoid

Tried to call through to them to order and no one answered for a good 15 minutes. The call actually got cut off so someone physically denied the call. Not ordering and won’t be attempting to again.

My order was an hour late. I called the restaurant a few times with no answer. When someone eventually did answer I was told my order was on its way. It arrived cold with no apology. The pizza was tasteless, the base had a strange flavour to it and it’s was as though it had been left standing around. Not like the food quality I have had from papa John’s previously.

Ordered a meal deal and used 12 Papa points to also get a free dessert. The latter didn't arrive and the phone just rings out constantly. Literally scamming customers. Won't order again.

Absolutely disgusting the person answering the phone doesn’t grasp the English language at all (I’m Asian not a racist remark fact) couldn’t understand my order at all then puts orders through finally gives me a total of £25 when we are ready to have a family night in with the kids waiting on their food my husband goes to pick up they add £20 to the bill we explained we used their 50% off discount they said sorry that member of staff has finished he did it wrong so it’s wrong I can’t do it for that price would rather throw away than sell for that price or use for sombody else disgusting will never use again really bad service guys you need to treat your customers better to keep them or just be honest about your prices in the first place disappointed young children

Philly Cheese Steak. Spot the Steak! It was just onion, also the cheese and pizza was dry and horrible. I complained in store, if you're going to do offers on Pizzas you aren't going to get repeat business if you've been tight with ingredients and made a cheap pizza. Up your game guys! Also complained to Papa Johns direct, they say they will be in touch, nothing after a week. Well done from reading reviews yet another customer lost.

Worst ever tasted pizza, had the garden party, it was bland, looked stale, tasted like card board, hardly any toppings, never again no wonder they had the special offer £6.99, I wouldn't pay £1 for it!!!

My absolute favourite pizza place to order from. My go to is 'The Greek' xlarge, minus green peppers, extra black olives with stuff crust and special garlic sauce dip. The pizza is consistently delicious, delivered within a timely manner. Overall great service and my regular.

Terrible customer service, delivered the wrong pizzas after 1 hour. When I phoned up, there was no apology and was told if I want my pizza, to come and get it myself. Since then I have never ordered from there again and never will. 100% avoid if you can, there are better pizza shops around wolves.

Ordered 2 large pizzas (buy one get one free). They almost had some toppings on them. I didn’t realise the offer was buy 1 and get the topping from that pizza shared between two. Very disappointed

App said it had been delivered, when it hadn’t. Tried to call the restaurant twice and twice the phone was picked up and then put down. No response when requested an update so had to email Just Eat. Food arrived 20 mins after the delivery time.

Was given the option to leave item off of the pizza at ordering stage. Asked for no onions. Pizza came with onions. Had to pick them off as they give me a stomach ache. Could not get them all off

Staff are always very friendly, pizza is also very good. Probably one of the best deals for £11. Although they do put a lot of onions on some pizzas. No complaints this time.

The app said that it was on the to me when I'm only 8 minutes drive away and yet it took 35 minutes to arrive and then I had to walk half way down the street to get it off the driver for it to be cold! Called the shop 4 times and they were no help at all..... Do not use

Got a leaflet 10.99 large pizza. Also on leaflet says buy one get one free. So called up. Said I want buy one get one free. Said no. Original full price is 29.99 for one pizza. So if I want buy one get one free then I pay full price. Lol. Price is mis leading and then the guy hangs up when I pointed the mis selling tactics they are using.

Polite staff on phone. However asked for extra meat on pizza but this was not added to the final order upon collection. Was given an apology and reassurance that next time they will make it right. Understandable and would go back.

The pizzas were great. Arrived on time and hot. Great toppings. The cinnamon scrolls could do with more cinnamon, but still yummy.

I rang the resturant for few times and they answered my phone call so rude and said the driver is outside and I was waiting outside for the driver and I was there waiting. Raining and very cold. This is bad and when the food arrived was so cold, the cheese in the crust was like very cold and hard.

I'm so sick of this place. The pizzas are always cold and dry with no cheese and not a lot of topping. How can you make a pizza with no cheese? Even the cheese and tomato. Absolutely pathetic. It's clearly done on purpose because it's exactly the same every time.

Food is always lukewarm at best, constantly changing rules on the free dips with sides. Sometimes you’re allowed them other times your not. Missing obvious items from orders countless times and never just the little things multiple occasions missing ice cream and bottles of pop.

There was a hair on my pizza. They offered a replacement but I think they should’ve also given me at least a partial refund for the situation. My hair is currently purple so I know for a fact this isn’t mine. Will not be ordering again.

Poor service, I got my order after 90 minutes however I ordered ASAP. When I called them they responded after 10 phone calles and when they answered it they were rude and when I asked them about the order they were rude and said that our order wasn't there. Later on when he was checking he hung up on purpose. pizza was cold and wasn't tasty as well.

My pizza was wrong today. I phoned up and the lady who answered was lovely. The manager offered to replace my pizza was very apologetic and very professional. The replacement pizza came very fast and the delivery was friendly (just like he was the 1st time) food was great just like it always is.

The staff are rude and do nothing to offer a good service they didn’t get the order right and refused to put it right they even swore at me and told me to learn English and then hung up the phone I am totally disgusted with the attitude of the staff

Pizza was rock solid and very stale I called and Spoke to someone who was called AJ (would not give his actual name) to which he was incredibly rude. Alot of these comments reflect how bad this is here.

Delivered v promptly to door step as requested - they put a small empty box underneath to ensure Pizza would not loose heat through ground. Pizza was great.

I wrote a comment with capital letters!! So obvious and easy to understand if you could read it. I left a note for driver to come upstairs as im self isolating. He called me saying in a rude way: hello I'll be there in 3minutes come outside!!! I said have u read the comment? He couldn't understand English and arguing with me saying i will not deliver it to you! Called up restaurant to chase it. After 5minutes finally he came!!! YOU GET PAID FOR YOUR JOB TO DELIVER STRAIGHT TO THE DOOR NOT BEING RUDE AND SHOWING ATTITUDE TO THE CUSTOMER! Read it till u understand it thanks
