Very poor service, delivery over 1 hour. Cold pizza and cookies. Only 6 chicken strippers and hardly any chips - complete rip off for 11.99 Will think about ordering from here next time

I wouldn’t say we order here loads but it is one of our go to pizza houses. Service isn’t brilliant but we always use the app. Normally it’s ready within the time scale and the pizzas are decent .Once the order was missed not great at rectifying the issue. We always collect . Collected as usual and wow pizzas were better than normal ready and piping hot ! Really good .

My order contained 3 GF pizzas alongside normal pizzas . When I got them home I had 3 boxes that stated GF but one of them was clearly not GF ! I immediately rang them but no one that I spoke to seemed to comprehend the severity of this and I was told that in order for me to even be reimbursed for the pizza I had to return the pizza !! I have made a complaint and after several days of emails I have received a clearly generic email offering me £25 off my next order !!! As if I would order off them again as even the staff were rude and uninterested !!

Awful customer service hair out and flowing beards not covered got ordered wrong proceeded to speak to me like I was the one who got the order wrong. Awful customer service. Too busy talking claims it’s about work and then when I a paying customer complain at what’s happened he proceeds to give me grief and tell I’ll get a refund and then proceeds to wait outside as if he has any right to speak to me like that. Awful place.

Use Dominoes regularly but will never use again after paying £25 for 2 large pizza and cookies. my pizza arrived cold so I rang them straight away only to be told that they had a few issues and could either collect the pizza or deliver me another one in an hour. when I questioned how a pizza company can deliver cold pizza the phone was slammed down on me.

Not had a Domino's in a while, so me and the wife thought we would order one from Blackburn Road our local. What a mistake. The Nachos where burnt (see pic) the cookies were raw (see pic) and the pizza was over cooked (see pic) was the worst I have had from a take away for a long time. Not recommended 😕

I used to enjoy a pizza from here, unfortunately I will not be returning after tonight experience. Hardly any meat on pizza some slices had nothing on apart from cheese..when you paying £16 I expect it to be full of toppings. The customer service was even worse than the pizza, I went back with it, they made another but still not as good as it used to be!!

Sent us dry and burnt pizzas. We made a complaint online and they sent us a voucher that covers half of the amount? When we tried to use it , the voucher didn’t even work !! Wouldnt order again, we was both up all night coughing and drinking litres of water because it was so dry

I wont be using dominoes from Blackburn again! They are rude! I ordered last wk and the driver made me come down from the 1st floor of flats to carry the order myself. I have arthritis in my spine and 4 discs in my back that are wearing away and 1 of the discs has trapped a nerve which makes walking very difficult, I also have an inpinged tendon in the shoulder and it is also frozen. I also have fibromyalgia. My left hand is used to hold a crutch and my right arm and hand is very very painful. He put my food on the floor and expected me to pick it up myself, which was impossible. And now, apparently, I am blocked from ordering from them again! The cheeck of it.... I have written to customer services. Absolute disgusting behaviour......

I ordered two large pizza's which turned up as two mediums, when I complained over the phone the manager screamed I was lieing and blocked my address. I expect more from such a large chain.

If I couldn’t give them No stars I would it is horrible they are rude and there pizzas are over priced they are horrible and there workers are a discrace littering throwing there gloves and hair nets all over the car park and waiting for people to pick they up for them never nown anything wors

We needed a takeaway during the coronavirus lockdown. We thought this might be the best takeaway out of the ones that were open. We ordered and within 15 mins our pizzas were delivered piping hot.

Been using Domino’s in Blackburn for sometime now, normally food turns up hot but this evening, the delivery driver delivered the food to my next door neighbour first, then the order was wrong and the food was all cold.

2 pizzas ordered online for collection, £19. Very expensive compared to other more local places in Darwen. Pizzas were quite tasty and standard flavours (tasted same as in USA whilst there on a recent visit) - a bit too ‘manufactured’ - okay once in a while

Dominos is soooo overpriced which is the reason we never go! We decided to try it last night and ordered 2 medium pizzas on the app. My order was completely wrong - I ordered a pizza with NO sweetcorn and got a pizza with sweetcorn, ham, bacon and pepperoni! Rang and complained and they offered me a voucher. Never received it

Bought 2 pizzas to find on my return one being burnt to a crisp.

Only time you can afford Domino’s is when it’s on special offer... which seems to be permanently!Order on the app, very good and clear and it tells you the different stages of your order.Delivery was on time.Pizza mighty meaty thin and crispy .... was okay, it was thin and crispy, but the sausage and pepperoni are cheap, very greasy. The ground beef was tasty but overcooked. I ordered without mushrooms with jalapeños, which wasn’t enough heat so added my own chilli flakes. Overall, it tasted okay but I wouldn’t have the same one again and would only ever order when it’s on special offer, otherwise too expensive.

Good pizzas & price not too bad if you make use of the offers. We get the family deal for £24 and even though it is a bit expensive it's just easy to order online

Over priced. First time I’ve tried Dominos as the price has always put me off.We ordered 2 9inch on the Walk in BOGOF offer, which was still nearly £14.There is no way on earth I would pay £13,75 for a 9 inch takeaway Pizza, no matter who made it.To be honest the topping was quite tasty, but the base was not totally to my liking.I much prefer Santa’s Pizza, better base and only £5.90 for a 9 inch Sorry Dominos, but will not be buying again.

Do yesterday I went to the great hardwood branch and we order through the app and it said 7-12 minutes for collection I arrived within 10 minutes and was told they would be ready in another 10 minutes after 15 minutes passed they had only just started to prepare my pizza which is ridiculous at the fact they only had one member of staff working.

Food ordered and delivered within 30 minutes. The food was fresh, warm and tasty. I must say it is the best pizza i have ever had. Well done Domino's we will be back...

Absolutely tarrable pizza very cold and floppy disgusting pizza phoned Blackburn dominoes up to complain about the pizza Shannon assistant manager said can't do anything about it, the staff need some training to teach them how to treat customers and get some manners.

I ordered with my friend directly from the franchise location with delivery. We ordered 2 large pizzas (Vegetarian and Cheese/Tomato). They were delivered earlier than expected, and they were both delicious. We would definitely order again. .

I've had mixed experiences with this place but they have mostly been excellent (I've rated very good as I've had a couple of not so great ones and wanted to be fair)

Hablé con una señora primero conseguir una oferta espero que con estas 3 cosas y ella no parece ser muy servicial en todo diciendo que ella no podía hacer eso por nosotros. Colgué el teléfono y miré el menú y decidí que me llamar y pedir unas cuantas más preguntas sobre una oferta en particular que era 19,99. Faisal contestó el teléfono, él nos hizo reír y nos alentaba a la derecha. Él también me las arreglé para nosotros una gran oferta, muy servicial. Gracias Faisal! Qué tipo genial.

Didn't fancy cooking. So ordered Domino's. Food and staff very good . Even the delivery driver was very pleasant. Even better having a money off voucher

could not believe the price i usually pay £6 delivered from my normal pizza shop they wanted £12 and it was really thin base i like a proper base you can bite in to. Probably my age why i was not impressed its aimed at young ones that have more money than sense, this is the 3rd time they tried a Domino's shop round Darwen/Blackburn and not lasted long so time will tell but its not for me

Ordered dominos last night got the 14.99 deal the food arrived hot got a lovely polite helpful delivery guy pizza was tasty garlic bread yummy and the cookies went down a treat will defo order again

Pizza took over an hour to arrive. I paid by card and was asked to provide me card details again when food arrived. The driver tried to write down ALL of my card details onto a piece of paper which is illegal. I refused, finally got my good, which was cold, over cooked and rubbery. I phoned to complain, i was told to just contact head office, Rude service and poor food.

It is perfect for a family night in. Me & my best friend were pondering one night what to have for tea, and finally decided on ordering a Domino's. We ordered 2 medium cheese and tomato/vegetable supreme pizzas, nachos plus beverages. It came within the allocated time, and was super delicious!.

Well the superhero costume pestered my lads enough to get me to try Dominos.Wow large pepperoni and veggie hot. Great food even better price£6.99 for each one. We all loved it and will be back. Friday night is no longer chippy tea!

Used the pizza place for first time only a few months ago. What a fantastic pizza it was. The best I have ever tasted. More expensive than other takeaways but always have codes available for great discounts. Easy to order, prompt delivery, food piping hot and delicious. I can highly recommend the tikka and New Yorker pizzas.

Ordered 3 pizzas on Saturday and went to collect, young girl at the counter asked us to wait a couple of minutes which then turned into 15 mins, then when we had enough of waiting we were told our pizzas were ready just nobody bothered to tell us, the manager then refused to accept that he was responsible instead of apologising and offering some kind of discount for our now cold pizzas he just argued, so we told him to shove his pizzas and left! We will never go back there again unless they change the staff!

Where do I start, thought we would try the new Domino's in Blackburn for our pizza night because we have had Domino's before and always thought it was good.How disappointing it was then when we got our pizzas home. The Natchos we bought were cremated totally black and missing the jalapenos we asked for, I did have a little nibble before throwing them in he bin and they were definitely burnt to a crisp.Also one of the pizzas we got was well over cooked, rock hard and brittle.With the amount of other pizza establishments available I would certainly recommend people to try elsewhere.I must say that one of the pizzas was cooked well and was delicious however this did not make up for the rest of the food order.
