Papa Johns in Rushmoor

Normally have a Friday night dominoes or Bernie's butt thought we would try something fdifdednet for a change. Wish we hadn't, while the food came incredibly quick it was pretty disgusting, the bbq pizza was burnt, the Hawaiian was soggy and the garlic bread tasteless, won't use again

Absolutely dreadful service, failed to deliver half the order, complained to the store the sent out the missing items but still managed to miss something out of that. The people in the store could have really done some sort of customer service training. One of them told me she couldn't get the manager because she was on the phone. Yes to me .... Avoid at all costs

Not happy. Took over 2 hours for our pizzas to be delivered. Wouldn’t be too much of a problem if they hadn’t cooked the pizzas and left them sitting over 1 hour before they even went out for delivery. Stone cold pizzas received!

Food is cold did not get what I asked for , ordered hot buffalo i got ordinary chicken . Pizza was cold i leave instructions and they didn’t do well

Sent me a totally wrong order, promised a replacement which never arrived then promised a refund which two weeks on has not arrived. I rung and they told me it'll be sorted "soon"? Just like you told me you will resend my order? Or how you said you would refund my order? Total liars, spent £40 for absolutely nothing.

After ordering in store at Farnborough, they tried to charge be double what the order would actually cost, then once we got the correct price sorted, the wrong order was processed. I was blamed for the wrong order which the staff member got wrong, so I wanted a refund after the attitude I received. A refund was then refused so after another argument I was then told I’d be contacted in 3 working days about a refund, as they still refused to give me a refund in store. Since then I’ve discovered the Farnborough store is notorious for being rude to customers, getting orders wrong and guess what…not refunding customers!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a pizza - had to chase up 3 times as the online tracker did nothing and kept being told it was coming but an hour and half later we had to say don’t bother. Starving hungry grumpy children and terrible customer service. Won’t use again.

I have first order at papajohns farnborough the staff is very friendly and food is amazing highly recommended

Since coming under new management, this place has really improved - the delivery arrived earlier than expected (for a Saturday night), the pizza was still hot, delivery guy left it on the doorstep for me to collect myself so it's Covid friendly. Have ordered multiple times since and they do not disappoint!

Ordered some food to be delivered, it arrived within 20 mins. The tandoori chicken was lovely. The pizza was undercooked and pale looking, there was hardly any toppings on it.I tried to call but got no answer. So ended throwing it in the bin. I have used another one of this chain in Farnham and couldnt fault it. The diffrence is like chalk and cheese. I will never use this shop again.

Disgusting service. Placed an order online, an hour later we are still waiting. Called up to find out where the pizza's were to be told it was going to be another half an hour! 1.5 hours for a pizza and that's if it actually turns up. Ridiculous! No manager available to talk to either.

Ordered a pizza at 6pm, told it would take 30-45 minutes, called at 7, they said they were busy, called at 7,30, they said on its way now, called at 7.50, we are making order now, sorry thought it was on it’s way? arrived at 8.15. Seriously what an awful service, will never use again. Only tried here as it’s closer than the one we normally use so thought it would be a quicker service, it definitely was not! Rubbish service.

Told me to ‘hurry up’ with my order as I was taking too long! Never been spoken to like it in my life! Rudest man on the planet. We’ve ordered from them before and they always manage to forget something and most of the time it can be forgiven but NOT that! Tuting me and telling me he has three other calls to take! Let’s all do him a favour and just DONT call! Hopefully they helps him become a nicer person!

Awful pizzas and very expensive. Wish I'd read the reviews first and saved myself £20. Quite laughable that it says on the box that if you weren't happy with your pizza you could have a replacement free of charge. Why would you want another? I don't know if every Papa Johns is like this but I'm not taking a chance and won't buy from them again anywhere.

Ordered two pizzas, one was completely wrong and they both looked like they come from a kebab shop at 3 o'clock in the morning... Anyway my wife and I tried it anyway and after a piece each it wasn't good enough. Tasted exactly as it looked. VILE! Actually made us feel instantly ill... I then phoned to say I would like someone to come collect it all and give me a full refund. After much debating it the owner finally sent someone. The delivery driver then turned up 40 mins later and checked if any of the pizza was missing. Of course it was missing two slices coz we tried it, but the owner actually tried to say we couldn't have a refund because of the two pieces missing.... he said I should of know it taste bad from just looking at it. He was probably right but we gave him the benefit of the doubt anyway.... after much discussion I finally got my refund.... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Rude owner Awful pizza!!!! A very pissed of soldier and his pregnant wife!!!!!

I've never had a bad pizza from Papa Johns. I haven't used the delivery service so I can't comment. Some good deals to be had

Sausage and pepperoni pizza. Was cheaper to stand in the shop and order online than to speak to person at the tills. Pizza was bland. Didn't come with dip I asked for. Hot chicken poppers were nothing special. Garlic and herb sauce was basically just dipping pizza in butter. Awful. Won't be going again. Feel sick after eating 3 slices.

Tan mala atención al cliente. Me llegò la pizza equivocado que entiendo que los accidentes ocurren, pero entonces tuvo que esperar 50 para la correcta para ser entregado. Llamado la tienda 5 minutos antes mi nueva pizza llegó como estaba harto de esperar y francamente no quiero ya la pizza, para ser recibidos con un grosero llamado supervisor. Se negaba a darnos una restitución por la pizza, como es mi culpa se equivocaron y luego tomó su dulce tiempo solucionar el problema. Exageradamente mal servicio al cliente, especialmente de un miembro superior del personal.

Ordered for delivery and had to wait 1hr 30mins,when it turned up delivery man was rude and said hurry up the pizza is burning my hands,when opened the pizza and sides where cold and was like it had been sat there for the 1hr and half, better pizza places out there never will u go to these again

After over an hours wait and both times all pizzas being awful then asking for a refund and being laughed at cut off from talking and not listening to me then going to the store to resolve it to then he smirked at refused a refund and told the police were being called this man is a vile human! Please people do not go there or if u do and experience the same please report! This is something I'm taking further

We always order from Papa Johns now. We use to use another company but Papa Johns use great ingrediants and the delivery service is very good.

Esta fue la peor pizza que he comido. Teníamos una hawaiana que tenía al lado nada de queso. Era una pizza grande y tenía unos 4 trozos de piña y unos sprinklers de jamón. Que me messaged la comida y me dio el menor resultado posible. Entonces procedieron a preguntarme por qué me dieron el resultado y que buscaría mi problema y volver a mí. 5 semanas más tarde aún nada. Basura

Long story short - I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be approx half an hour. After 1 hour 15 mins, and several phone calls, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund as I'd prepaid using a credit card. I was told that a full refund would be made and would take up to three days. 8 days later no refund. I called the branch and was told to take the matter up with head office. The thing is that on my credit card statement the money was taken by 'Saeeda and Sons' who franchise under Papa Johns - so why ask me to contact head office? All in all very poor. Papa John you're untrustworthy and unreliable!

I paid for my purchase for the first time via PayPal which was swift and problem free.The pizza was ok but to be fair I'd never sampled their pizzas before and I probably just chose the wrong one for my taste, still, can't say it was bad. Sizes are good. The pizza was delivered in fairly good time, there was a bit of a wait. My only gripe is that no estimated time of arrival was given, had this been the case, even if it took a little time to arrive I'd have known beforehand and let people know.

People please be warned, this is not a place to spend your hard earned money, delivery staff are rude, you take pot luck on what you get , order one thing but receive another, phone to complain and get told, and I quote did you get a pizza. Hmmmm yes but not the one I ordered.

The pizzas are more reasonably priced than the 'big contenders' which is what made me go for it....though to be honest, it was nowhere near as good. The same can be said for the sides..equally priced to the others, but the chicken wings looked to have been plucked from a sparrow!On top of this, their website didn't update my address, despite me entering it... So the poor kid on the bike ended up calling me from my old place..... Luckily only two miles down the road!My opinion... Try somewhere else, there's loads to choose from and there's a good chance you'll get better.

Having arrived too late for a conventional restaurant meal I ordered a vegetarian pizza for myself and my partner to share. After a 10 minute wait we took our purchase to the our room at the nearby Central Travelodge. Normally we are fed up with too much crust and too much of the same bland ingredients so we were pleasantly surprised at how juicy this one was, with just the right balance between crust and topping. Papa johns is way better than the other pizza chains and are well worth speaking out and good value too.

For those of you that have never experienced "papa Johns pizza" Firstly, why not? And secondly, how dare you ha it's best on price, best on service, best on speed, best at creating the pizza it's hands down better then it other main Main Street competition ha do your self a favour next time you fancy a pizza grab your self a hobbies haha

Value for Money. Large pizza was more than enough for a full grown man - and for only £9.99. I had left overs for the next day, and enjoyed the pizza both days.

First time we had tried Pappa Johns and definitely go back. Service was quick and friendly. The Pizza was out of this world, made fresh, hot, and plenty of ham and mushroom on top. Very filling and reasonably priced. Loved it

Great pizza, good choice of toppings. Simply the best around. We have a take away every Friday evening and this is one of our regular choices. Better than the rest.

Their products are slightly cheaper than other branded delivery services but are equal, if not better. Their garlic bread is pizza sized so if you are ordering it alone then be prepared! Their chocolate brownie dessert is divine (and also huge!). Delivery is always much quicker than estimated and drivers friendly.

Last night we ordered a Pizza from Papa John's take away. Now Tuesday's is buy one get one free day & any size. We ordered two medium sized, one non meat pizza & one pulled pork pizza. From placing the order to delivery was about 45 minutes, which is very good when one takes into account that they cooked it fresh & to your own taste & delivery time. The delivery chap was very polite & wore an unifrom so that you knew were he was from (nice touch). So down to the Pizza. It was hot in fact very hot, it smelt fresh & on opening the box you were immediately hit by these wonderful eat me smells. They tasted fresh, they had a generious amount of topping & a good crust they did not need chewing. If you are looking a good pizza that's good value them all I can say is Tuesday night Buy One Get One Free.
