It was a delivery over an hour and 15 mins for deliveryso i cancelled after an hour. Ordered on the app as i have before and it added burger sauce which wasnt listed om my order only when i refused it and he was told to deliver anyway did i realise so unfortunatelty had to bin, struggled to find burger sauce on app.. not ordering on app again, probably not from dominos either even thogh i do like the pizza.

Placed an order a few times and says delivered on app but doesn't turn up for upto hour later. Never answer the phone when wanting to speak to someone about wrong order or late order.

We had some issues with the pizzas… Malik did a quick turnaround and sorted the issues brilliantly! It’s 5 stars from me!

Service has gone way worse recently. We order loads but it's getting so slow arriving and cold when it does.

Easy and simple to order on-line, recieved 50% off bill, food was delivered on time, pizza was tasty and the delivery driver was professional and happy. Service with a smile. Very pleased and would recommend. 10/10.

Staff luring that their app was incorrect and the pizza wasn’t out for delivery for nearly 40 minutes . Just wish dominoes would get rid of their lazy and incompetent staff at this branch.

I was silly to give this restaurant a 2nd chance, another cold pizza and sides, tracking app said pizza was out for delivery for 25mins and then the app said the pizza was delivered 15 mins before it actually arrived. I assume the must have KPI’s to hit irrespective of the customer experience.

2nd time ordered from here and had the same poor service and excuses! Food is out, external delivery, multiple deliveries… very poor service and massive lack of care and service. If this didn’t carry a dominoes brand I imagine the store, service and customer care would see it closed in days!!! If no starts were possible this would be a perfect use

Dreadful cold pizza again . This place needs closed down. Such a shame we have an awful dominoes in wilmslow when elsewhere it seems to be quite good. Staff on the phone just say they have had 400 deliveries tonight so what do people expect.

Always professional, friendly and speedy in my experience. Can't understand some of the downbeat reviews as I use them regularly and receive consistently good service.

Absolutely appalling. Pizza hadn’t come for over an hour - it was a single pizza order. I rang and they said it will take another hour, offering no refunds. I had to ask myself for a refund and after being held for 5 minutes on hold and asking for a refund as well as my pizza, the man said I would receive my pizza and a refund in 1 hours and 45 minutes. So now a 3 hour wait from my original order. About an hour later I missed their phone call and returned the call 5 minutes later - the man now said as I didn’t pick up immediately I wouldn’t be receiving my pizza. The pure cheek considering the payment had been taken on my card and after saying thay would give me my order for free, went back on their word as I missed their phone call for 5 minutes. Ridiculous considering they have my address and we had agreed a deal. Shocking delivery service - whatever you do , do not order delivery. And might I add that in previous orders, rhe delivery drivers ‘haven’t brought any change’ in attempts to make more money for their self. Shocking, should be ashamed of themselves. Worst dominoes ever

We generally have some fussy pizza orders, lots of topping changes and the pizza always comes as requested. Doesn't deserve all the negative reviews. Delivery quick even at busy times.

Terrible experience with this branch, took nearly 3 hours to be delivered, called and was told 20 min wait - 2 hours later!!!!!! Then know one picked up after that. Poor to say the least.

Hard to put a poor review because the food has always been very good. All the time I have been going to dominoes staff have been great but recently what i can only assume is the new manager as I haven't seen the old one who was great and I used to go once every 2 weeks but he always remembered me by name. But the new managers phone manner and personal manner is very poor. Will be going elsewhere for food from now on. Which is a shame I have lived in wilmslow all my life and always been my go to pizza place. My last phone conversation was the manager answering the phone by saying yeah. Just yeah. And the conversation went down hill from there.

f I could give this store 0 stars I would. I tried to pay online but the payment didn't go through, even though it charged my bank. I called up to check, 'The Manager' said it will be refunded. He then said I would have to pay with cash, fine. Then I continued to try and make my order, but they wouldn't honour the online discount unless I paid by card! Can you see where this is going?He essentially said it was my problem to deal with and wasn't willing to make any suggestions. He clearly didn't want me to order my food. His attitude was disgusting and if he was actually the manager I'm not surprised there are other similar reviews on here. Also, I think he thought the call had finished, where he called me something I can't really repeat!Avoid at all costs - I drove to Cheadle Hulme and got a Pizza Hut instead, much better service!

My address has been noted as out of the area when I live down the road absolute joke this place needs to be closed. Vile.

Last year I ordered a pizza on the website on it says my card had been accepted, when they arrived I was told it was cash on delivery as the payment had failed. This time my payment failed 3 times even though card is good, so ordered elsewhere, guess what 5 minutes later dominos turned up with pizza with no confirmation email. Told them it didn’t go through on payment so await refund, also contacted customer services and auto reply told me my branch will be in touch within 5 days, the problem is the Wilmslow branch is crap... watch this space

Missing items from delivery. Rang to let them know twice of the missing items and after an HOUR AND A HALF they finally arrived. We were told on the phone they would give us extra items free of charge because of the inconvenience but they never came with the items. Never be going here again!

Ordered a pizza early afternoon so they shouldn't even be that busy, but when it arrived it had no toppings on, it was just a margherita. If the mistake could have been rectified that would be great, but seen as no one answered the phone after I rang through five times and waited for it to ring out each time, there didn't seem like much chance of that. Appalling.

I have seen some reviews regarding food and the only problem I have had was regards missed sauces etc. So I can’t really criticise the food. My one complaint that for once was rectified last night by a nice professional courteous young lady called Becky was the fact that it was the first time that the person on the other side of the phone knew about customer privacy and the data protection act. Normally when I call I get the same person who reads out all my card details back to me including my security number good one mate why don’t you just tell anybody else in the shop where I live too to make it easier for them to scam me. Last night however I had cash and was going to pay for it that way but when I heard the voice on the other end of the phone as I now know to be Becky I changed my mind, and decided to use my card. She was so professional and courteous and a credit to the company. She followed the correct procedure to a t even asking if the card was registered at the same address. A quick note to the management I work in customer service and have done for over 30 years I think you should get the people who normally answer the phone when she is not there, and ask her to teach them the proper way to take payment details. Got a phone call last year by the manager/franchisee asking for a good review in exchange for a free garlic pizza, I haven’t had too many problems before that (cool pizza and screwed up order occasionally). Had a few problems since but nothing special, until last night. I ordered a pizza online skipping the visa checkout and went for credit card, didn’t ask me for last 3 digits but never clocked it as a problem due to the ever changing website (Amazon one click never asks for one). The pizza arrived and the delivery guy (nice guy) asked for cash, I told him it was card as always and he went away, a few minutes later he returned with the manager on the phone.. after explaining to the manager that I had had paid by card, as usual he said no you haven’t, I said I have as usual, he replied that I have been a customer for years but I hadn’t paid. Not believing him I stressed again that I had paid by card as per usual and asked whether he was the one who promised me a free garlic bread and he replied yes. I told him he’s a lying bxxxxxx and I don’t trust he’s telling the truth, he told me if the card payment goes through they will refund it, I don’t trust him though, so told him to fxxx oxx and put the phone down. Gave the nice delivery guy £20 including tip and told him not to give anything to that lying bxxxxxx..

Ordered two pizza's one margarita and one hot and spicy, you couldn't tell the difference asked for extra Jalapeño's got non, the toppings were the most spares I've ever seen no spicy beef no onions no peppers the base was like eating cardboard, but the most disturbing part of this, is that Vijay the Manager told me he overseen the pizza himself and that when the beef is cooked it disappears. Well he wasn't wrong there, as did most of the other fillings, when phoned to complain Vijay didn't seem to be bothered.and his customer service was non existence, as he said "one person might put more on than others it's just pop luck".

This is the closest Dominos to me, and I have had it with Wilmslow Dominos now, after getting the complete wrong pizza last night, one time stood in the shop for a 40 minutes when I was collecting the pizza, I should have had it delivered and they just gave me a sly sorry, and countless times not getting all the sides or the right sides ordered. And when I call to complain they don't give any care and say "I'm sorry" or "no you ordered this". No matter how much I complain for the awful service they happily take your money and carry on without caring for the customer.

Far to overpriced for below average Pizzas. Considering the competition in the area I'm amazed people continue to use this establishment

As a family we have always had take outs from here, more often than not they have been good, I would recommend to order when they are less busy as your pizza will come rushed as ours always do, but during the week the pizza are outstanding, best getting a deal online save yourself some pennies, always on time the food is nice :)

good takeaway with domino's food great choice of pizza. Portion size ok.only down side is they close quite early

Not enamoured by the delivery service. Although advised was on it's way, took far longer than expected and when we came to eat, the food was lukewarm. Not happy

Utilizamos al menos una vez al mes, y el precio del servicio de comida y tiempo nunca cambios , te excactly lo que dice , siempre feliz y siempre a tiempo y si alguna vez tuvimos un problema está solucionado enseguida

We ordered on a Sunday evening via phone call. We debated on the phone to order cookies and after ten seconds of small talk between my partner and I we said yes on the phone to cookies. The order came in ok time and when I looked after paying cash I shouted to my partner where are your cookies. He ran out to the driver(who we had tipped) have you got the cookies. He said no you didn't order any il get the store to ring you. They rang within minutes and after arguing with the employee that we did and although we weren't charged the actual order was forgotten by them we would like it...(no hard feelings) he interrupted us over and over again until we were told to f!*? off and slammed the phone down on us. Disgusting !

This place used to be great but now it's poor. I'm not talking about a one off, it's been consistently poor the past few times. I won't order from here again. It's a rip off too. Almost £20 for a v poor pizza. Staff unhelpful and sometimes rude.

Just had a medium sized pizza costing £15, pizza was size of a postage stamp and toppings non existent!!! go else where and get 2 large pizzas cheaper, won't be using dominos rip off pizza" again absolutely disgusted

The pizzas are lovely and the staff are nice and friendly. The service is very fast and one doesn't have to wait too long to collect their pizza or have it delivered from this branch of Dominos. However, I have once complaint about this venue. If you order a takeaway or a pizza delivery, you have to give them a telephone number and once they have your number, you get bombarded. It's so frustrating and much as I love the food and service, it is putting me off using this service.

Quick and easy to order on line. Half an hour to make and be collected at 10.45pm. Pizza average. Tasted ok but over cooked.

We have had several takeaway pizzas and chicken wings from this Dominos. The service is always excellent, its ready to collect on time and piping hot

Pizzas are aways a quick and easy and these were the original abut not the best. There are better places now but of cause they don't deliver which is the thing in favour of Domino's

It's one of my wife's family traditions to get Dominos delivered, which I have happily taken too. We do it once a month as a treat.The Wilmslow branch is quick to deliver, the food is always hot and the drivers are always polite.One piece of advice: we found if you order on a Tuesday/Wednesday, you get better results. It seems the busier they are, the less toppings you get and the pizza is a little smaller. So for the best results order mid-week.

Quick delivered pizza, nice and hot still, which can sometimes be a let down with other deliveries. Pretty good value for money as takeaway food is now not cheap.

Great place to get take away. I ordered it for a specific time and it was ready when I arrived. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Never disappointed. Always a good pizza, and delivered hot, be careful not to eat TOO many - they aren't exactly the healthy option.
