Super slow delivery and food was stone cold!! There is no way to complain when you order through their website, tried to call and got no answer!

Not very good on delivery times will let you know about food when it comes after waiting for my delivery i haven't been getting food from here but thought I'd give them another chance i was at work so I ordered my pizza for 7 30 it came at 6 30 so I phone the shop and they said that they would deliver pizza so it came and it was could so the same pizza 1 hour later I'm still waiting now not good.

Worst delivery I have ever seen. I ordered pizza almost 2 hours before the closure, but they didn't even try to deliver something to me. Fortunately I decided not to pay buy card, as I would probably lose money paying for nothing.

Ordered a medium mixed kebab an this come 17 pounds when I asked for a medium mixed kebab on naan it was like a brick also a mixed kebab on naan is not that price at all they blocked my calls an won't refund me after giving me food poisoning and ripping all us customers off I get the same thing everytime but this one they really messed up and it's a joke to be honest

Slow delivery (1hour25mins) food barely warm. Disappointing

Cold and stale. Tracker said it was out of the oven 10 minutes after order. Then 25 minutes later they were ready for delivery. Another 25 minutes and it's here. Should've gone to the local. Fresh my ring piece.

Planet pizza has to be the most stingy food place I’ve been to the portion of meat they give is a joke. I really thought it was a one off came again and it’s the same joke

Awful, cold, dry, and to top it all off, pink chicken, also took 3 hours to come, don’t be fooled by deals, it’s rancid

Service is slow food was nice portion have gone small and prices have gone up. Not a good move and get the order wrong

Dean and jamie called in good food decent lads. Food was great and made there own salsa which was great. Really nice to my son who has special needs. Strongly recommend.
