The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I got raw cookies. 4 measly cookies for £6 and they weren't cooked through. When I asked the guy at the counter for a refund he said 'that's how their supposed to look'. Asked for Donner wrap received mostly chicken which was dryer than my cremated nan Had no salad and the portions are just about enough to feed a 3 year old! Food boxes are dirty too! Tension in the atmosphere and they was rude Recently moved to the area and will NOT be returning!

Waited 2 hours for delivery chips stone cold pizza cold and rubbery kebab freezing ordered large it was tiny would give them minus 5 don’t waste your money ordering from here

Food was good but sent the wrong drinks.

Terrible service kept waiting 35 40 minutes for a order food was terrible chicken was so dry ribs were absolutely disgusting and the chips for soggy I will never eat there again not worth the £43 I paid for it

Food is always hot and delicious. The place has a good atmosphere with the new owner always being funny and generous. Definitely recommend

The best pizzas and kebabs in the area! Wouldn't go anywhere else. So much better than other takeaways and McDonald's and much more affordable. Always arrives hot and within a reasonable time. Would highly recommend 😊

The prices are extremely suspect. I ordered our food after looking at the menu in the shop, told one price but then told it was more because the menu was "out of date". Added to the order as realised we wanted a side dish & exactly the same thing happened. This is suspicious to me.

i ordered a half roast chicken and a buffalo chicken burger witch was dry and hard and chips were like cardboard my sister had a shish kebab with only 5 bits of meat and took nearly 2 hours to arrive never again

The cigarette smoke Iun this store was too much for me. Papa John’s staff were smoking right outside the Chester store so the smoke was blowing into the store. I mentioned it to the person serving me but they said it was just blowing in, as if that was acceptable. The staff were also wearing Papa John’s T shirts. It was very unpleasant going into the store. This was 5:20pm 5/9/2023. Had I not placed the order online and already paid, I would not have stayed. Had I been ordering in store I would have left, I would have been unable to stay in the store long enough to wait due to the cigarette smoke. Not only was this a poor advertisement for Papa John’s but I would not want to eat pizza made by someone with cigarette smoke and ash on their clothing. I hope they at least wear aprons that they take off before they smoke. We were not given an estimated time to pick-up, we had to wait until it said ready. The pizza had not been kept warm in the time it took us to get there so the pizza was only luke warm.It would be helpful to be given an estimated time when the order is placed so that customers may leave earlier and aim to arrive when the pizza is ready. Traffic was quite bad in Chester at 5pm and it took us some time to get there. The pizza was delicious, if a little cold, so it’s shame I will be unable to visit the Chester store again because of cigarette smoke. I am asthmatic and cigarette smoke is one of my triggers.
