This is my local Pizza Hut Delivery. It was closed for a while and then when it reopened, it's like they shoved a bunch of kids into the branch who do not know what they're doing, have never had a single lesson in customer services and, simply put, do not give a crap about their customers. Since they have reopened after COVID, I have purchased from them about 7 times and every single time there ahs been issues. Every time I have been gracious, understanding, explained to them how they could improve, explained, kindly what has gone wrong and how they can rectify it, the issues stem from waiting 90 minutes for pizzas to be delivered to wrong orders, to a mixture of both, not informing me of when they had certain in branch offers making me pay full price when I could have saved £5-10 just because I ask for that offer. They are shockingly non-proactive. One time, they had run out of deep pan bases, so they just decided that thin crust would do. So after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for my cold pizza, it was the wrong order. In that instance, the customer services guy gave me £10 on tab for next time I called. So when I used it and order a deep pan, I was sent a thin crust again. Today, I called in my order and went to collect it. They told me to come in 20 minutes, I came after 30 to give them more time. But it is my belief that they hadn't even put the pizzas in the oven yet. The guy at the counter assured me it would be another 10 minutes. I argued with him for about 10, then at the end he tells me it will still be another 10 minutes. So all in all, it still took my pizzas an hour to be prepared, even though I turned up to collect them. They did not offer anything for the poor service, neither did they recommend an offer which would have meant I 'd have received the pizzas I actually wanted plus a £5 back. Because they have 0 proactivity, they don't care about the customer, they barely know their own menu, they don't have any training and they are severely short staffed. Pizza Hut should ashamed. Whether they are incompetent or whether they are short staffed, I have been going to this Pizza Hut since it opened - I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DEALING WITH THEM LEAVES ME RILED UP WITH MY BLOOD BOILING. NEVER AGAIN - PIZZA HUT HAVE LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY.

Ordered a Mexican burger (usually the best) with chilli con carne on top, Christmas Eve treat for us all! It came as a burger with 3 green peppers on! When I complained he said they didn’t understand how to make it!!!!! With no apology…..they r new owners apparently…., never again even the kebab meat was raw & thick ….. looked like it was off an Alsatian!!!!!

El repartidor llamó por teléfono después de llegar tarde, gritó por teléfono y me exigió que viniera a verlo en la carretera a las 2 am. Me negué porque las instrucciones de entrega eran claras y yo estaba con muletas, él no escuchó y se fue con la comida. Pedí a través de Just - Eat por lo que no me di cuenta de que el restaurante estaba cerrado en el momento de la entrega del pedido y por lo tanto no iba a tratar con él. Estoy de acuerdo en que no vale la pena usar la sucursal de Lewisham, esto es impactante servicio al cliente.

"NAPOLI PIZZERIA"-NW10 AWFUL SERVICE. Half of order missing. Had to chase them via phone on night of order & was promised the missing items were on their way- they never came & nobody bothered to let us know. The next evening I had to repeat the same process chasing them on the phone. This time just 1 of the missing items was delivered & still the drink was missing. I tried to tell the delivery driver, but he was just running away out of sight saying I'll have to call up... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So I called up AGAIN & their communication was very bad, failing to listen so I was accused of lying. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. *NOTE: To add insult, the quality of the food that was delivered was poor & basic. Nothing to do with Napoli/ Italy in any way, so false advertising to use Napoli's name- there is nothing Italian about this joke of a business. At best, their quality is likened to an overpriced poundland.

Orderd at 8pm. Didnt arrive till 9.30. No contact and when I rang was told. Drivers just pulling up..15 minutes later the food arrived cold and was absolutely c**p. When I rang back the answer was "well you have your food" I have no hesitation in telling customers to avoid this place unless youre ordering breakfast because that's probably when you'll receive the order. Oh dear.. need to try harder...

Poor, really poor - couldn’t recommend. Ordered various pizzas and dough balls to be delivered. When it turned up, one item was missing from the order (twisted dough balls with spicy sausage). I tried to make a complaint via the app, which was not possible so ended up calling the store directly. They were pretty good, asking what the problem was, and telling me they would send the missing item, but when they did, the missing item was wrong (twisted dough balls, rather then twisted dough balls with spicy sausage), so it was all kind of pointless. They tried, but failed dismally - and there is no way to get money back for the missing order via the app.

ordered online then realised I had ordered the qrong pizza! rang within 60 seconds of placing the order to be told it had already been cooked so couldn't cancel it. I live 5 minutes away from the store and am still waiting for delivery of my pizza 45 minutes later... terrible service and obviously lied to over the phone. avoid at all costs

I’ve placed two orders in the past two months, and unfortunately, both experiences have been very disappointing. The first order arrived with the wrong pizza, and today’s order was incomplete, included burned food, and highlighted a noticeable decline in meat quality once was on of the best kebabs in town but now become one of the worst with unappealing and rubbery meat. If you prioritize quality and reliable service, I would strongly recommend considering other options.

We used to enjoy Dominos as while it's always been very expensive, the pizza is tasty (although they often make mistakes with the order or forget dips). However I've just gone to order for the family, saw that they are now charging £24 for a large pizza and TEN POUNDS for a tiny personal pizza! So I've cancelled the other. I wouldn't pay that much of it was delivered by Dan Stevens in his under crackers.
