Poor, really poor - couldn’t recommend. Ordered various pizzas and dough balls to be delivered. When it turned up, one item was missing from the order (twisted dough balls with spicy sausage). I tried to make a complaint via the app, which was not possible so ended up calling the store directly. They were pretty good, asking what the problem was, and telling me they would send the missing item, but when they did, the missing item was wrong (twisted dough balls, rather then twisted dough balls with spicy sausage), so it was all kind of pointless. They tried, but failed dismally - and there is no way to get money back for the missing order via the app.

Our recent experience with Pizza Hut was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The ordering process was plagued with issues: The app's ordering system was glitchy and uncooperative. Limited menu options for customizing half-and-half pizzas. After finally placing our order, things only got worse: • The delivery arrived 45 minutes late. • To our dismay, they delivered the wrong order entirely. • As a vegetarian, I was shocked to receive meat pizzas and sides. The most disappointing aspect was that due to the extensive delays and mix-up, our two children had to go to bed hungry as it was past their bedtime by the time the situation could be resolved. Overall, this experience was a complete letdown. Pizza Hut failed on multiple levels - from their ordering system to delivery timeliness and order accuracy. I ordered a meal deal at 6pm on a Friday night. A little annoyed at the 1 hour 10 mins - 1 hour 30 mins delivery time but stuck with it. I called the shop after 1 hour 40 mins asking about my order and was assured it was on its way. I am writing this now at 9pm and the order still has not arrived and the shop have ignored the 11 phone calls that I have made. Disgusted at this. From a Just Eat customer.

Collection- didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes despite there being several people in the kitchen. Turns out my order was ready so didn't need to wait! Then forgot one pizza. Got to my car and realised the sauce was not as ordered. Then the lady server told me I had ordered the wrong one...nope, clearly right on my order. Frankly disgusting. And not very hot either. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Rude, unhelpful and incompetent.

You place a order online they take your money and don’t deliver any food. Then Don’t answer their phone. What more can you say

Ordered pizza, app showed it had been sat waiting to go out for 25 mins. Finally arrived cold… tried calling for a replacement but no answer on phones. Avoid

Usually order from here but they stopped delivering for the last couple of months. Seemed to be able to order for delivery again on the app, put my order in but the app said it had failed. The money has been taken from my account and the app said to call the hut, called multiple times and no one answered - absolute donkeys. Do not order from this hut, guess I’m a dominoes man now :(

We used to enjoy Dominos as while it's always been very expensive, the pizza is tasty (although they often make mistakes with the order or forget dips). However I've just gone to order for the family, saw that they are now charging £24 for a large pizza and TEN POUNDS for a tiny personal pizza! So I've cancelled the other. I wouldn't pay that much of it was delivered by Dan Stevens in his under crackers.

I will say I do absolutely love the pizza and I keep coming back which is good but the prices are so unbelievably expensive. Hard to believe 3 years ago Dominos didn’t charge delivery and now they want £2.99. Criminal!

Got a delivery today for the family food was red hot and spot on as always callum is the best thanks from the murphys

Lovely staff and very high standard of cooking, super food and good deals. Everything was delicious, would certainly enjoy eating from here again.

Took 4 phone calls before they answered, then got the wrong pizza given to me eleven minutes after it said my pizza was ready on the screen… absolute rubbish. I won’t ever be going back.
