food was overcooked yer cold which I don't completely understand

Used to be great but showed up cold and sauce us like water. COMPLETELY WATERED DOWN. Hope it’s an off day as it’s somewhere I usually enjoy but really bad today

Wrong to no cheese, undercooked potato and pasta or tuna is not supposed to be that colour

Milkshake was good. Almost certain Macaroni is Heinz from a tin, so £6 is a bit overpriced. And small portion of curly fries for almost £5 also. Delivery was late. Probably wouldn't order again.

Pizza is good burger and kids meal OK but the macaroni cheese is inedible just a lot of cream sauce with partially melted mozzarella cheese and a small amount of pasta

my mixed kebab wasnt at all nice the chicken wasnt shwarma it was just plain chicken and the pieces looked like they where leftovers because it was hard bits of chicken

Was originally a fan of this restaurant but now after this shambles of an order well never again. Scottish breakfast for 1 with a pitta bread and a burger bun and to make it worse my sausage I received was a hotdog sausage since when do you get these 3x items in a Scottish breakfast and a salsa and mayo grilled chicken kebab with barely enough meat and salad to be classed as a KIDS meal no sorry once bitten twice shy .

My order was over an hour late. It was cold looked awful. I phoned the shop as I received a txt message saying my order had been delivered (it hadn’t) the person I spoke to on the phone said that the delivery driver would be 5 minutes..25 minutes later I phoned and was told there was an issue with a battery. Not good customer service not good food. I won’t order from American Pizza Co again.

the macaroni tasted like canned macaroni with added cheese, if I wanted tinned macaroni I would of went on the cupboards and made it, I've got plenty, I would not have paid £6 for it. £30 for tinned macaroni and a semi warm,mediocre pizza and bites and that's me being nice because I never complain and don't want banned from JE

30mins late, pizza was literally the most appalling thing I’ve ever looked at and the peri chips where even worse if I could upload a picture I would for k ones what I got but they where not peri chips

food was delicious, partner got a sundae also & i had ice~cream make it yourself and i highly recomend any1 to try this restuarant as was really gd portions for the price & very tasty 😋💯👌

Food coming early was probably the best part , pizza sauce wasn’t nice tasted like a frozen pizza , pizza itself was soggy , chips came in a cardboard box meaning they were soggy , donner meat was chewy /tasteless , first and last for me

I ordered at 1.57am and didn't recieve my order until after 3.30 I had phoned the shop several times they told me my order had left ( 45 mins ago) and that there was no other delivery before my address, after waiting a further 20 mins I phoned the shop again who advised they would try make contact with the driver, driver arrived and food was cold and his attitude was terrible, this is on the delivery driver!! not american pizza co! I want a refund not a credit note

Probably the worst food I've ever had delivered! None of the dips to go with our starters were sent. Macaroni was out of a tin with a layer of cheese on top. But they charges £6 for it! Piri piri chips were soggy. And the whole order was stone cold. Absolute disgrace. £55 down the drain.

We waited an hour for our food to come, with no response from the restaurant. We called the restaurant 10+ times over the period and heard nothing. Our food didn’t arrive even when the order said it did. Absolutely abysmal customer service and no support in anyway. Would not recommend for anyone who wants an actual meal to come. 0/10

Absolutely disgusting Mac and cheese was Just water with a block of stringy hard cheese all food was cold phoned up and told a full refund would be giving and still no received anything highly recommended avoiding this place

Pizza was colder than the ice cream, which had melted. I genuinely don't know if there were berries in my pancake or just Nutella. (Possibly my fault for watching horror movies in the dark!) Definitely none on top though and the taste was just sweet syrupy sludge. That said the choc fudge cake is absolutely amazing & the delivery driver was a lovely young lass & deserves plaudits even if the food was a let down. Reheated Hawaian for lunch tomorrow it is! Side note - The pizza is usually hot on arrival & has always passed the taste test with flying colours so I'll be back, especially if cake is on the menu!!

Never turned up!!! Ur app told me it was with the driver, then told me ‘enjoy your food’!?! No food arrived! 2nd order from Just Eat tonight that’s has not appeared, absolute joke!

Late night order. Placed on app and confirmed at 00.45. confirmed instantly. Expected delivery between 1.15-1.35. didn't arrive within time frame. App updated at 01.50 to say 'enjoy your food'. So I called to check if that meant it'd been delivered somewhere. They confirmed it was with the driver and updated the delayed delivery time to 0200. 02.40 driver calls then turns up. All items were cold. No warmth at all! Not impressed one bit. I wouldn't have minded about the delay if the food was acceptable and was still warm.

Over an hour late with delivery, and no idea when it was even delivered as it was just left on the doorstep outside! No knock at the door(3 people in the house) and no phonecall to say they were attempting to deliver.

Order not received. Have requested a refund! Would never order from that place again!

A "35 to 50 minute" delivery time it said, hence ordering from here. It has been around 90mins and still not arrived. Got a text when I asked for an order update at the 1hr late mark which said it was on the way and would be here around 3:15am - it's now after half 3am and still no sign of the food I ordered. Shocking service and not the first time either :(

FOOD WAS FREEZING!! Arrived an hour after I got the notification of delivery on its way. Couldn’t even finish what we ordered, half of the pizza kebab and chips went in the bin!

Ordered from here a few times. Live tha spicy chicken pizza. This time around most of the topping had slid off the pizza. Made ut a bit messier to eat but still tasted lovely. Also had the macaroni bites. These were nice too.

Honestly food was too soon. Delicious and can’t fault it for what we ordered. Got the spicy chicken pizza 10” and don’t recommend more. Chips look like they’ve seen a ghost. Love. <3

Just updated at 3:50 stating it was delivered it was not, 1st time ordering and I should've just listened to the negative reviews.

The macaroni was awful not homemade at all it's a tin of heinz macaroni cheese with a slab of cheese matted together on top of it would definitely not recommend this for mac and cheese lover's or pregnant women craving it lol 🤧🙄🙈 ..... however pizza was quite enjoyable so thumbs up on the pizza 🍕 🙌

The food took so long to arrive and it was freezing by the time we got it. The pizza went solid it was so cold, the milkshake was fully melted and the hoagie was very cold as well.

Almost 2hrs waiting for delivery! When food finally arrived was cold, maybe ambient room temperature. Top pizza box was soggy rain penetration, overall a complete fail.

Not great. Pizza dough was sour and not fresh. Had to put it in the bin. Waste of money sadly.

Order always correct, pizza is always freshly baked, get to finish the rest next morning because I'm always full. Wish it had a cash payment availability though, 5*****

Great large portion of nachos, only half the toppings were UNDER them which left me scooping up with my fingers instead of nachos... Burger and (oven)chips were not great but at this point I was just happy they were still open and delivering. The salad on top of burger had rather a lot of unexpected cabbage rather than lettuce which was odd.

The meat on my pizza was burnt. There was little to no sauce, tasted like a cardboard base only plus was the donner meat was okay, just thought the sauce would be in a tub not poored all over.

DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES. I accidently ordered without checking my address. I was not offered any solution apart from paying an extra charge of £3 when I accepted my mistake and told the driver that I am willing to wait. Due to their lack of understanding of CUSTOMER SERVICES, I will never order from this place again. I have also put in complaint with Just eat explaining what had happened and what I had hoped from this place (accepting my mistake).

Only minor issue, was different sauce dip for my pizza, from my order. (Asked for peri-peri & got garlic butter instead) But an excellent tasting pizza, nonetheless!!! 👌
