Pizza wasn’t cut into slices which caused a lot of mess

they never delivered my pizza cos the guy was lazy to find my door bell. do not order from this place at all

so the delivery partner didn't deliver the food order. tried calling him/her but no response. bad experience

Delivery arrived right in the middle of the estimated time window and driver was friendly and polite, which was great. Food was as expected from a Papa Johns.

said that it was delivered when it wasn’t said they were gonna make a new pizza and when it arrived it was stone cold now happy all waste of money

we were expecting large pizza to be LARGE at this price but large, it is 12 inch pizza. At Dominos you could get 3 pizzas at this price...

Our order never arrived, it was delivered to someone else. I called the shop several times and no one answered.

10/10 as always. The guys working here are always friendly. We had the sausage and pepperoni pizza with cheese and bacon potato tots and chicken poppers with Tabasco sauce. The pepperoni on the pizza goes nice and crispy when cooked. So much better than Dominos.

Delivery driver took his time to find out house even though it was difficult was very nice about it also

the order (of 7large pizzas in December) was delivered slightly later than expected due to how many orders they’ve had that lunchtime, but the restaurant kept me informed. good service. will buy again from this location.

Food was cold. The delivery driver tried my door handle 3 times while I was on my way down the stairs. It shook me a bit and made me feel frightened as I am a woman who lives alone with diabetic neuropathy.. I have never had a delivery driver trie to walk in my house.

The outlet is well managed and the staff is incredibly helpful and gave great suggestions for both veg and non veg pizza. Will surely be revisiting this branch due to yummy pizza and great staff.

Pizzas are absolutely delight, I highly recommend you will have an absolute blast of a deliciously of the taste of the pizza but yeah it is nice

Staff were rude and refused to give me back my money, wouldn’t recommend going to this one.

Bit disappointed in the taste of pizzas ordered 4 different ones and too be honest not a lot of flavour in them although size, ingredients were plenty full.

Best pizzas that you can get around in town!

I recently tried Papa John's Chicken Fajita Pizza at duke street and was really impressed. The pizza had a good amount of chicken, cheese and all with a nice fajita seasoning that had bit spicy kick but added great flavor. The crust was crispy on the outside but still soft, just how I like it. Overall, it’s a great option if you want something a little different than the usual. The staff were really friendly and quick with my order and my pizza came hot and fresh. Really happy with the service and will definitely visit again!

Great experience at Papa Johns on Duke Street, Glasgow! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure our pizza was perfect and even helped us redeem some coupons we had. The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely recommend

I came here with my family to dine in as my children wanted pizza for a late lunch. I spent around £60 on a few pizzas and sides and I’ve got to say, the service from the workers was absolutely amazing! The store was immaculate, nice and clean. The workers were very welcoming and friendly. My food was made very promptly which came piping hot, looked and tasted delicious 10/10! I will definitely be returning whenever my family and I are craving some delicious pizza! Thank you papa johns!

The food was amazing. Delivery time was really poor. Window given but not adherered to. Received 35mins after max estimate.

I phoned at the delivery time 18.10 to be advised due to an order process issue it would be 15 mins late, even then it was still late. Also noted on the app at 18.10 it stated the order had been delivered which it hadn’t obviously. Extremely dissatisfied as we were going out.

Don’t order Papa Johns on Just Eat! I went for collection and paid £24.48 for pizza which would cost £14 directly from the shop! Disappointed :(

Ordered a small pizza and on the menu it confirmed 3 people, however, it was only 4 slices of people between 3 people. Very small and not worth £20 pounds. Never again!!!

Absolutely love Papa John's Duke Street branch! I've been a regular for the past three months and the experience keeps getting better. The ambience is inviting and well-maintained, food arrives promptly on time, and it's always hygienic and delicious. What truly sets them apart is the incredibly friendly staff and manager. Gaurav, who always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
