🔥🔥🔥 used to get boiled rice and chicken pakora from here when I was a wee guy , might sound like a boring meal but was always 10/10 Good donner and chips! Heavy good value munchie boxes and heard their pizzas are some of the nicest 🏖

Best food in south side friendly staff

A great place to grab anything to eat, personal favourites are the Pizzas, pakoras, burgers and chips. Lovely customer service, timely, fantastic food and the place is always clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to all!

Best wee Kebab shop in Glasgow. Food's great, prices are reasonable. staff are lovely & when you go in they make you feel like part of the family. It's the first place I order from when family & friends are visiting. I would recommend Flames to anyone looking forward to a tasty takeaway.

I went in there to order food and there was a creepy tall guy staring at me which made me feel uncomfortable will not be revisiting this place!

Really rubbish customer service, don't take responsibility for things going wrong and pass the blame. Also if they give you a number to call just eat it's the partner line they give you thats not even for customer, well done flames on poor service and non existent food, ordered food and it wasn't delivered, some excuse that it's not their problem they had no driver, not allowed to contact customers to let them know that they won't be getting their food. First and definitely last time, avoid these guys, seriously lack any common sense

Extremely disappointed about the food quality. Waste of money and time. Couldn't have our dinner. Don't think l will order from this place again.

First and last Time I ever order from this disgusting place. I found 2 sauce pots embedded and stuck inside of the pizza itself, it was dripping in oil. When I called the takeaway direct to express my dissatisfaction I received very bad service from the first staff member that picked up and then when he put the female supposed manager on, she was really rude, did not apologise once and was extremely vile. One piece of advice, save your money, time and energy - DO NOT order from this place.

Ordered a 16 inch chicken tikka pizza told me 15 mins, arrived and it hadn’t been started, waited another 15 mins and the pizza base was awful, lacked chicken, cheese etc was nice. Flames pizzas aren’t what they used to be sadly but good price.

Had a simple donner meat and chips, large portion, good value for money and decent quality. Will definitely be back!

Disappointed Totally 😔😔😡😡 I placed my order on Thursday but didn’t receive my order all my money got deducted from my account this is the only restaurant which gives me disappointment.When I just complained for that they even didn’t accept the complaint.

One of my worst experiences in restaurants is very bad service

Ordered a 16"pizza along with chicken pakora on a Sunday. We ordered at 11:30pm and it came at 1:30am. As I was phoning no one answered. The delivery then arrived and it was cold, folded in half and was not even 16". I have a photo if I can upload it on here. Tried eating it and had to give up. No cheese, no sauce and the bread tasted like it had been sitting there all day. Worst takeaway in the whole of Shawlands the pakora was also rock solid and again we knew it had been there all day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE. I'm going into the shop to also complain along with the food we received.

Ordered food, accepted order. 45 minutes later order was cancelled. Absolutely shocking. Why accept if you couldn't fulfill the order. Don't order from here

Terrible service! Ordered a chips cheese Donner and when I went there to collect it they told me they're just putting on the donner when they clearly said it will be ready by the time I arrive , been waiting 35 min just for a chips cheese donner in the shop, and also their food is not fresh these days absolutely shocking would deffo not recommend to buy from here

Asked for spicy lamb pizza I got chicken and they don’t answer the phone so a stinky 1 star it is

Ordered a burger, estimated delivery was 45 mins after order. Its been 2 hours and food still isn't here. Tried phoning about 6 times and they haven't picked up once. Terrible and by other reviews ( only read after I ordered. Big mistake) this is a very common occurance. Left it till 2 am then asked for money back. They said it had been delivered which it had not and refused to give a refund. Terrible place and obviously no customer care. Don't bother with this place.

Think this is the only kebab shop open till 12 in pollokshields, I could be wrong. Kebab was nice, service was good.

Barely any chicken in curry, 95% all sauce. Prices have went up but far less chicken in a...eh...chicken curry. If i go anywhere i go here but now i'm looking elsewhere, a shame really. Less product for more money? I don't think so

I can get 3 x 12 inch pizzas for 12 quid in Huddersfield.

Just got a king kebab the Donner meat was like carboard took it back young boy who was serving was really cheeky said I wasn't getting my money back he said I've eaten half of it I ate two bits of meat he eventually gave me most of the money back but that was because there were customers in .I'll never go back absolutely disgusting.

Rude obnoxious staff who called us liars when they delivered our food to the wrong place, despite us paying £23 on Just Eat! I’ve never been spoken to like that by any takeaway in my life! First and LAST time I buy from here that’s for sure. AVOID!!!

Awful, ordered from JustEat and they said they delivered my order, but nothing came. Tried calling them but the do not pick up. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

My brother ordered me a Donner kebab from here and it wasn't great, the portion size was decent but felt it was too thick which made you full very quickly, if they can make the kebab thinner then it would taste better.

Ordered at 12, due for 1:05, called at 1:15, no apology, just told it was coming. It's 2:40, they're closed. Our food is nowhere to be seen.

Got a delivery from them and it was late, Order was £25 and food wasn't edible. The restaurant then demanded that we bring the food back instead of picking it up and then said that they had issued the refund when they hadn't and a week later had to phone just eat to get refund issued.

Best place in Glasgow if you want to be ignored. Stood for 10 minutes with four other people in the shop without any recognition of my existence or if I wanted to place an order

Refused to deliver with deliveroo because it was "too far away" even though it was only 12 minutes away by bike... Ordered a much better takeaway for less and that was 15 minutes by bike...

I highly rate this place, I basically only get food from here when Ive got the munchies, it's got some gooooooood stuff 👌

The food from here is exceptional only downside is the delivery driver adding extra to your bill. Our order this evening was £12.50, gave him £20 for him to give me £7 change. He obviously decided he deserved the 50p for himself, i would usually tip a couple of pound however i failed to give him anything else this evening. Rude and no need in this day and age.!

sorry. but it was inedible gunge, albeit at two in the Saturday morning . I’ve never tasted kebab sauce like that before. nasty. it tasted like industrial waste. the chips and cheese were a hard block of congealed impenetrable heart attack. consisting of no natural ingredient.

Food was disgusting told restaurant who said if we can let it slide this time they'll fix it next time. Told them wanted a refund and they insisted WE bring the food back, so we took it back and the manager apologised and confirmed he had just issued the refund. A week later I'm having to just eat who confirm they never issued the refund. SHOCKING SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD! AVOID!

Used to really really rate this place but this is the 3rd time recently our order has been awful. Food arrived late (1hr20min total wait time) and food was cold and soggy. Meat was also severely dry and over cooked. Genuinely awful now
