Rubbish pizza. Fell off, don't waste Ur money or time

Pizza was piping hot, very quick to pick order and easy to place order

60% off in January! Would be rude not to partake in such offerings. Pizza was good value for the price but lacking a little in flavour. Can’t fault the staff or branch it’s just personal preference but I prefer more oomph to my pizza.

Since new owners took over in July 2023 staff don't speak English get your order wrong and the blame you for not telling them. Also they are so slow Just Eat delivery drivers start taking pizza out oven touching them with their hands!

I've waited 90 minutes for pizza a few times, including tonight, and I won't bother with this place again. They never answer the phone, checking on my last order I waited over 5 minutes of ringing before anyone bothered picking up, and when they did the person was rude and unhelpful. The pizza quality varies day by day too. Order on a quiet day and it's OK, on a busy day you'll get hardly any toppings and it'll look like the someone used it as a frisbee I know they're struggling to find drivers, but it's not really much consolation when you're starving, wait ages, then get delivered a cold old crumpet instead of a delicious, piping hot pizza, is it?

£35 on pizzas that were stone cold, half empty and uncut. Shop hung up on me twice then said they couldn't do anything as they were short of drivers and very busy. Complains centre "looking into it" for over a week. Save yourself time and hassle- go to the supermarket instead.

Used order from here regularly, however on 2 occasions have been waiting over an hour for food. The first time we waiting over 2 hours for cold pizza and they wouldnt answer the phone. I contacted head office got given free pizzas as recompense. Tonight A month later gave them another chance and the same thing happened. Won't be back.

Order arrived late and cold. Phoned the restaurant twice. Don't think they were even aware of the order the 1st time I called.

Sadly I had already bought a pizza when I caught sight of their waste disposal bins They were overflowing into the car park and seagulls were having a field day on the discarded flour and cheese that had presumably gone past its sell by date. Made me worry about the state of the kitchen.

Took two hours to arrive, poor delivery man looked fed up, as if he's had to apologise to many people.. they refused to answer their phones, so asking for an update or cancel my order was not an option. To add salt they gave me the wrong pizza!!

Order well over an hour late. An hour and 20 mins to be exact. Had to call to check where order was as app said enjoy your food an hour before food arrived. Was not very hot and had to be put back in the oven to heat up again before eating. All in all not very good considering spent almost £50 on it.

Fantastic food as the chicken wingz were tasty and the pizza was yummy!!!

Avoid if you can 😝 ordered pizza and what they call the cinnapie sticks? No toppings I had ordered whatsoever on pizza and not even a tomato/cheese base, but a nearly bare dough base, terrible....and the cinnapie desert was brick hard, nearly broke a tooth, this used to be a good pizza place years ago, but absolutely dire...severely went downhill....reviews speak for themselves

I ordered pizza and it was sent from the Broomhill outlet. The pizza was not cooked, Veges were raw barely any cheese on the pizza .even the taste of the cheese was stale . Upon calling the outlet for a request to speak to the in charge , the in store supervisor hung up on me after listening to my complaint and then never answered the multiple calls . Disappointed It’s the second time it’s happened with me Atleast you can acknowledge your mistake and apologies instead of being rude and not answering again I paid for the pizza okay!!!! and not asked for a free!!!!!! Never again ordering it 18June 6:00pm calls if anyone can do anything g to check call records

Decided to try Papa Johns for a change but extremely disappointed when i opened the box. The 'steak' on the philly cheese steak pizza was so overcooked and dry (burnt basically) and the onions were still raw. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered a half and half xxl pizza with my partner. Arrived as only my order for whole pizza. Called to complain. Rude, unhelpful. Said we can only replace if pizza entirely uneaten i had a couple slices of my “half” Because one is hungry when ordering pizza. And my half was fine. Eventually agreed to replace pizza but would be picking up “wrong”pizza. No other compensation- a firm and rude no- but what we ordered didnt come, and them, after complaint, came late. And attitude was appalling. Like you did not provide what we asked and paid for? Will never order again.

Ordered 2 small pizzas. One looked ok but was doughy and undercooked in centre. The other didn’t even have a crust. Loaded right to the edge and soggy in middle. Cheese stuck base to box around rim of pizza and doughy middle was already stuck and tried to get slices off with spatula but they were torn in half and wet. Usually enjoy pizza from here and we’ve been ordering for years but lately its a lottery on quality. No consistency at all.

Used to be good. Now it's so slow.. box turns up like its been thrown through a hedge, items missing, poor customer service on the phone.

New website, less deals, no longer any option to do half & half pizza unless you phone in the order, which would be ok if you got someone that can string a sentence together in English. Customer for decades, not any more, sick of the constant decline of Papa Johns.

Food was freezing 🥶 last time am ordering

I ordered the meal at 1800 hours and it said it would be between 1850 and 1900. It is still not here and that is 45 minutes late. The meal cost around £60 and we have not eaten since 10am this morning. This is a disgrace. Nobody is answering the phone either to find out what has happened to my food that I have paid for. It is also suggesting that the food has been delivered.

Absolutely, atrocious service my order took forever to arrive, pizza was cold I asked for papadia and i ended up having a dry pizza without sauce. This is so expensive for what I got I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Ordered a few times from here, something... mainly drinks are always forgotten and a refund is promised but never delivered just like the item in the first place. (On a side note, I stopped the driver leaving in a black Audi A4 or A5 who was drinking a 500ml pepsi, who knows maybe coincidence, and he said he'd come back in 15 minutes with another one, phoned them an hour later and they stated, "driver told us about this, we'll refund you" never happened). And the distance and area covered means that the food is almost certainly lukewarm when it arrives. My opinion is just to choose a more reputable franchise. The only reason to ordered is the gluten free base, nothing more, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of one for the utterly poor service. In fact let's lower that to one star.

Not the drivers fault it was late.

Food quality isn’t good enough. Base is not too good. The oil used is too much . There was extra cheese though not mentioned .

Placed an order at 11:10 at 11:40 the restaurant closes when it said on the actul website it shuts at 12:00 why accept orders when you close half an hour later

Terrible service. Monday night and it took 1 hour and 20mins to deliver two pizzas. Before the order was placed the delivery time was quoted as 25mins. Then the so called tracker said they were being "quality checked and sliced" for about 35mins. When the food did finally arrive the "quality seal" on both pizzas was open. Absolute joke and won't be using them again.

Over an hour late and had to call shop as I got no update. All the shop done was changed to delivered between there estimated time. Pizza was alright, but changing delivery status when it’s over an hour late is a joke.

I like the pizza from Papa Johns, but this is the second time it has arrived more than 30 minutes late. And when I tried to phone the restaurant to check on my order, it just rang out. I tried calling 3 times and it always just rang out.

Called after order was 10 mins late this be told driver was at the door, he wasn't. Called 30 mins late as a new build gave shop direction asked them to pass my number to the driver. Called again driver lost, went out driving looking for the driver and found him over 2 hours from initially placing my order, on pizza stone cold. All could have been avoided if driver called for directions. Won't be ordering again.

Pizza is very expensive, small, and doesn't take good

Called the restaurant, ten minutes after the website said my order was delivered to indicate that it had not. Gentleman in restaurant said they had not seen my order come through, and apologised, then said they would make it now and it would be delivered within 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called the restaurant again and they said the driver was still en route. It’s now over an hour late and I am requesting a refund.

Order was supposed 2 arrive between 00:00 and 00:20 it didnt turn up until after 02:00 was a disgrace we had to phone them to see what was the problem and they eventully delivered our food. Dominos for the win for the pizza i guess

The pizzas from this shop specifically are amazing and always very quick too.

Got my pizza with no chicken, told it was a papa John's guarantee that if 2 slices were eaten they couldn't replace it 🤣🤣 legit got lied to over the phone and they replaced it after arguing with a supervisor.... shocking customer service.... still waiting on a callback to discuss from management 👍

Terrible costumer service. They don’t answer the phone. A first order didn’t go through but they charged the order and they didn’t help to solve it. After an hour and a half of placing my order for delivery I had to go to the shop to collect and they hadn’t even started preparing.

Ordered at 8pm with delivery estimate 9.15-9.35. I then try calling at 9.40 onwards to hear the automated "thanks for calling" message before the restaurant hang the call up before I get to speak to anyone, this happens several times. No food delivered and no staff answering phones, what a joke.

The garlic bread was so hard that I couldn't eat it

The food was fine but the order came a full hour early. Two of the three of us weren’t even home to eat it so I had to put it in the oven. What would have happened if none of us had been home? I’m okay with a bit early or late but a full hour is just ridiculous. Not acceptable.

Box wasn't sealed by a sticker/label but excellent as usual.

Just received the worst customer service in a long time from these people. Order paid for, have order number. 15 mins after food was due I called the store only to be told I had ordered through a different store (to the one on my order) and was told to call the other store. They told me it was not them. Nobody had my order yet my cash had been taken. I now have no food. Do not use this company.

Frank's hot sauce chicken wings. Always piping hot, fresh and saucy! If you like spicy chicken wings, these are the bomb! Pizzas are good but far too pricey.

The food was 40 min late and the desert wasn't delivered with the main which took them another 1hour 20 for them to deliver. Very disappointed with the service.

Busy place pizzas are great but waiting times can be a lot longer than they tell you when ordering. Plenty of free parking right outside. Better to order via an app and have delivered if it is in your catchment area.

Warning: The Vegan works also has onion and olives (blergh) on it! Shows on their website, but not on the JustEat menu.
