Ordered 3 pizzas, very disappointed with the quality and the taste. Bases like cardboard (meant to be deep pan) no cheese in the cheese and hot dog crust (cost extra ) just tasteless and not worth the money.

awful shop - do not use. awful service, didn't deliver the pizza and lied to say they did - constantly changing their story. Said they could find the address, then they couldnt, said they rang the bell, then they didnt as it was after 11pm.

Still waiting for pizza 1.5 hours after ordering, phone constantly engaged so no way to check on order/complain. Shocking service! I would give zero out of 5 but unfortunately 1 is the minimum.

We were a Party of 11 for lunch . They were quite busy when we arrived . The lovely waitress came up quite quickly and she &another friendly lad were doing it on their own . I should say they are worth their weight in gold . There was no delays in service , the food was excellent . Salad bar was fresh . I would thoroughly recommend Pizza Hut and again praise their Staff for making our visit so enjoyable .

TL;DR: Do not order over the phone for the love of god, just order through the internet instead. Good luck ordering over the phone here LOL, i cant understand half of what the guy is saying. I phoned them and told them that i wanted to make an order over the phone but the guy kept telling me over and over again that "theres better deals on the app" despite the fact that i kept telling him over and over again that i want to order over the phone... why do you keep telling me that theres better deals on the app when i keep telling you that i want to order over the phone?... and so i then started asking if i am able to order over the phone because it seemed like he was telling me to use the app instead, but instead of answering me; he instead just kept repeating himself again saying that "theres better deals on the app"... its a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer... am i able to order over the phone? just simply say 'yes' or 'no'... jesus christ... he was doing this a lot avoiding answering my questions and instead answering my questions with things that i didnt ask, stop telling me over and over again that theres better deals on the app... i dont care about the bloody app, i just want to make an order over the phone like ive just told you 10 bloody times jesus... and then after repeating himself for the 10th time saying "theres better deals on the app"; he then hung up on me (wow) im guessing because he wanted me to order through app instead of phone. I then immediately called him back and told him again that i wanted to order through phone, and this time instead of repeating himself telling me "theres better deals on the app" again for the 11th time; he instead said "ok". Ok... so i can now finally start telling you what i want then... i told him what pizza i wanted and that i wanted a coke, he then told me that there was 2 different coke options (i have no idea what both of the coke options were that he said though because i cant understand a word that hes saying), so i just told him that i want a normal coke, but he then told me that its going to cost more because ive got a (something) coke (i couldnt understand what coke he said), and so i then told him that "no, i just want a normal coke", but then he still proceeded to charge me extra anyway for the coke which i said i didnt want, at which point i just sighed and just decided to let him charge me extra money for the coke that i dont want because i cant be bothered with the hassle. I then asked him if i could pay by cash or card when the delivery arrives to me but he said that i instead had to pay right now by telling him my debit card information over the phone, so he then started asking me for lots of debit card information (asked for 16 digit card number, asked for 3 digit security number, asked for expiry date, and asked for the adress of my bank) which i found a bit suspicious and so i kept asking him if he was going to ask for my pin number, but instead of answering me; he instead kept telling me that hes asking for my security number, stop bloody telling me that you're asking for my security number and instead actually answer my bloody question... its a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer... are you going to ask for my pin number? just simply say 'yes' or 'no' jesus christ... like i said earlier; he was doing this a lot avoiding answering my simple yes or no questions and instead answering me with things that i didnt ask. In the end; he said that my "home adress doesnt match up with your debit card" (whatever that means) and so after all that; i wasnt able to pay by card and so i therefore wasnt able to order over the phone because they wouldnt let me pay by cash or card when the delivery driver arrives to me. What a waste of time... and so i then ordered over the internet instead and omg... i should've just ordered over the Internet to begin with in the first place instead of trying to order through phone to save me wasting my time because ordering over the internet was so much quicker and easier than ordering over the phone having to deal with that annoying staff member.

Awful, if i could give 0 i would. 1hr and 30 minutes after ordering we decided to give them a ring (we were willing to wait because we did live a slight way away from it). They told us that they were only just about to put my pizza in the oven. Literally ridiculous- don’t waste your time.

Dominos Titchfield Street Kilmarnock delivered the most disgusting pizza we’ve ever seen. Judge from photo. DO NOT order from this place. When you complain all you get is a load of cheek from counter staff. Glad Dominos are closing down branches.

Sadly this place charges alot more but fails to give you the amount that you’ve paid for?? The donner and chicken sizzler is not at all filled up and the chips are not cooked properly and a teeny bit of salad at the side??!!! It is the same via Uber eats orders too they don’t fill the containers and it’s more like just over half filled. Please sort your food orders out and give customers what they’ve paid for. It’s a shame the good is actually good and tasty!

I hazarded a delivery through Uber. It was cold on arrival of course. Not German Doner's fault necessarily of course. Ultimately I'm not convinced that food like this handles travel well enough to work on a delivery service like Uber Eats or Just Eat. Food like this needs consuming fresh off a grill within a few minutes of ordering. Half drunk, fully hungry ideally. I also found the menu to be a bit much. Just loads of boosterism and gimmicks. They try too hard for those extra pounds . Weird boxes with bespoke slots for gimmicky extras. A bit silly as far as kebabs go in my opinion. All that said the product is tasty good. You know that in the right circumstances at the right temperature you could eat something delicious here.

In what world its okay to make an order and wait for literal 50 minutes and then getting told by the owner that it is what it is and I couldn’t get a refund even tho I threatened to complain to the authorities. Definitely don’t recommend the pizza wasn’t even good at the end it’s too dry and over cooked I mean how hard can it be!!!

Nuestra experiencia reciente con Pizza Hut fue increíblemente frustrante de principio a fin. El proceso de pedido estuvo plagado de problemas: El sistema de pedidos de la aplicación era inestable y poco cooperativo. Opciones de menú limitadas para personalizar la mitad y la mitad de pizzas. Después de hacer finalmente nuestro pedido, las cosas empeoraron: • La entrega llegó 45 minutos tarde. • Para nuestra consternación, entregaron el pedido equivocado por completo. • Como vegetariano, me sorprendió recibir pizzas de carne y guarniciones. El aspecto más decepcionante fue que debido a los extensos retrasos y confusión, nuestros dos hijos tuvieron que acostarse con hambre, ya que había pasado su hora de dormir para cuando la situación pudo resolverse. I ordered a meal deal at 6pm on a Friday night. A little annoyed at the 1 hour 10 mins - 1 hour 30 mins delivery time but stuck with it. I called the shop after 1 hour 40 mins asking about my order and was assured it was on its way. I am writing this now at 9pm and the order still has not arrived and the shop have ignored the 11 phone calls that I have made. Disgusted at this. From a Just Eat customer.
