Dominos Pizza in Northumberland

You place a order online they take your money and don’t deliver any food. Then Don’t answer their phone. What more can you say

I have ordered regularly here for ages, but price increases and also added delivery charges made them very expensive. The final straw was last week when my pizzas arrived with much reduced topping and sauce. Dismal and penny pinching. They’ve lost a regular customer.

Have been told tonight that it is “against the law” to put soya strips onto a regular pizza. I am a vegetarian and love the soya strips, but not being a vegan, I dislike the vegan pizzas. We often get a domino’s on a treat night and tonight when I called, I was unable to order our usual. The guy who I spoke too, told me that it is against the law to put soya strips on a pizza that is not vegan. I paid for these strips as an extra in the past but today its against the law...I would like to see Police officer arrest this geezer for his lies...rather than for putting soya strips on a non vegan pizza! I’ll never order from here again. What an absolute idiot.

Ordered from the Cramlington store once before, back in March 2019 on a Saturday night and it was great, however, on this occassion I used the ASHINGTON store and it was mid week, wow the difference was huge, in a terrible way. NO WAY was that dough freshly made that day, hardly any cheese on the pizza, alot less toppings and no way to use the NHS discount either. Certainly won't be back again, and have already warned family n friends away from this place. DREADFUL.

After thinking DOMINOS is a Dominos is a Dominos, i have been left very left down by this place. Living in Bedlington, I got the delivery service to bring the pizza , and after the first bite i knew this was a mistake. The pizza was almost cold, clearly last on the delivery lads list, the wedges were stone cold and the ice had melted in our drinks, showing just how long my order has been sat in the car. When i called the store it took 3 attempts to have the phone answered, the noise in the background was so loud you could hardly hear the lad, i finally spoke to the manager and was told my order was deivered as fast as possible and all the other bullcrap they give out, if i wanted i could have a voucher but would have to go online and submit complaint on main website, wait for someone to get in touch etc. not worth the hassle. wont use again, there is better smaller businesses in ashington and bedlington that don't charge the daft prices these places do.

We ordered a family deal of two pizzas and two sides. Once tucking in, we noticed one of the pizzas had two large bones on top, what we assumed to be chicken bones that my wife unfortunately bit into. This was on a hot and spicy pizza which didn't even have chicken on as a topping, which is all the more concerning that bones were found. I raised a complaint, and requested a refund. A day or so later, a member of staff called from the Ashington branch and effectively accused us of 'planting' the bone on the pizza suggesting he had no idea where it had come from. They spoke in a very confrontational tone and didn't even offer an apology nevermind a refund. Terrible produce and even worse service.

Food was fine, but gave me the wrong drink for the second time in a row and I find it much too expensive.

Well Dominoes is Dominoes so I thought. Our usual Dominoes seems to make their New Yorker and mighty meaty a bit tastier than this restaurant. There doesn’t seem to be as much cheese on these pizzas.

Took family here for our supper, staff were attentive and food was alright, we have had better but it was acceptable.

Bit chaotic in here. 20 minute wait for collection but an hour and a half for delivery. Collected ours. A bit drier than usual, not so much topping as usual. Filled a hole.

Can't get better pizza in Ashington, it doesnt matter which one I order I know its going to be great.

Very disappointed with our family order placed a a special treat. The dominoes app was difficult to navigate. It the quality of the food prepared was terrible. £48 for four pizzas, a family garlic bread, wedges and a pop. Disappointed that despite an order electronically place it was wrong! Our daughter should have had half a pineapple and ham. She had nothing! Then order showed half and half but for some reason it was not added? She was so upset as were we. Food went on the bin and we had toast. A giant like dominos with all contact details should never get an order wrong. Very upset I've this

The first time I ordered from this place I was a bit frustrated as the order took 90 minutes to arrive. I thought I would give it another go but the same thing happened. I discussed my concerns with the staff and they admitted they didn't have enough drivers. They also put £20 on my account. The next time I placed my order by phone to collect. It was ready in 15 minutes and although the price was over £20 they didn't charge me for it. The pizzas were fantastic! Really tasty. I ordered one with garlic, pineapple (don't judge) and jalapenos and I absolutely loved it. Definitely give this place a go but I would phone first to find out about waiting times. The staff are lovely and helpful!

I ordered two large and two medium Pizzas on the web site and paid for them online, 1st mistake. They were being prepared and waiting to be put in the oven for ages according to the tracking. Fifty minutes later I rang up and asked what was going on and how long till I get my pizzas. Sorry, the young lady said. We are short of delivery drivers today, they may be a bit late. I waited another forty five minutes then rang again. Same answer again, short on delivery drivers. I told her that I would pick them up myself in fifteen minutes so get them in the oven. When I arrived was total Chaos. There was a load of kids milling around in Dominoes uniform and one bloke trying to give direction and answers phones etc. I said that I had been waiting over two hours, could I have my pizzas that I had turned up to collect. What pizzas, he said. We then went through my order and the man in charge printed off my order and said that my pizzas had to be made next. Unfortunately I had paid for them on line and would have to wait a few days to get money back. Anyhow five more minutes later my order was still sitting there with no action from the kids. The man in charge asked if anyone had started making them yet, silence. He then made them himself and apologised again. He give me some credit for my next visit but I don't think I shall ever be hungry enough to use it.

Used the delivery service yesterday and the items were virtually inedible, the chicken strips were cold and not even golden in colour soggy and bland,the wedges were all mush and cold. My pizza was cold,hard as the hobs of hell and seemed to be mostly sauce not much topping. on a positive note they were on time. Avoid like the plague

Disgusting customer service, I've never been spoken to so badly in all my life than I have from the people who work here. The delivery drivers are lovely it's the actual staff. These people should be on the dole. Useless.

I recently got food from here with a good friend of mine and I definitely will not be going back. The pizza dough was dry and the toppings were disgusting and the customer service was awful aswell.

I'm a reasonable person but a 1 1/2 hour wait for a pizza is just ridiculous

Order placed, after waiting 1hr I phone & the order hadn't even been made, just got told that they were busy, maybe they should tell their customers this when ordering! It arrived 1hr 50mins later , shocking service!

Stay away from this place, keep your money, I called up and asked for two large pizzas one half and half and another meat one. I was told it was a 50 minute wait for collection so I said yes ok no problems, I called...

I tried this and the pizza was just horrible and also the prices they charge are ridiculous. There are lots of other pizza take always in the area far better with more reasonable prices to.

Drove in here as we didn't know the area and where to eat so you can't go wrong with pizza can you?Firstly it took over 20 mins from start to get it in my hands, so a big fail there, and it was so pricey too.On the plus side it was very very tasty...but maybe it was because i was hungry.

Good fast track able delivery but that's where the positives end.Pizzas are very sweet and doughy,very overrated.Even with money off vouchers everything here is ridiculously expensive.Stick to your favourite local pizza place.

Thought we would try this takeaway as Dominos has a reputation for being expensive but nice.It was expensive but we weren't impressed with the quality. We have had nicer frozen pizzas, with certainly a lot more taste and topping.My husband likened them to eating cardboard with tomato sauce on.Will be sticking with our local independent 'pizza takeaway' the next time we fancy a takeaway pizza.

Currently got my pizzas in the oven as they are cold as ice yet their tracking still tells me they are not ready for collection. Pathetic. Try ringing your customers when they are ready. That's why they give your their contact details. Won't be wasting time here again.

First time here. Some of the wedges were raw in the middle & doughnuts had no sugar on them as advertised. Will stick to the Cramlington store

Whilst waiting for my pizza I watched one of the female staff :- Lick her fingers, Play with her hair, Poke a finger in her ear, and pick her nose roling between her fingers and drop snot to floor. Shop Manager told and Dominos informed. Pizza went in trash.
