Our recent experience with Pizza Hut was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The ordering process was plagued with issues: The app's ordering system was glitchy and uncooperative. Limited menu options for customizing half-and-half pizzas. After finally placing our order, things only got worse: • The delivery arrived 45 minutes late. • To our dismay, they delivered the wrong order entirely. • As a vegetarian, I was shocked to receive meat pizzas and sides. The most disappointing aspect was that due to the extensive delays and mix-up, our two children had to go to bed hungry as it was past their bedtime by the time the situation could be resolved. Overall, this experience was a complete letdown. Pizza Hut failed on multiple levels - from their ordering system to delivery timeliness and order accuracy. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other options for their family meals. Order 1042629 South Ealing

I order my pizza from Wimbledon broadway at 18:50 I rang them at 19:50 and they said it will be with me I. 15min. Now at 20:50 I’m ringing them and they DONT anwser phone. At least if they answer and said sorry and refunded me I could order elsewhere. I was supposed to open my FAST. Very unprofessional….. I will not be ordering from them anymore. They obviously don’t know how to treat the customers, may invest in training your staff simply customer services. Answer phone calls would be a brilliant start. Thanks a lot.

Cannot believe how terrible this place is. Ordered online, waited 90 minutes trying to chase up the order. finally came and the order was entirely wrong. The pizzas we did get melted through the box. Called to complain and was told they can redo the order. 40 minutes later and still waiting for the resent order. Will never order from this place again. Instead will order from Uber eats or deliveroo anything but this place. My usual pizza hut is never this bad. this branch obviously needs investigating and given the 90% plus bad reviews something needs to change.

Both occasions the app said to expect delivery by a certain time, and 30 mins after this time I called and was told the pizza would not be delivered and my only option was to collect it. When I insisted that the delivery be made as committed to I was told "not gonna happen". Unreal. I will never order from this place again.

Called them three times and everytime was told to wait because they did not have enough drivers and did not know where they were. After three hours waiting, we cancelled the order. Appalling customer service and terrible food. My son ordered the food on line and ask for afternoon delivery. Received the pizza, sat down to eat the pizza, garlic bread, potato wedges were cold. We were hungry so ignored the fact of pizza being cold, each of us had a slice. We we took a bit the pizza was very sour. Called the Kingsbury branch to make a complaint, the chap who answere the phone was impolite on the phone and gave the excuse the pizza was made fresh. When I explained the sourness, he said send everything back and will make fresh order. It will take another 30-50 minuets. I explained to him we all were very hungry and had children and elderly people waiting for food. He said there is nothing much he can do it will take time. He said pack everything and send it back, when I told him there were 10 pizza slice been bitten into, out of two large pizza, he said a whole pizza is eaten there is nothing much he can do. I need to call back after 4 pm, to speak to the manager. I ask him until then what do I do with the dreadful pizza. He said nothing he can do. I did say I will write a bad review and make a complaint, he said he did not care and put the phone down. Not only he had no sense of rectifying the matter but had no adequately to talk I did call the head office to complaint and the lady spoke to him and said he will replace the order. After my family left waiting and put off with lunch, I called back the head office to get a refund. The lady took my details and said will pass out on the manager for approval of refund. I also ask them to send the driver to collect the food, the driver came to collect the food Hope I would get my refund back, after few days I received an email form head office the refund has been declined by the Kingsbury manager, no explanation why it’s been declined. Big companies become big by conning people and rip them off with money and not deliver the quality what they should It’s not first time they made mistakes, but it was mistake to overlook at the mistakes Please it’s a request DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM KINGSBURY PIZZA HUT, not only the food is awful up the staff are just as bad

We ordered from them last night (Thursday evening). I called to ask if they deliver to my address, the man on the phone said we do not. I called 25 minutes later and asked again (as my friend insisted they do deliver to my area) and the man in the phone said yes what's your address. So I ordered a delivery. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to us (when we live about 20 minutes away). The pizzas were burnt and has far too much dough. The mushrooms were not even cooked on one pizza. The pizzas and starters were cold.I will never order from here again.

Terrible service at this branch. I ordered 6 boxes of BBQ chicken wings and on the website it clearly states that each box has 7 wings - I received only 6 chicken wings per box, meaning that I had been given almost an entire box LESS! Contacted the branch and explained this to them and the simple math seemed too difficult for them to comprehend and they still did not re-deliver the missing chicken wings to me even after phoning them multiple times. The staff also did not seem to care. Appalling service. AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL COSTS!

The food was delivered quickly and it was oh so delicious! The pizza was nice and cheesy! I went for veg supreme and original cheese and tomato. They had a good deal it came with bottle of drink and 2 sides and 2 large pizzas for just £20 you cant go wrong with this offer and the food was on point. The pizza was delivered nice and hot. I was very pleased with the service and quality of food. Thank you pizza hut will defo be ordering again. :)

In summary my son and I sent an order to this restaurant and it never arrived. My son even phoned after an hour and a half of the order being placed and was told it was on its way. It never arrived. Head Office couldn't help as they have the same phone number as the customers do which wasn't answered!! Wouldn't even give restaurant one star

I ordered a pizza and dessert ice cream which took well over an hour to get here, when i finally received my ice cream it had been opened and eaten from. The employees of this Take Away restaurant had also hung up on me via the telephone multiple times. Norbury Pizza Hut is one of the worst Pizza Hut's i have ever come across. I will never be ordering from them again

This branch is totally unprofessional, I ordered a vegetarian pizza and when I reached home and passed the pizza to my vegetarian friend, upon eating a slice of the pizza my friend immediately became sick after finding slices of chicken inside the pizza.

Family Friday night in with a pizza and everyone is starving after a hard day at work.Unfortunately the pizzas took over an hour and a half to arrive and when they finally did they were lukewarm and the cheese had solidified which meant we had to reheat them to make them more palatable. The only reason I scored 2 was because it did arrive (eventually) and once reheated was quite nice but this was the first time I had ordered from there in over a year because the last time we had exactly the same issue. However, after expressing our disappointment to the manager he agreed to give us a discount next time.I would not recommend Pizza Hut in Norbury to others due to the poor service.

This was my first visit to this Pizza Hut. I collected my food, rather than have it delivered. I was told my order would take 10 minutes. It was probably closer to 15, but not an outrageous wait. The food was hot and seemed typical of Pizza Hut quality. My biggest gripe was they couldn't take my debit card, because their card machine wasn't working. Annoying, as I went there specifically so I could pay by card. Some reviewers seem unaware that Pizza Huts are franchises, so owned by different companies. The sign out front claims this location is under new ownership. An ok place, but no experience of their delivery service.

I paid £21.46 for food from pizza hut delivery it was the worst food ever the doughnuts were burnt u could not eat them. I ordered large pizza they sent me two medium pizzas they were awful and slimy there food is not cooked to perfection and the cake doughnuts etc they burnt em all I want a refund the food still sitting on my counter un touched it's a disgrace. I will be taking pictures and getting that pizza hut shut down. Don't waste your money on that rubbish they call food. This is supposed to be pizza hut what a joke badly slacking on people food when we are here paying money for this ballshit what a rip off never again.

I have previously left a review of this pizza hut and rated it one star. I received a leaflet saying there was new management at this branch and it seems like improvements have been made. Ordered a pizza at 8.15, pizza arrived at 8.40. Unfortunately 2 dips that I paid for were missing which the driver Zac apologised for and reassured me he would be back with them. Indeed he kept his word and was back within 15mins with not 2 but 4 dips! Now I know dips don't seem that important but for us we cannot enjoy the pizza without them. Definitely impressed by the service on this occasion, keep it up pizza hut!

Unfortunately I won't be ordering from this branch anymore as the two pizzas and nachos I ordered this evening where all terribly overcooked to the point where it was all burnt and dried out. It was so bad that it looked like they weren't even freshly made pizzas, it all looked and tasted like day old ingredients. They used to be pretty good but definitely something has changed for the foodto be so bad now. I expect better when they charge so much for their pizzas. The delivery was prompt but food was awful.

Ordered a pizza online at 6.30pm, initial delivery arrived at 6.56pm which we were impressed with as normally it takes over an hour to receive order. When we opened the box, the pizza was incorrect- instead of a bbq meat feast we were given a vegetarian pizza! I called up immediately at 7pm and got through to an employee who apologised and reassured me another pizza would be made and sent straight away. At 8.10 I called as we had been waiting over an hour for the replacement. Immediately I was put on hold for 15mins and made to listen to staff working in the background. I got fed up, hung up and rang back. After a while someone answered and said it had JUST been sent out. Terrible service from Pizza Hut! I understand it was a Friday night and it may have been busy but it seems like they have 1 delivery driver. Never had this kind of service from Dominos who have multiple drivers and orders are always received in less than an hour. This is the 2nd negative feedback I have had to leave within 2 months. The first time when we received the wrong size pizza which was cold we were not even offered a refund or goodwill gesture. Definitely not worth the money you pay for it if you are made to wait almost 2 hours and go hungry!

I placed an order online and asked for it to be delivered asap, when an hour had passed I called the Norbury shop (number in email) to which no one answered. My food was eventually delivered over an hour and 20 minutes after the order was placed. The chips we cold and undercooked so I sent them back with the driver on the understanding he would get someone from the store to call to confirm my refund by 9.10 pm. The pizza was warm but not hot, as I was hungry I accepted it and heated it myself. When the driver didn't return with my refund and no one called me. I tried calling the branch again, ringing at least 5 times. Every time the phone rang out. I had no alternative having not had the product (warm chips) but to go to the branch, defeating the purpose of a delivery, to ask for the money I was owed. I has to be asked for someone to come to the counter, as they were ignoring me standing at the counter. When I explained what had happened, showed them my email, the manager point blank refused to refund me for the full order, not taking into account the fact they had not delivered my full order or the inconvenience and cost of me having to go to the shop, and did not care about customer satisfaction. They then told me I would have to wait 5 days for a refund for the chips saying my agreement was with Pizza Hut online. The order was prepared by the Norbury branch and delivery by the Norbury branch. I sent back the chips with the Norbury driver. They entered into a contract to provide me with hot food, this was not done. Having had the chips I should not have had to argue my point and face a manager who has no customer service skills or ability to offer customers a satisfactory resolution, if Pizza Hut had a refund policy to unhappy customers, this branch would go bust very quickly.One member of staff saw fit to give me the £3.50 I was owed, after the manager had walked off, and me having said I would report the matter. Sadly I suspect it was from his own pocket, shame on you Pizza Hut. There are plenty of other companies in the Norbury area I can and will use in future. I should not have to wait five days to get a refund and have the added waste of time to have to phone customer services on an expensive number to ask for my money back, when they have failed to deliver.

I have ordered many times from this branch, and have had problems in the past with late deliveries, things forgotten and receiving somebody else's order, but on other occasions had no problems at all. Last night I made an order online at roughly 7.30 for a delivery at 8.45. At 9.10, having not received anything yet, I called and was told that my pizza had not even been made and that it was a very busy night! I made an order at 7.30 and they could not tell me before 9.10 that they would not be able to fulfill my order? They said it would take at least another half hour so I said I wanted to cancel my order. They passed me the "manager", who said that my order had just been dispatched and should be with me within 20 min. I had a strong suspicion that it was a lie of course,but seeing that it was already 9.15 and I had not cooked anything (which is the whole reason why you order in right?) I decided to take a chance and it took another 40 minutes to receive my order... There is nowhere to leave reviews on the pizzahut website, all they say is to contact the restaurant, but seeing how they lie and are not at all apologetic when you talk to them on the phone, I don't really see the point!!

I recently ordered pizza for home delivery. They delivered the wrong pizza. I was treated with utter rudeness and unprofessional behaviour when asked for a refund. The manager reluctantly agreed to resend me the correct pizza. After waiting for about one and a half hour,by which point it was very late in the night, I phoned back and was told that the branch is short of staff and it is not his fault etc. I was refused a refund and no apology was offered. After not getting either the correct pizza or the refund, I phoned numerous times their customer services, each time they promised me to refund me but in vain. I then wrote to them and my letters have been ignored and never replied to. After pursuing every avenue, I had no no other option than to report them to consumer direct and withdrew my custom from pizza hut. Basically I paid for a product that I never received and this is a breach of my rights as a consumer. It is beggar's belief how a big name like pizza hut can do something so illegal and get away with this.

After another 25 minutes still no sign of the pizza.after 2 hours the pizza driver telephoned and informed that he was lost and asked for directions. pizza shop is 5 minutes away. I have never had a problem with pizza hut's norbury in the past but the last time I ordered a pizza for home delievery I recieved terrible customer service, the person was rude and when the pizza came it was uncooked and there was hardly any cheese on it. NEVER AGAIN.

Usually order from here but they stopped delivering for the last couple of months. Seemed to be able to order for delivery again on the app, put my order in but the app said it had failed. The money has been taken from my account and the app said to call the hut, called multiple times and no one answered - absolute donkeys. Do not order from this hut, guess I’m a dominoes man now :(

The worst place I ever had to deal they are rude ignorant (maleducati e caffoni) I ordered Calamari fritti but I received something fried which is anything but not Calamari I ordered Shrimp Fettuccine they sent to me fettuccine but with no shrimps in it,I called and on my enormous surprise they told me yes we finished the ingredients I swear I was shocked I asked to have my money back and they answered to me if you can afford it so don't buy it and when I told I will at the shop they started to laugh at me.Tomorrow I will let you know what go to happen at the shop
