Pizza Hut in Tendring

Came in as walking past, was greeted by friendly staff, spoke to me about the great lunch menu only £3.99 kept me filled up all day.

This is the worst ever takeaway pizza ive had in my life.i had meat feast and every piece of meat had the same greasy taste,absolutely no flavours and the sauce was so herby i grew full dreadlocks by the next morning(not bad for a baldy lol) The grease taste just stays in your mouth its awful.my daughter had chicken supreme pizza with supposedly sun ripened cherry tomatos but id call them burnt grease filled balls of nastiness.absolutely disgusting.the shop is filthy too.

Did not like the pizzas they put this glaze on the outside you can taste it . Rubbery, not much toppings . Did not look that clean in there . Surfaces needed cleaning . Would not go in there again .

World's most unfriendly waitress, she wasn't happy that she had to actually take our order rather than us using the app, when she brought our food she dumped our food on the table , saying, hot and "plate" 😁 Pizza was nice , salad bar , garlic bread and onion rings all crap

I have eaten in many Pizza Huts over the years and without doubt this is by far the worst experience I have ever had Having been welcomed and seated there was minimum.explanation of the ordering procedure and the wait of 40 minutes plus from order to receiving the food was unacceptable. The food was not all delivered together and was only just warm We sat for 20 mins after finishing our meal without the table being cleared and ended up doing it ourselves. We had to ask twice for our sweet to be delivered which involved a further 20min wait The waiting staff were unkempt and the overall impression was that once you've paid, your in our hands...hard luck, you'll get it when we're ready At £50.00 it was a complete rip off

Well this was our second visit today, I took my 2 grandchildren in for a treat .So we walked in the door and met by a member of staff .I asked if I can just order without using the app and I was told no,unfortunately that is one thing that is going to stay and that I would have to use it. We were taken to our seats and I began the horid task of ordering by the Pizahut app. Took me forever as I m not very tech. I ordered way to much as I double clicked on things I shouldn't have. Then the food came and my granddaughter spilt her deing all over the table and floor ,staff came over to wipe it up kind of .not even offered to move us to another table even though tables were spare A safety sign was dumped next to the table and we continued to eat on top of a wet table 3 people and just 2 plates. I then noticed other customers order without using the app and questioned it.i was told that they only encourage using the app. Not what I was told .no more trips to that place again. Stay clear if you have kids.

Worst takeaway pizza ever ordered ,3 hours 3 pizzas and still inedible and probably the rudest manager ever spoke to Ellie hopefully this will be one of the first to close

Got told to phone back in 30 mins to be told the shop is now not taking orders. Now can’t order from no where as everywhere else is shut. Never using Pizza Hut again.

Normally Pizza Hut is a pleasure to go to in clacton how ever there was only two waitresses running around trying to serve eveyone and clear up tables by them selves. Waited 20minutes to order and so did a family next to us. And no management to be seen the whole time. Worst experience I’ve had. Those poor girls had to to deal with everything with no help from management which I find disgusting.

This place needs to employ someone that knows what they are doing it’s all clueless kids that don’t know what they are doing , and the cheek to reuse a pizza that’s sent back, disgusting

Orderd a large pizza arrived burnt and didn't look nice and not a large pizza as ordered. We looked at it before paying as some pizza arrive here not nice. We refused to pay but took the chicken strips in the house and asked for a replacement of pizza from pizza hut on the phone to R and agreed to pay the whole lot on delivery via another driver as the first delivery driver was more than rude and shouting at us also he refused to leave our property untill he was paid (stating he wouldn't get payed for the delivery) . (We didnt pay him)Then 5 minutes later he left without payment. I phoned again to R and ask not to send the same delivery driver as he was very rude. On redelivery much to our discussd the same driver turned up. We said no thank you for pizza he just delivered and just paid for the chicken strips what we already had before. We phone the guy P and asked several times to speak to R but told from p we couldn't speak to her.he was very rude and hung up on us and I phoned again and p put the phone down on us. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this from this store. All other staff are lovely. Shame on you the owner of the business to employ such rude staff.

Lovely pizza couldn't fault it but some staff are very rude. They need training on how to talk to customers
