It's been a year since I last ordered from here and it was as disgusting as a year ago. If you want to go into the cheese crispy biscuit business then you might be onto a winner but for a company your size and the "pizza" you deliver. TUT TUT TUT. How difficult is it to make a decent pizza? You claim to know your pizza but you don't know your biscuit from your elbow.

I ordered two pizzas from this place and it took an hour and thirty minutes to arrive even though the app said it would take 30 minutes. So I called up and the staff were very rude and unhelpful saying that the order had arrived at my home. In addition, one of the pizzas that I ordered was wrong showing the lack of care at their store. Overall, DON’T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

Shocking and Disappointing. Total chaos in the store, staff appear to not know what they are doing as orders are wrong and late. I ordered jalapenos and got green peppers instead and our one pizza was squashed and this was on a collection order! It took almost 10 min for a staff to even acknowledge my presence in the store. This is not the kind of service I expect from Domino's.

Ordered 2 pizzas when the maximum waiting time said 34 minutes. 1 hour 15 minutes later, I call them about 10 times before they finally answer. The man on the phone was extremely rude when I asked where our food was and just said ‘it’s not ready’. No apology and no explanation or time given when it will arrive. Still waiting now 1 hour 30 minutes later.

Went in last night as nowhere else open. The entire shop was dirty, food on the floor, dough and toppings open to the elements. Dough looked dried and withered. Assistant was really slow and clueless. How they are not poisoning people is beyond me.

Took 3 hours and 5 phone calls to get my order to arrive, on my final call was told my order would be remade and sent out, this took over an hour to arrive and wasn’t even warm. Just terrible, never again. Was supposed to be going out but it’s now almost 10 pm and I’m only just eating my dinner!!!!

We order from here all the time because we really like Dominos Pizza but this store is abysmal. They lie on the pizza tracker. It says it’s been delivered and the reality is they haven’t even left the store. Then when it does turn up it’s cold or on one occasion looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Avoid.

Twice I have had an order arrive with a missing item. Delivery driver not interested - it's my problem. Manager approved refund of missing item but refund never given. Messages ignored and apparently paypal think this acceptable. Really poor customer service. Only giving a rating of 1 as I can't give 0.

Ordered pizza and side, took well over an hour to arrive, was like warm, driver said I’d get a refund and apologised, phones office and they said no refund, will not use again ever.

Waited an hour for a takeaway rang Margate the gentleman said it was on its way an hour later it turned up cold I sent it back would never order from there again avoid avoid avoid

The food can be very nice although sometimes you might be better off ordering from a cheaper pizza place, the delivery drivers can sometimes be a bit surly.

Hi guys they was late to deliver a two pizza to my house.my house is 5 min far for drive when I ring them after 35 min where is my order they said will be there 10 to 15 min but nothing after 55 min I ring them again than they said sorry is gona be late than 15 min I said to them no more than that kids waiting on for food is too late now but still noting after 1 hour and 40 I ring back for refund but the person on on phone said to me we will give you free pizza on your next order please don’t cancel your order some one will be there soon I said fine at least some for long wait.today I ring them to order a few pizza but the manager saying there is nothing on my system sorry you can’t have free pizza what’s this...in these days all is on computer under the phone number..very bad food and customer service not recommended at all spicily new management rude and very unhelpful.

Ordered Pizza 06:17 pm Was told wait up to 1 hour . Tbh this is too long and I should have realised to go somewhere else . At 6:55 I received a text to say the pizza had left the building and was on its way - I live 4-5 minute drive away . Called at 20 past 7 and was told it would be only a few minutes Called again at 19:37 and was told only a few minutes ! Should be there . Called again 19:55 told after a six minute conversation that the pizza was being remade and would be with me by 8:20pm 100% At 20:30 I called as it still had not arrived . At 20:35 the pizza arrived . At 20:38 I called again as I was upset that:- It was cold Not what we ordered Ordered bottle of Diet Coke - didn’t come I had three children - wanting to go to bed It completely destroyed my Saturday evening I work 14 hour days and this is valuable family time that has ruined the weekend due to the stress it caused in the household . Save yourself the stress and BUY LOCAL

Just been to this establishment- wish we hadn’t. As we entered the girl behind the counter didn’t greet us at all - not really a problem. We ordered our food, one regular Hawaiian, one side order of meatballs and a small coke which came to £18.35 but pricey we thought but we were hungry and wanted some food before going back to our hotel. The food arrived within 10 mins which was great. I asked for a spoon or fork so I could eat the meatballs and was told we don’t have any? How am I supposed to eat them then? I asked. Wait till you get home and get a fork from there was the reply! I said we wanted to eat them outside to which he said he would ask, he came back 30 seconds later and said no we dont have any. So I had to rip up some of the box and use that as a scoop. If you want Over priced, terrible service this is the place for you. Avoid at all costs - you have been warned. I’ve given it a score of one only because there isn’t a minus score available

I love this Domino branch. They bend over backwards to help and deliver on time. The pizzas are great. I use them for business lunches of up to 20 people and have never been let down.

Always friendly staff. Very good quality pizza and pasta. Your choice, phone in and collect take always, or sit down and enjoy a strong cup of coffee/cappuccino and eat in.

If you want Pizza, you want it quick, then this is the place. I am sure that most domminno are the same but hey, I thought they deserved a mention.

Thought would try again as area manager asked me to give them one chance to make up for bad experiences and what happens let down again pizza didnt show so when i rang to ask was told would be with me in 5-10 mins then it had just came back to store then they tried to redeliver it defintely done with dominos

nowhere near the edge of the box,the sauce and cheese nowhere near the egde of the pizza and nowhere near enough topping. Very poor and will not be ordering again

Thought for a birthday treat " lets get a proper pizza " erm should have cooked. It was not worth the £35. Wont do that again.

He pedido dos pizzas grandes en una noche de jueves. Cuando nos trajeron la primera vez recibimos dos pizzas de tamaño. Esto claramente no era lo que habíamos pedido. Me llamó para organizar un controlado por mensajes JMS y lo solucionaron sin ningún problema. Sin embargo, cuando estas pizza llegó todavía había 1 tamaño (no me impresionó). Cuando me llamó yo me gritó y me dijeron que el chico en el teléfono "había hecho estas pizzas "yo acepté, pero dijo que tenía los ojos y los tamaños son completamente distintas. En este punto me gritó y y acusado de mentir. Me hablan de un groseramente 4 / 5 minutos hasta entonces permite a recibir una nueva pizza (que tuve razón pagado). Esto hizo que mi noche con clientes muy incómoda y conducen a nosotros finalmente comer 2 horas después de la primera pidiendo. Este no es el servicio que esperan recibir y sin duda no merece la pena. Sin duda aconsejaría Pizza Hut o Papa John's!

He pedido un par de veces de Dominos como personalmente cuando vivía en otro lugar, siempre estaba impresionado con el nivel de servicio al cliente, la calidad de la comida y de la entrega. Por desgracia, Margate Dominos es una excepción a esto.

I tried to order a pizza online but couldn't change the delivery address to where we wanted it delivered. I called and attempted to place my order over the phone. When it came to the payment they requested £17 MORE than what it was advertised online. When I challenged them to why it was so much more expensive the rude lady advised 'because it is'. After a long, arduous discussion she asked her Manager if they could price match the online price to which he said 'no, tell them if they are not happy then order it online' - this was said very loudly as I could hear him in the background - very professional. I complained to their Head office and received a full refund of a previous disgusting order we had placed. I would never order from this branch again as the Customer service is shocking. We ended up going to Samos Pizza on Margate seafront which was fantastic- We have ordered from there ever since.

We order now and again from dominos every time it gets here it's cold. We track it it's says it's been delivered half hour later it comes stone cold! If you want something hot don't order here

Just had to move a member of staff and his mates off the tables outside the cafe i work in, they were sat there consumin drinks not brought from my cafe and when i ask them to move i get dirty looks and somethin muttered in foriegn. And not the first time i have had words with a member of there staff the whole lot need customer service training.

Called to order after a holiday and not much food in the house. "Anything from 60 to 90 minutes baring in mind we are 2 miles away .Pizza warm at best and once in the oven loses it's freshness. I have a number of issues with Domino's and as an ex-delivery driver from 1993 know what goes on internally. If you looked at the price from 3 years ago the hike is massive. Increased price of flour or pepperoni. I think not, just the greed of the franchisee. I think a large pizza has gone from £14 to £19. Enormous increase. When you call and you are answered eventually you seem like an interuption. Staff levels always seem short. Would not be surprised if all are paid cash if you catch my drift. When Domino's is fresh and hot it's the best but this is rare. Maybe a restaurant would be a good idea. You can eat out for less if you do not have access to discount codes etc.

I have never in 40 years experienced customer service like I have just received from your Margate store. I ordered a pizza at around 9.30 this evening. Your app told me my pizza was delivered not long after. Of course it was not. I called the store to be told it had left. 20 minutes later I called again. I was told it had "just left". I waited another 20 minutes, called again and was told that it had only just left. Although I was promised a free pizza. It still never arrived. By this time I was very frustrated and wanted to know who I was doing business with. I wanted to know who the franchise was that operated the Margate store so I could complain. I was refused that information. Nearly 2 hours later I have told the person that I do not want to wait any longer and that I do not want the pizza. Rest assured I will never order another pizza from a dominos franchise. There are many other pizza outlets. I'm sure they will not lie to there customers. Withhold information about who they are doing business with and fail to deliver a basic level of customer service. Shame on the dominos business to not expect a better level of service with their business partners

After taking over an hour and a half to deliver pizza. Freezing cold on delivery. Offered a discount if we order again. I don't think so somehow. Not even nice. Many other pizza places around that can offer a hot pizza.

Bloody appalling customer service and food isn't much better! The only person who I've come in contact with who represents the store in a positive light is Aaron the driver who has had to pick up the slack for the stores incompetence a few times now.

I always order Gluten Free pizza's due to an intolerance and Domino's often have offers one ie buy one get one free. The gluten free base only comes in a small so I asked if I could pay a medium pizza price so that my partner and I could use the voucher and they said no! They have done it for me once before but it was a battle to get the offer, this time round the rude girl who answered said no, she was very unhelpful about the offers and said that I cannot have gluten free in an offer, I explained that this is not right and neither is the service. The manager is just as bad as the manager and the employee had an argument over this matter last time I tried to order and I could hear the whole thing, I refuse to order from Domino's again and I will be contact Watch Dog to get them to look into it.

Baring in mind there are plenty of pizza takeaways Domino's are simply not good enough.Of course the food is nice and garlic dip unrivalled but we had some kids who were leaving at 7.30. Ordered online at 6.20 and confirmed delivery at 7.00. 7.15 called and spoke to a foreign chap, few minutes away. Called again at 7.30 same again from someone different, no knowledge of the chap I spoke to earlier. There can only be some many people answering phones. Had to hold for him, more delays. Food arrived, half the kids had gone, dip and garlic bread missing, known online glitch. Demanded a full refund, let us see if this turns up.I do not mind genuine mistakes but cannot abide lies followed by more lies due to high levels of business. It is just not necessary.

We drove here to order our pizza specifically because ordering over the phone sometimes leads to miss communication. Clearly ordering over a counter and repreating the order to them to make sure my extra peppers and jalapeños were on the pizza made no difference. After checking and to no surprise finding they hadn't given me what I had ordered they told me to have another one I would have to wait 15 minutes and be put back in the queue after already waiting twenty minutes on a ten minute time I was told at the point of ordering. Staff were unbelievably rude and didn't make eye contact once. Would rather have driven further and gone to the ramsgate one where the service is amazing. No apology offered or even a free dip which would have cost them all of about 30p.

Popped in late night whilst staying in the area. We were limited with choice as it was so late. A friendly enough lady took our order then we didn't see her again. There was a male member of staff on our side of the counter clearly flirting with a female customer. He only went back into the kitchen once she had received her pizza, the other staff didn't bat an eyelid. The customer side of the counter was rather dirty with leaflets etc all over the floor. Can't complain about the pizza as they were delicious and a buy one get one free offer :)

I ordered online no hassle there I had 50% off over £50 spend, the pizzas were all nice one was over cooked. Fast delivery and the guy was nice who came to the house. Nothing amazing

Not great, if you order food for a specific time it turns up early, order it asap, it takes ages!!Wrong order delivered, phone complaint dealt with excellently then waited 45 mins for replacement. Not good enough.

I was stunned when I phoned from my workplace to order a pizza (something I had never ordered from a takeaway, especially as I realised Domino's now work in conjunction with Coeliac UK, thus my reason for ordering) and was told the price for just a small regular gluten free pizza was £11.99, with an pound per extra topping, bringing my total to £13.99.Two gluten free pizzas at Pizza Hut would have cost me that price! Yes, the pizza tasted good but having it delivered whole, not being cut into sections or anything was a disappointment especially as I work in a mechanics, and would have liked this to be done as I would have seen that as more hygienic, plus the delivery man just placing it on my work desk with no regards to customer service or exchanging pleasantries, despite my gratitude towards him. The pot of garlic and herb dip was empty. Furthermore, in the next few hours continuing into this morning I had crippling stomach aches, which because of my coeliacs, led me to believe cross-contamination with wheat-containing products had occurred (something I was told absolutely would not happen as the surfaces and cooking implements are regularly cleaned). This has overall marred my experience ordering from dominos, only ordered once and never again. Extremely disappointed.

Used to be ok few years ago now service is awful delivery takes forever if they arrive at all food is discusting and burnt and the staff really rude, don't bother!

I only had to look in the window here to know I`d never step foot inside. Dirty decor, food on floor, and staff behaving like buffoons that was far from professional in any way. DomiNO NO NO!

This branch of Domino's has seriously gone downhill with contrite rude customer service via telephone and shoddy delivery service. Pizza was mediocre at best and not how when delivered. Sort it out Domino's
