Domino's Pizza in East Ayrshire

Dominos Titchfield Street Kilmarnock delivered the most disgusting pizza we’ve ever seen. Judge from photo. DO NOT order from this place. When you complain all you get is a load of cheek from counter staff. Glad Dominos are closing down branches.

Placed a order via online app for collection. 15 minutes later go and pick it up and all looks ok. Drive home, open boxes and the wrong pizza is in each box, yeah mistakes happen. Phone down to shop and told about issue, go back to pick up “fresh ones”. We get down, full of apologies and a free Ice cream. Get home open the boxes and very clear that the new pizzas are the original ones, not very hot as usual and after a couple of slices cold. Not a great experience at all and no way to treat customers, poor show Dominos

After a pretty banging gig at King Tut's, my band hoped to ingest a delicious pizza courtesy of our local domino's establishment. Since we just rocked the heck out in Glasgow, it was pretty darn late. We conspired to order and pick up our pizza at said store - however, disaster befallen us! We were told "nay! Thou shalt not collect thy pizza, one shalt only have their feast delivered!" myself and my band mates were distraught. When queried about whether or not it is feasible to deliver LITERALLY OUTSIDE THEIR STORE (srsly tho) they hollered down the phone "NAY" (they also refused to deliver to our home town). Aghast, we slumped into our seats of the legendary Volkswagen Passat and neigh gave up hope.. Until, drummer Stu came up with a cunning plan. We decided to get the half and half pizza delivered to the parents' house - the rest of the musicians clapped with glee at the thought of receiving the highly sought after cheesey delight. The capped fellow on the other end of the line complied and agreed to deliver to the designated address (the fact that they would not allow us to collect nor deliver the pizza to OUTSIDE THEIR STORE made us want to throw our faeces at them). And yet here we are, waiting outside my parents house in the Volkswagen chariot waiting on the mozzarella pancake, questioning the intelligence of the maker of pizzas. They could have saved all the hassle by just punting the thing out the window. 4/10... Will probs buy again.

my partner and I ordered 2 pizza from them through an app. the app gives a delivery time, when this came and went I called asking where our order was, was told it would be 15 minutes. this came and when after another 2 phone calls and 2 hours later our pizza arrived, I said I wanted a full refund and was told I would get this but we are still waiting and one more thing, Thier was nine in the pizza! we haven't ordered from them since

Gran regalo para los niños. Personal bastante bueno y recibes lo que esperas. Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran más ofertas o ofrece que no significa que tengas que pagar por lo menos 30 libras para conseguir un zumo gratis. Nos alegramos de tener uno en Kilmarnock.
