Absolutely horrendous. Have used this place for years and always been satisfied. Bought a mix kebab tonight only for it to turn up like a small kebab, 3 tiny pieces of chicken, 4 cubes of lamb and a handful of donner meat. Called up just to be told prices are going up so they are cutting back on pertion sizes. Absolutely horrendous. Wont be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered this evening won’t be back total waste! Ordered a plain cheese pizza for kids and it’s completely covered in red hot spicy sauce so no one can eat it !!! Your kebab meat was cold and hard cheese on chips were hard. Phoned up and all I got was it’s a kebab shop that how we make our pizzas - not even a apology or we fix that for you nothing definitely won’t be returning

Disgusting, cold , donner meat was like Rock , chapati was crispy and rock hard I could Snap it. Horrible disgusting waist of money!!!! And who puts rice in a bag!!!! I’d like a refund

Just got an order from here and spend £20 and I don't make much money as it is and the portion I got is ridiculous I a few scaps if donnar meat literally you would be lucky if there was enough to find a young kid my partner got chips and cheese and he would be lucky if there was no more than 10 chips in the box and basically no cheese on it I will never ever order from there again and I suggest that other people do the same it's a complete rip off charging you that amount of money for that amount of food I could of went somewhere else and get twice as much this place should be shut down its discusting really is

Ordered a large chicken tika kebab with salad and sauce. Meal was an hour late and cold. For a large kebab I got 8 small peaces of hard chicken and sauce with lettuce only as my salad. Not impressed and will not be ordering again.

Thieving Rats! Delivery driver claimed he delivered out £40 order when he never. Then into the bargain the manager called us liars an was adamant he delivered it, only to hang up the phone. We have 5 witnesses and he refused to listen. Thieves. This isn't the first time they have done this. Never order from here again!!!!

Always lovely food. Pizzas and the Indian curries and naans are amazing. Always quick service, delivery driver is always so lovely and customer service is second to none. They are always happy to help with tweeking orders to ur specific taste.

Order was missing items chips were bland and not cooked properly donner meat looked and tasted like it was days old and hard, asked for a refund was offerd another meal. No thanks wouldn't recommend this place.

The worst service I have ever experienced, placed an order almost 2 hours ago, phoned back twice since then to be told that it’s getting sent out for delivery just directly, 20 past 12 after midnight and still no sign? And the shops now closed? AVOID AT ALL COSTS I wouldn’t want anybody wasting their time and money with this place!

ordered online - did not receive a confirmation e-mail but payment was taken. Tried to phone to make sure my order had been received - phone rang out constantly - gave up after 10th attempt. No sign of any food.

Starts off with a moan but ends well. Ordered a couple of small wrap chicken tikka hoagies through the app using the reorder function on order history page which is dead handy! It said order had been accepted for delivery and would be about 45mins. Happily the order was about 20minutes early but.... The order came and was just 2 small chicken tikka wraps. The delivery driver didn't really know as said he doesn't eat there at all really and was uite new to the job. So I took the wraps and said I would phone the shop. I did this knowing the order was wrong and we would like the corrected order. The girl that was on was so helpful but had to wait until the driver returned to see what had gone wrong. Could she take my details and get back to me as soon as they figured out what went wrong. About 10minutes later got a call and she acknowledged there had been an issue with the ticket printer (the paper had jammed)in the kitchen and the Hoagie part had came out properly. They would refuse straight away and get the order too me and the wraps I was in possession of were complimentary. 10 minutes later the driver arrived with the correct order and all were happy. The Girl (evening of Sunday 7th May) I spoke to was so apologetic and helpful, she should be thanked by the owners as this bad moment because we were very hungry by this point. Turned out well and her customer service was se on to none. Thank you and look forward to returning for more food in the future *****

Pretty disappointed order was late and was missing several items

Ordered food and it went from accepted to delayed. Waited an hour with the same status and when we called the restaurant for an update the staff were rude and hung up before allowing us to explain our issue/question. We were only calling to see if we could get a more accurate timescale. The customer service alone makes me never want to order again.

Absolutely rotten. Phoned at 4:40pm on a Thursday and it arrived at 6:30pm stone cold. No cheese on the chips as we ordered and no Diet Coke. Not the end of the world but phoned back to complain and some guy that didn’t speak much English hung up when we complained and when we spoke to another man his excuse was that it was -1 degree outside, there was 4 orders before us and it was 4 miles away. Lessons learned . Don’t order from tikka way if you stay outwith 4 miles in winter and on a very busy “Thursday night..” To get the can and cheese back ( which We didn’t even want ) we had an explanation that it will take over an hour because they had 11 orders before us. Brutal service Maybe on their website it should promote that on cold nights, a 4 mile outer radius and very little previous orders that your food arrives abysmal and certain parts missing. If it did I wouldn’t complain. Rotten food and even more rotten customer service

Pizza was okay but not what I bought and paid for! I ordered garlic mushroom with extra ham, and a stuffed crust with cheese and chopped chilli. I got a pizza with mushroom and cheese, no ham and definitely no stuffed crust with chopped chilli. A slight hint of cheese stuffed. Overall a con 2b honest!

Pizza arrived with sour sauce. Contacted them and sent another which was even worse. Contact via just eat for a refund who refused as “that’s how pizza tastes” yet the smell was revolting as soon as box was opened attempted to taste but went straight in the bin.

Total disgrace, staff very unpleasant and when our son wanted a child's meal they simply said 'no' We would definitely not recommend this shop and we are seriously disappointed with the appalling service received and the prices were extortionate.

Pretty sure they are sending out spicy mince as chilli con carne on their nachos. Placed an order for chilli con carne nachos tonight and they were inedible. Literally the most disgusting thing i ever tasted and definately not chilli con carne. Total waste of an order now in the bin

Don't go here worst place ever staff are ignorant and unprofessional telling my wife 30 mins but when I ring back got told it was with driver so waited another hour but still nothing rung back for refund then was told can't do it as I would have to wait for owner to come back and they don't know when that would be lieing just to keep the money so I have no choice but to wait for food don't go here

Ordered for delivery for 22:20, I arrived from work 22:15 and my food was sitting outside the house on the ground, i picked it up already angry, and it was completely cold! Phoned in, and the answer was to put it in the oven! Really? I'm expecting food ready from the take away warm enough to it! I've been told I won't be send a new one or even refunded, so I had to put it in the bin as I'm not eating food straight from the ground and cold. Worst take away ever, avoid.

Ordered two of these and that’s what they both look like dry and looks as if it’s from yesterday stuff and the delivery was bad took over hour and a hafe and I stay in the town centre 13 pounds for dry chicken

Usually love there food and a regular customer however pizza was dry tonight and not the toppings I asked for the chips and cheese where crispy and hard.... like back het I am so disappointed

I really wish my review could be all good. Ordered from here a million times and most of the times it’s gooooooood 😄. But tonight we never got spiced onions that we asked for and the salt and chicken chilli pakora was kinda like chilli sauce just poured all over it 💔💔. Plus half or more of the box was filled with lettuce. Love ordering from here aswell. Tried phoning but just missed closing time by five mins. Sorry guys I normally loveeeee it 😁😁😁

I can categorically tell you that it’s not cheaper to order direct from here. I literally just tried to make an over the phone order, as advised by they’re own staff last week. However they tried to charge me more than the app, and double the price for delivery. Places like Just Eat charge a commission to these places for using they’re services, so even though the business avoids this charge when a customer deals with them directly they want more money from you. As I said I followed the advise of theyre own staff only to find out that it was to bleed more from the customers. Shocking service. I’d like someone from Tikka way to explain to me why, when I try to buy from them direct they want to charge the customer more money than they do via the just eat app. They charge yourselves a big % for gaining custom meaning less money for yous. Why the need to scam customers for more money when they have the courtesy of taking your advise and buying from you directly ?

Order door restaurant phone back to say no mushrooms so I cancell order and at the end no order no refund... The worst respect to client. Absolutely i am shocked to hear they can't do anything with that... Like nothing happen... At least they are on plus.. Ordered a korma nothing but sauce hardly any chicken!

Placed an order via JustEat this evening, as I have on a few occasions I’ve had minor issues but nothing major. I left specific instructions on the order (as can be seen) expecting that this would be read. The reason I asked for it separately is because of allergies and the item was being shared. The food arrived luke warm, and lone behold I opened the box to find it caked in mayonnaise. I called and spoke with a server who said “we just ignored the instructions because we charge extra for separate sauce.” I’m not sure what stopped them from picking up the phone to explain this? I explained the reason that it was required to be separate and asked what I was to eat. So the error was created by utter incompetence and laziness but I was expected to fork out for another delivery? Absolutely no acceptance of blame or apology from the staff and no real or acceptable attempt to make it right. In addition to that we discovered a hair, and the box which it arrived in appeared to be dirty. The whole order had to be binned by the time I had tried to sort everything because it was stone cold. I’m very disappointed that I’ve had to leave this review but not nearly as disappointed as I am with the customer service and the way that they handled an issue that they created.

Spent £36 only to be served a total pile of crap. Poppadoms were moist, onion rings were a soggy disgrace, garlic mushrooms coating fell to bits as soon as you touched them, Nan bread was not properly cooked and was inedible as all the food was. The main courses were disgusting, I was embarrassed as my friend came for dinner. What a waste of money.

Ordered a delivery through uber eats for a certain slot time. Order was cancelled after waiting til the end of the slot time (1.5 hours). We phoned tikka way to be told order was on way and would be delivered in 15mins. Still waiting 2 weeks later.......

What an amazing place, got a delivery and was so fresh and delicious. The staff were really nice. Driver was polite, not like others we have had from other places. Recommend

Portion sizes are shocking ! Food tasted fine but hardly any meat in the donner kebab & not much cheese either , pizza was nice but yet again lacked any chicken , disappointed & their is definitely no value for money

I understand that these are busy times I was advised my delivery would be 2 hours and I confirmed this was ok if the food came hot. Food came and was cold. I ordered chips cheese and donner meat and a tub of sauce, it came with Hardly any meat and no sause, I also order a burger and chips with sauce and Salad it came with no salad And no sauce. £15 down the drain will not be ordering from here again.

Very very poor I have ordered from here before but never again. Late delivery tiny hoggie no chips with it no garnish stuff with my nachos so I call up only to be told it will get delivered when it can...so I will wait for all the peppers n stuff to arrive then eat my COLD nachos....aye name bother 👍 NEVER BE BACK!!!!

Just received a delivery after not ordering for months due to poor standard food and insane waiting times. Decided to give it another go and hasn't got any better. Tikka way nan. Garlic nan, spicy chicken, onion and cheese. What I actually got was plain nan, bit of chicken and raw onion. Going in the bin and then told I'd need to wait an hour for a replacement.

Very disappointed tonight. I ordered a burger with sauce and chips with cheese. I got a burger with no sauce and chips with no cheese. Not happy at all. I know it's late but don't work this late if staff can't keep up!!!!

Tasty food and friendly staff but used to be a lot tastier a few years ago

We hadn't ordered from here for quite some time, so thought we would give it another go. I ordered a chicken sarbini but i felt he wrap was far too thick and it didn't taste of much. However the spicy chicken pizza was tastey.

I orderd a take away at 8.oclock it did not arrive till 9.30.It was frozen when it came.The food was rotten.Never again will I order here again.delivery driver was so rude basically threw the change at me.

I ordered a pizza with 2 toppings chips and cheese and chicken Maryland. On arrival the food was hot but that's where the sun ends, the pizza had hardly any toppings on it however was smothered in cheese! The chicken Maryland was crammed into one container Inc cold salad which had made everything wet ?! , Along with a small chips and cheese I was charged £15 for this disastrous effort. No impressed... ordered food at midnight, took 3 hours, still had to pay full price. Understandably it was a Saturday night, but could’ve discounted or called to let me know. My doner meat was meal of shame and my tears was my sauce.

Esta noche me dieron una entrega con mi pareja y nos quedamos a mitad de camino a través de la cena cuando llegamos a un pelo largo negro, lo cual no puede ser uno de los nuestros, ya que no tiene pelo negro. Me llamó y hablé con un chico en el teléfono y todo lo que dijo fue que no entiendo cómo no trabajo aquí chicas como chicos con la cabeza rapada sólo, y no hay nada que hacer. Un chiste si me preguntan. Sin duda no volveremos!

Used to use it a lot. But last time I used them they took 2 hrs to deliver 1hr more than they said they would. After I having to phone them to see what Is happening the attitude I got was like "how dare you call us we will deliver your food when we can" the reason It was late I found out by the delivery driver was a delivery driver phoned in drunk, so they were short staffed, so that 1hr delivery time they gave me was a lie.

We left a bad review on justeat after a disappointing takeaway. The business owner then started ringing us at twenty to midnight. When we asked why he said it was a 'mistake' even though he asked for my husband by name. He tried to claim he had just misdialled. Don't bother with these fools, if you're not happy they'll use your details to harass you and cause alarm.

Literally a miracle if I can go a week without having a pizza from this place! Stuffed crust, Chicken Tikka, Donner meat pizza; Amazing!

Disgraceful. I had haggis pakora, south indian garlic chilli (lamb) and a cheese & garlic nan. It was expensive, delivery was quick though. Pakora was ok, nothing spectacular. The curry had split and the sauce was very thin and tasteless, lamb was overcooked and chewy. The nan bread was a joke hardly any garlic and cheese flung onto it. Absolutely no TLC went into the preperation of this meal at all, i ate half of it and ditched the rest. Very disappointed will never be back.
