Absolutely rubbish, missing items, in correct drink, un cooked chicken wings, cold pizza and poor response from the manager that couldn’t even talk English properly! Would not use Pizza Hut Stafford road again! Resulted in throwing pizza an wings away and getting McDnalds ! - rubbish service and response from the manger !!!

Ordered a delivery which stated 35-45 mins after an hour we rang up to chase it to establish the driver couldn't find us. We had given clear delivery instructions as well as a contact number. When it finally arrived it was cold and hard and to be frank inedible so we contacted the store again who refused to do anything about it and told us to contact customer care. The manager was rude and unhelpful and refused to even give his name for a complaint will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered a take away to be delivered, time stated 35-45 minutes, also giving clear delivery instructions and only living literally just down the road, after an hour of no show I contacted the store and got told it's just leaving, after about 5-10 minutes my pizzas came, it was cold and hard, I contacted the store told them this and they refused to do anything about it, I also asked to speak to a manager and asked for management details, he refused to give them to me, on this second call back he denied that he'd said it was just leaving, so how was my delivery soo cold if the driver had just left and I live 0.8 miles away from the store? (Pizza has not been eaten as it is inedible) I also asked for a refund, that was also refused and got told to contact customer services, this is very unacceptable, and will never order from there ever again. Obviously they do not care about the reputation of pizza hut!!!!

Came with a college friend for the buffet. Greeted with a 30 minute wait for a single pizza to come out, no pasta and a horrid sala bar. Tried to get ice cream to pass the time, Machine was turned off and had to wait 5 minutes for it to be turned on. Only thing halfway edible was the nachos, even then they were bland. Only once we had even eaten the ice cream, after the wait were we told we have to pay extra for it, despite it being in-between the buffet bar and the salad bar. After waiting even longer we were finally greeted with a magherita pizza on the bar, Or at least the saddest excuse for one I've ever seen! Rubbery, greasy mess looked like it had been under heat lamp for hours. Utter joke, Do yourself a favour. Go across the street and eat at cosmos. Save your stomach and your time.

Orders 2 large pizzas 2 sides and a bottle of pop when the the order arrived I was missing the garlic bread so phoned the store to be put on hold this was resolved they was going to send them out ok no problem. We started to eat the pizzas the Texan bbq had no bbq sauce on or u couldn’t taste it as so little the dough was that hard it would of knocked some out if thrown at them and the pizza was warm phoned the store again and spoke to the manager I told her the issues she replied how much have you ate 4 pieces I can’t do a thing then if there is four people eating there will be four missing got offered a small pizza as a replacement so I argued this I said leave it then and I will leave a bad review suddenly changed to I’ll replace to a large pizza very dissapointed tried to get fobbed off the pizzas are well over priced for so little crap pizza tasted stale I will be ordering from pizza tower next time. Avoid pizza hut do not waste your time and hard earnt money. Pleasant delivery people though

My sister has a Pizza Hut near her and insisted I use that for pizza. I usually use Doninos. I ordered online and the offer I chose somehow didn’t apply on final page which I didn’t review, my fault. I was charged £61 instead of £40. Only after paying did I realise and telephoned the store and spoke to the manager, Bally, and confirmed the order was cancelled. The manager instructed me to email Pizza Hut to obtain a full refund which shall take up to 14 days and I did on the same day, the 14th July. I didn’t receive the refund and after another phone call to the store on 22nd August now speaking with another manager, Yesh, he gave me a telephone number to the head office to call and follow up the refund. I called the number on the 24th August and spoke to Irlene who said she spoke to the franchinse person who shall be visiting the store that evening at 6pm and they will get the money refunded and either Irlene, or he colleague Stevie, will call me that evening to confirm the money has been refunded. That never happened. So I have now been out of pocket £61 for over a month, I don’t know if I will ever get my money back and wish I used Dominos as they have a much better service. Basic pizza at Expensive prices, This is Wolverhampton not Savile Row, Pizza of any discription are dough base with tomato sauce and a little topping, You can't justify 10.99 for a pizza when there are lots of places to get pizza at half the price Nothing to shout about either. Sorry but if you want London prices stick to London.. I won't be back..

Ordered the £5 special pizzas, I now realise why they’re £5. The crust is bigger than the pizza, this place is a joke! Go elsewhere and spend your money, meagre pizza for top money. First and last time they’ll get my money

The customer services is rubbish there. Tried buying a pizza and ended up cancelling it all seemed to much trouble for them. They was very unhelpful and when I tried complaining and said I would go elsewhere they just said that fine. I will definitely be buying my pizza from elsewhere in future avoid this place totally, they also don’t know how to speak to people properly.

Never had any problems before staff informative helpful and delivery with a smile. But have just tried to place an order and was totally disgusted. First it was all er erm er er hang on and I was left for ages, rang 2nd time and he put the phone down on me, Rang 3rd time and he said he was too busy cutting pizza to take an order.

Ordered pizza and arrived an hour later COLD (it's never delivered in the timescale they quote) with a also a missing item. Manager was very dismissive that pizza was cold saying it has just come out the oven! So we are liars and making a fuss and she didn't want to help. They sent missing item 40 mins later..... Won't be ordering from there again!

Found a piece of blue plastic in the pizza! Called in and they wanted to know whether it was in the dough or the topping?! If we knew this it wouldn't have been half eaten! Duh!! Forwarded a picture of said plastic. Blah blah blah from them....they will take it up with Pizza Hut head office they said. It's been 10 days now...no call back to apologise...nothing. Won't be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. If you don't mind having plastic in your food you could order from these clowns!

Having visited this restaurant two times previously and had excellent food I thought I would try again but this time I would have a deliver rather then collect. Big mistake food came and look like the pizza had fallen over toppings was all over the box and the pizza was warm and not piping hot like usual. The pizza had raw onion and just not the standard I had received on the two previous occasions and it was a real let down.

An order was placed via the web site and how disappointing!! When our order finally arrived, no garlic bread, no dips and two desserts were missing. The young lady who delivered said order was very apologetic and rang Pizza Hut to order the missing items. She said she would return asap, which to be fair she was pretty quick but the missing items were still wrong. One dessert was not sent but a duplicate of what had already been delivered! The garlic bread was cold and dips still missing. By this time the pizza had been half eaten by hungry children so just wasn't worth it. Will not be using Pizza Hut again

Ordered a delivery at 8pm,rang a few times,yes it's on its way,it arrived at 9.30pm,correct pizza wrong soft drink wrong sides,was told the manager will ring,but never did,such bad service obviously they don't need my business will not be using there services,no apologies,

Every time I've ordered from here, it's been for delivery, and EVERY time the delivery is so fast! the food is always piping hot... And the cookie dough is by far the best I've tasted.
