Ordered pizza, app showed it had been sat waiting to go out for 25 mins. Finally arrived cold… tried calling for a replacement but no answer on phones. Avoid

Shocking service/food and a breeding ground for COVID in terms of health & safety. AVOID at all costs! Staff need firing

Ordered online and waited over an hour and the app said it’s still in prep so call the place and no answer, tried to call them another 10 times still no answer. Drove myself to the place and picked up my order, when I asked why don’t they answer the phone he said “labelling is more important”. I will never order another pizza from this place run by useless individuals.

Food came on time, howeve, was cold and did not taste as good as it usually does. Was also give a different drink to what I ordered and just told they were out of stock; would have been nice to be called first to ask what I’d prefer as an alternative. Disappointing!

Pizza was undercooked, so asked for another. They couldn’t give me it on the night cause it was late. They told me they would add a free one to my address. When I rang up to claim they new nothing about it.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had! Waited an hour with hungry children, finally 2 cold, burnt inedible pizzas were delivered. We called to complain and were told we would have to wait an hour for replacement pizzas! Will never use Dominoes again.

If you want to eat the same day you ordered, don't buy from here. Unbelievably terrible service, called to check how our order was going after waiting over an hour and was told it'll be leaving in 5 minutes. 30 mins later, still no pizza. I can only assume that they were making the cheese from scratch.

Orders a pizza today at 19:30 pm. The pizza didn’t turn up until 20:50 which is over a hour. Rang the shop and got all sorts of excuses that they are short of staff and that there are lots of orders and they have been really busy. The food was cold when it turned up and we paid cash. Had to ring up the manager several times to get money back. Finally at 21:50 we were told that we would have to contact customer services to get a refund even though we paid with cash. I got told there has been a lot of complaints tonight so I am not the only one getting bad service. We have to email them to ask for our money back. What ridiculous nonesense is that. Not impressed in the slightest. Won’t be using any Dominios pizza place in the near future as I found my local branch disgusting and very bad customer service. They got my order wrong as well to top it all off. Please please don’t use them if you want a nice easy takeaway or delivery. I certainly won’t be using them again. I gave them 1 star as that was the lowest rating I could give but I wouldn’t even of given a star if that was a option.

Few Vegetarian but tasty pizza. Choco lava cake was tasty treat. Hot coffee one the go, on cold day was nice option.

Excellent pizzas and very friendly staff and most nights they do 2 for 1! Seems very busy and popular with local residents. Great value, especially if you are hungry.

Our son ordered a Mighty Meaty from here earlier today. Within a couple of hours of eating started to feel nauseous. Within a few hours he was being very sick. I have absolutely no doubt it was as a result of eating this pizza. He is never ill & was perfectly well & healthy prior to this. Called them up to tell them this evening & they say they’ve had no other reports of sickness today. The only positive is it’s put him off eating Dominos pizza. He says never again! Still have some of the pizza in the fridge. Would love to have the foods standards agency test it.

Quite simply the worst dominos I have ever had the misfortune of encountering! Only ever order from them in lazy emergencies, as it's the only place that delivers to us. On 3 occasions they have NEVER got the order correct. Often just substituting part of the order for something else without contacting us, as they didn't have what we ordered. The latest time we were left waiting, without explanation, for nearly TWO HOURS! When we called after and hour we were lied to and told the order was now out for delivery - ';eft 2 minutes ago'. 45 minutes late, it had 'just left' again!!! When the order turned up it was stone cold and wrong. Again. They sent out replacement pizzas but in the meantime - ran out of pepperoni.....really?!!! Will never use again!

The order arrived via delivery 1.5 hours after ordering, the pizza was cold, the wrong size and the toppings were stuck to the inside of the box due to a lack of care from the driver whilst delivering. I called the branch to complain and received a very aggressive and uninterested response. The response received was that it was not their issue and I should email customer services...... not their issue!!!!!, absolute joke! My advice... order from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns!

Very long wait just for the cashier to bother to show up. Staff does not speak English very well and has problem understanding the order. Place looks very dirty and unappealing.

After 45mins of ordering I rang and got Ali G's little brother on the phone who said he forgot to send it out. Of course I asked for a fresh one but of course got the reheated frisby which I rightly refused to pay for. Luckily had steak and chips as backup

Yo pedí una pizza muy sencilla, que aún no llegó después de una hora y diez minutos. Al sonar la sucursal me aseguraron que el conductor había dejado cinco minutos antes. Después de más de veinte minutos (es un 7 minutos! Llamé de nuevo.) Finalmente el conductor me llamó, él estaba fuera de la casa de al lado, así que le dio indicaciones claras. Él nunca apareció. . . . .

Intentó pedir una entrega y dijo más de 2 horas para entregar cuando cerraron en una hora! ! ! ! Luego nos dijeron que no entregar a nuestra dirección cuando hemos tenido las entregas al menos 20 veces este año ya! ! ! Este es, obviamente, porque sus empleados quieran pronto tienes esto! !

Always enjoy Domino's lovely pizzas. So very convenient when staying in the Travelodge just across the road. Great value, good selection and choice and good service. Will even deliver to the hotel!

McDonald's is five star compared to this! Southern fried chicken with wedges and garlic doh balls. Bad flavour (synthetic) , bad quality, bad value for money. Nothing more I can say!

Absolutely appalling service. Only ever been 3 times and each time they decide to put peppers & chicken on my pizza when my two toppings where neither of the above! Rude and low attention to detail.

Orden de entrega dos pizzas utilizando su sitio web. Cuando la pizza llegó el cambio acabaron con nuestros, lo que significaba que teníamos que llamar preguntando por el conductor volver con nuestro cambio. Para empeorar las cosas una de las pizzas estaba equivocada la base era base de tomate cuando pedimos base salsa barbacoa y también el salsas eran muy aceitosa.

Pedimos dos pizzas a domicilio utilizando la página web. Las pizzas llegamos después de casi 90 minutos sin los chapuzones, luego descubrimos una de las pizzas estaba equivocado.

Pedimos una gran comida para llevar a la familia. Comida llegó después de 1 horas y varias llamadas a perseguir el conductor de entrega, cuando llegamos no estaba caliente.

No puedo creer que tienen un negocio. tibio en el momento de la entrega, secos lados de pollo cada bocado increíblemente decepcionante especialmente por £25.00 . El queso no es auténtico queso, las coberturas son la basura más barata posible. Nunca he comido algo y sacudido la cabeza con una decepción en todos los aspectos. Bien aparte de la coca-cola. What is there not to like about Domino's great pizzas. I always try to visit when in the area. Offers such choice and great value.

This seems to be one of the more stingy locations, toppings are very scarce and the pricing is significantly higher than other areas.
