Domino's Pizza in South Gloucestershire

We used to enjoy Dominos as while it's always been very expensive, the pizza is tasty (although they often make mistakes with the order or forget dips). However I've just gone to order for the family, saw that they are now charging £24 for a large pizza and TEN POUNDS for a tiny personal pizza! So I've cancelled the other. I wouldn't pay that much of it was delivered by Dan Stevens in his under crackers.

Just ordered a Meat-feast pizza with chicken mix box and a Ben and Jerry ice cream. The ice cream was not with delivery, when pointed out to the delivery driver he said phone the shop. Have tried to ring the shop for over an hour and no-one picks up. Extremely disappointed as I have paid for the ice cream. Definitely won’t be using Domino’s again.

Items missing on last 3 orders, try to phone shop to rectify problem but never any answer! Terrible this is theft! AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS BRANCH UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED!!

im blind so i dont really know what i was doing but i could tell that the pizza had too much peperoni but had no cheese or crust.

After getting my order wrong the first time they resent the order which they got most right but got the pizza wrong so called up and the said they would resend which they did and still wrong so asked again and they sent it wrong again!! Sent the pizzas back with the driver and gave up. They tried fobbing me off with credit for when I order next time, which definitely will not be happening so have asked for refund but not holding out much hope on that! Avoid dominos the service is awful!

Waited an hour for 2 pizza’s no problem with that at all but asked for a review on the pizza & delivery driver before it had even been delivered & when it was both pizza’s were cold, not impressed, probably wouldn’t order again.

Called into Dominos Kingswood Bristol to pick up a pizza as I have stopped having them delivered because their delivery prices have become ridiculous £19.99 a large pizza which is an absolute rip off, however I was told that collection price is the same so went to Pizzeria Milano where a large pizza is £8 and a better pizza. Never going to a dominos again. Also when I went into dominos and asked for a menu as there were no prices displayed the person on the till then took a phone call and kept me waiting for 10 mins only to ask me again what I wanted and told him again a menu please at which point he went out the back and help load some pizzas finally returning 10 minutes later with a menu.

We often have a pizza for tea its quick,convenient and reasonably priced and its local it's in the kingswood high street

Lovely pizza, delivery time was good,really enjoyed our pizzas and garlic bread,arrived hot as well.

I usually love Dominos pizza and fir the price they charge you expec.f. good quality. Unfortunately tonight's delivery arrived luke warm not surprisingly as according to your tracking system it was delivered at 7.20pm...actual delivery was at 7.45pm so not sure where your driver was for 25mins? When he eventually did get here he was pretty ignorant, not even a smile, good evening nor a thank you...that is NOT customer service. I've now had to reheat the food which basically doesn't taste half so good now and defeats the object of takeaway delivery tbh. The one thing I will say is that your new burger pizza is a hit.

Really disappointing as you expect them to be all fairly similar. Had pizza twice from here and both times not good. The bases are dry and the toppings poor. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering and giving the benefit of doubt by ordering again!

Found a hair in my pizza, complained about it to find another hair in there. Food took ages, not impressed. Great shame as love dominoes and usually go to the kingswood one.

Well where do I start. From the point of walking in the shop to leaving it took 1 hr 10 mins.......is this a new fast food record? Would expect taking tbat long we would have had some of the best pizzas in Bristol. They were far from it, burnt badly in places and when one was opened was cold. Staff don't have a clue and sad to see that they can seemingly get away with it. In the time I was there, at least four people had problems with their orders! Expected a lot more for the price that is charged. Dominoes management need to sort it out, worst service I have ever experienced. Sadly, the food was for a birthday party too which left a lot of children underwhelmed!!!

We have been ordering from the Kingswood site because they are the only Domino’s within our postcode area that will deliver to us but every time we receive our order, the quality of the pizza is extremely poor. It looks and tastes like the pizzas have been precooked and then reheated before being delivered to the customer. Never again will I waste my money ordering from here again. I’d rather drive to another Domino’s and collect a pizza. Keynsham and Emerson Green site are much better. Kingswood site doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I really don't know why I use this dominos as they take so long to deliver and half the time the order is wrong! Either shut down or get whole new staff. Will never ever use again.

I placed a order with dominos in kingswood through the app and it took over 45 mins to arrive in this time I rang the store and asked where it was and when it finally arrived it was stone cold and the delivery driver just...

I asked for a big pizza with a topical one, I paid for it and when they handed it to me, they gave me a small pizza, claiming that the promotion was not the one ... When I asked a few times. They finally changed...

Agree with another reviewer, definitely over priced to the max and the pizza is simply OK not good! I will not be ordering from here again. I complained to the manager at the time who promised a free order but then she did not flag...

Ordered a home delivery for family get together at 9pm online. Waited 3 hours. Rang them said they were busy. Had to cancel.

We used the mobile app to order as it's difficult to get through by phone and when they do answer, you are sometimes put on hold while they are already on another call; as they must answer the phone within so many rings!! The pizza...

Average pizza, average service. Overpriced to the max. I'm sure you can find equal, if not better quality pizzas near by.
