Very poor chips were cold pizza was not cooked the shop wasn't very busy it went through the oven to fast.don't use this shop

absolutely terrible, food never came waited over an hour and rung the phone at least 30 times. kept saying it had been delivered when it hadn’t even let me cancel the order after over an hour of waiting

my food did not even arrrive the driver said it was on its way and nothing came then the shop shut? and i can now not even get intouch but took my payment

Fries were soggy. Onion rings were cold. Pizza wasn't cut properly. So disappointed. Should have gone to frescos.

Ordered take out from here for the first time and unfortunately my last time aswell I ordered the simplest of things A plain doner kebab A chicken sizzler burger plain Chips Drink It arrived not warm Chips lifeless like they had been cooked then sat in the tray for an hour The burger had no sizzle in the slightest and was undercooked ,had the same texture as a microwave burger The hash brown was raw Then the kebab Opened it to find a tray of meat with a pitta on top Had to make myself The meat was cold, very dried out and had the strangest aftertaste I've ever experienced with a doner kebab. At least the drink was OK Don't waste your time or money ordering from here Avoid it like the plague I'll update this review if I get through the night unscathed

Fair and reasonable people! No complaints. Passing through the town. Will remember the advice given for next time. I did ask for more salad though and hardly got any.

Ordered from here on a couple of occasions and food has been spot on and delivered on time or a bit early. No complaints here 👍

We ordered food around 11.30 pm as we all finished work at that time rang 2 hours later to see where our food was had to ring 3 times before I could get through to someone then when someone finally answered they didn’t let us speak the just said taking no more telephone ordered which I wouldn’t of minded but we ordered via just eat and was just checking food was definitely coming never be eating there again

Waited an hour an a half couldnt get through, finally got through on the phone was told its on its way rang another 30mins later and they said it'd been cancelled. Extremely rude on the phone barely spoke english, started to insult me when I demanded a refund and they hung up. Would never order from here again

We ordered and waited over 2 hrs for delivery, which was an hour past stated delivery time. When it arrived there was hardly any meat in it and it was cold. Think it’ll be the last time we order from here.

I was utterly shocked when I revived my donner wrap, I ordered to share with my son and I don’t even think it would of filled him up eating it alone. Don’t order from here if your looking to be full...

27/03/2021 Me and my partner are not the people who moan and we stand by the saying *you get what you pay for". However we didn't expect our chips to be stale and the garlic bread to be solid and COLD. The food was that bad that our two kids didn't even touch it. Really disappointed with these and we won't be ordering again in the future. For anyone who hasn't tried it yet i would honestly save your money and go else where. I would of gave a 0 but unfortunately that wasn't an option. I can't believe how disgusting the food was, oh well least my dogs got something out of it.

Ordered special kebab, with all the trimmings, when it came delivery man was lovely cant fault him, but im sorry there was no taste to the meat, the chicken looked like it was days old. wont order from here . Also very very dry and no sauce even though i asked for it

Placed an order , it was accepted with a delivery time after waiting 30 minutes later than was said we repeatedly rang , no answer so my husband drove to the shop to see what was going on the shop was closed shutters down !! Thankyou very much for stealing are money and ruining are night . Great

Food arrived 45 minutes late, it was cold, undercooked and incomplete.Tried calling to complain but Sam, who says he's the main cook cut off the call when requesting to speak with the owner.Called again and was greeted by a very aggressive tone saying, "Do not test my patience." Then cut off again.

Ordered a simple donner kebab. Fries and onion rings. Two miles away from the restaurant. Order took 1hr 35mins to arrive, stone cold food,soggy chips. The donner meat was disgusting,which came separate from a store bought generic tiny piece of pita bread. No salad the onion ring looked liked they’d been cooked last week and microwaved. Please avoid at all costs

Ordered donner meat and chips, got Donna meat and no chips.Also ordered a garlic bread, this was possibly the worst garlic bread I’ve ever tasted..Finally we ordered a piece of cake and custard and asked specifically if we could get them separate and they came mixed together. Stone cold.Chilli sauce was nice

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ILL... I went to this chippy not long ago after work for cheesy chips & a pot of gravy which cost me £4.50 and hardly no cheese atall & when I got outside and opened the gravy it was a thick creamy colour, like jelly in no way shape or form was it gravy! I went back in and got a refund but at first they was adamant it was gravy it was absolutely disgusting I told them they cant be serving customers stuff like that! I thought my cheese chips looked okay even with hardly any cheese so I started to eat them at the taxi rank, and they just tasted like pure spud like they just rushed and threw them in the tray... absolute rip off and the worse food I have ever come across in my life! AVOID THIS CHIPPY ABSOUTLE SCUM!MACY ST HELENS

Got stuff from these guys about 6 times in the last few months. Fantastic value. Can be half the price of other pizza shops. Quality is decent too. Never had a problem. Burgers lovely. Kebabs great. Pizzas could possibly have a little more toppings .... But compare prices to similar establishments for same thing....... And you will be surprised. Great work Olivera.

This outlet is in the premier league of bad takeaways. Cold crispy uncooked rubbery chicken, cold limp fries, salad so laid back it almost fell out of the box itself, missing sauces, foil burnt into naan bread. On a positive note the can of drink tasted ok. The picture below was a £12.80 kebab ! Yes £12.80 folks. So let’s recap, inedible, cold, expensive and limp. If that’s your thing then treat yourself to this joint. Enjoy.

Ordered the food and my order came wrong and when I asked for it to be changed the man at the door said we can ring up and they will deliver the correct order however when the delivery driver went and I rang up they don’t me they wasn’t delivering the food and also said they he doesn’t care about his employees and what they say, overall terrible customer service and terrible food quality would definitely not recommend ever would rather eat sh1t

Delivery was fast and price is ok Pizza was a bit grease but tasked not bad and was a decent size pizza good amount of toppings

Ordered for our family.we hate 2 pieces of chicken then realised it was pink inside.chips were like rubber and cold and onion rings felt frozen like they just come out of the freezer.very very poor service

It’s awful DO NOT!! Waste your money it’s disgusting food over cooked and cold!! When I phoned to make a complaint they robbed me off saying that they’d sort it and phone me back.... but never did so I had to take my child into the shop and When I made a complaint the staff ganged up on me and tried to make me feel intimidated I asked for a mariner pizza with out prawns and they got all offensive! Which I’m allergic too prawns!! They have two young boys working behind the counter!! Their attitude stinks as bad as their pizza!!! Defo would not advise going here and I never will again!!!

Only ordered a garlic bread they braught it cold phoned up asking where my order was and rudely spoke down to me on the phone saying they mocked on my door when I know they didn’t them started being cheeky then when they said they will send the driver back they braught me it cold f..... outrageous Not ordering from there again

Food cold and burnt, rude staff. Flush your hard earned cash down the toilet than give it to these guys, will be posting pictures of the "food" on fb for all to see - lets get this place closed down!! Wheres the cheese

Regular customer here and the food and service is always great!I normally get the pizza deal which comes with crispy fries.I think it's one of the best places in the area for Pizza.

Teribble pizza was cold hard an looked like it was a day old. Looked like Steve wonder said it was fine to eat. Don't buy from there. Customer service was a joke. Awful place. Promised another pizza then fobbed us off

I ordered food with my family usually food and drinks are exactly what we ordered this time the milkshake was the wrong flavour baring in mind I could of been allergic! We also paid and ordered a tub of gravy and got coleslaw I had messaged them on the live chat and spoke to a human on the just eat app to ask what should I do as I have the wrong milkshake and side dip as to what I ordered and paid for they said they are not doing anything about it or even a refund because the milkshake is the correct one, even though I have the order shown on my just eat app, ridiculous! So we rang to double check it was them that we spoken to and the way they spoke to my mum was disgusting! Does this look like a blue bubble gum milkshake to you?

Food was disgusting never order from there agen doughnut was hard like it was stale and hot dog was caked in red sauce the hot dog bun tasted stale the only nice thing was my drink

Great end to a great night thanks to jodi and ian who supplied us with a delicious pizza would reccomend to anyone as the staff and food is great!

Food always lovely from here , plenty too , they certainly font scrimp on the sizes ... Really friendly man who served us full of local knowledge ...
