Pizza Hut Delivery in Medway

Order now an hour late. Have so far had to chase twice with different lies about food being sent out. Not first time that they cannot provide the food as advertised. Would not recommend using for delivery!

Ordered on Deliveroo at 8 minutes past 12 I know that’s late but I work in a bar they wouldn’t even answer the phone bearing in mind it shuts at 1am saying delivery is between 11-12 ? Not fair when they don’t answer the phone to ask what’s going on?

We got a delivery from Pizza Hut in Finchley for my sons school leaving party last week. Not only were the pizzas good, but the service by a guy called Jason was incredible! When you’re ordering lots of pizzas for a party, you want to know they will definitely arrive. Jason, if you ever get to read this - thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back.

Order now, might get it in 4 hours. They won’t tell you that... you find out only if you chase late delivery.

Pizzas were tepid at best which meant the crusts were dry - the order of chicken wings was left out of the delivery - very disappointing indeed - will not be buying from them again

So I thought I would order again from our local Pizza Hut 2yrs on... The last time our food never turned up and trying to get a refund was very painful it took over two weeks to get my money back! Now I’m still waiting for our order (over 60mins) which was listed as 20-30mins. Contacted the Hut direct to be told at least another 30-40mins to go. Will never use this branch again. Absolute shambles of a set up.

Hawaiian pizza hardly any cheese on pizza over priced thin as described cold stone cold had to reheat it

High quality pizzas delivered promptly. Great fresh ingredients. Well packed and sealed. Delivery team are cheerful and pleasant.

Quoted 55 to 65 minutes delivery and was delivered in 1hr 15mins. My pizza was Luke warm and the base was very rubbery. Oddly enough my Husband’s pizza was hot but mine wasn’t. Strange. Thankfully I ordered cheese triangles or I would have starved, as I managed 2 1/2 pieces of pizza before feeling ill. Not impressed. On the upside the lady I called to chase up the order was very pleasant and apologised for the delay and the delivery driver was very pleasant so no complaints there. Overall very disappointing food. I will stick to my usual Pizza Go Go in future.

Terrible customer service We own a business right opposite the staff and customers used to use this place a lot but from tonight we’re not going to promote them at all as it was embarrassing One of our customers rang up to order £35 worth of pizzas I was told there was a two hour delivery he then rang up to say could he come and pick it up and they said no some new policy that came in earlier that week so we rang head office 23 minutes on hold eventually got through we walked over to the branch as it’s literally 45 seconds walk from my business head office didn’t know anything about the new policy and although from head office we did get the order for free that wasn’t a point because they cancelled the first order not us we had to another 20 minutes for them to re-cook the pizzas only to find out they couldn’t get that right and had to wait even longer we asked to speak to the manager but she never came forward I can see where the reviews before mine are coming from I’m just so glad I don’t run my business across the road like they run there is absolutely terrible service but it’s their loss now not ours

Speed guarantee is a lie! The speed voucher never arrived. Spoke to someone in their complaints team, who said voucher would be sent via email. The voucher never arrived. They don't respond to my emails now and when I open a new case- they instantly close it without a reply!

One hour and half and I still don’t have my order and the manager is SO RUDE. His attitute is Completely unacceptable. He was shouting at me istead of apologizing. WORST SERVICE EVER

Ordered through the app for delivery time stated 45-50mins. After an hour we call someone answered the phone in the end, to be told it would be another 45mins -1 hour before delivery or I could collect it. No apology offered, so agreed to collect it and it would be ready in 10mins. I got there waiting 5mins for someone to talk to me in the store. They then took my order off the top of the oven and gave it to me (would that same order have been delivered to me an hour later) and it cold and poor quality. Again no apology offer I asked what had gone wrong and was told it was lack of drivers. In short don’t use Pizza Hut delivery Rochester

So delivery was like they said, guy was nice. All was good but pizza well. Base feel like a bottom of the shoes. Generally I ordered first time being bored of dominos. I said hey order Pizza Hut. Never again honestly , the base is ridiculous hard and not because is old or something is just like it is. Not nice, I will stick with dominos

Having looked at reviews was a bit worried. However i used the app and you can buy pizza at £5 We have ordered from here 3 times. Delivery is quick and food had been excellent.

Very similar experience but the food is not as bad as people are saying. Very average and that’s not really for me. I didn’t have to deal with the service so can’t comment on that

I didn’t try the pizza as I ordered sides after reading reviews. My friends were overly impressed but thought it was better than expected based on some of the comments we read.

The food took a very long time, and when it got here it looked like everything had just been thrown on it. However it was hot and tasty and a good price.

75 minutes wait for delivery.pizza come cold and under baked.very,very disappointed.if was baked properly maybe the waiting time not had been a problem.but when I open the boxes ready to eat after a long wait I throw it straight on the bin.was exactly like a gum

Hicimos un pedido a 8.25 pm. En 9,45 pm no show así que llamó a perseguir y me dijo que era en su camino. Finalmente llegamos a las 22:30 h. La comida estaba fría de piedra y una botella de Pepsi Max (sin azúcar), sustituido con una botella de tango (no sin azúcar). me ofrecieron ninguna disculpa para pedir hora tardía o incorrecta. Declaró que las 10.30 pm un poco tarde para comer, especialmente como la pizza ordenados en 8,25 . El conductor de entrega sólo se encogió de hombros. comentó que otros pequeños establecimientos locales proporcionan algún tipo de tiempo de entrega o el pago se elimina, en la que él nuevamente se encogió de hombros y me dijo que no le importaba, que no era su problema. dejó sin tener que comentar. Traté de llamar la tienda para quejarme pero, a pesar de su sitio web indicando que abre hasta las 11.00 , el teléfono era ignorado. Yo no va a utilizar Pizza Hut nuevo, ya que es una experiencia MUY superior es aparentemente para ser recibido de Domino o Papa John's.

Después de una hora esperando cuando me llamó me han dicho que es un gran tráfico en la carretera. Me ofrecieron 7.50 libras de mi cuenta. Me estaba esperando otro 35 min y el orden no estaba terminada, uno de los lados faltaba. peor Pizza Hut. Cambiar el administrador. Así que me decepcionó.

we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 loaded wedges with cheese n bacon. only one pizza arrived.... hubby has these all the time at work (basingstoke) but the first time we have one at home it was disgusting and tasteless and costs double... no receipt was given either. he rung the shop and they said we would need to pay the other pizza as they had only taken for one, he said ok but then she said at least 2 hours to get here...he cancelled it, she said we could have £5 off our next delivery but he said we will never order from there again ever...what a waste of money

Pedí la nueva oferta de corteza de cosas que anuncian en televisión en el momento! Esperamos una hora para mi pizza, el. Llamó la tienda que preguntar dónde estaba y me dijeron que "es obviamente con el conductor y será con usted cuando es" y luego colgaron. La pizza llegó 20 minutos después de esa llamada de teléfono estaba frío de piedra, no estaban bien cocinadas y la corteza de cosas bien, digamos que estaba tiesa corteza! had a delivery yesterday and OMG.... got to be the worst pizza (if you can call it that) ever had the misfortune to pay for. Not only that but the meal deal we ordered was delivered incorrectly. TWODAY Tuesday - no good if one is wrong the other is inedible !

Over 1.5 hrs for a promised delivery of 30 mins, cold food, and rude management.Manager called Jemma, just laughed at me. I will have the last laugh tomorrow when I play the recording back to head office and issue summons for me money back!

Ordered a pizza as a deal had been posted that morning. The girl who took the order is possibly one of the most obnoxious people I have spoken to. Insisted that I was wrong about the deal even though the expiry date was October 2015. When I gently pointed out that the leaflets were from that morning she all but hung up. Disgusting service, what a terrible representation of the brand. Papa John's next time I think.

This is our local Pizza Hut but after waiting for two hours for a freezing cold pizza to be delivered we won't be ordering again any time soon! This isn't the first time it's happened. The staff are also very rude and rarely answer the phone!!! Avoid at all costs!!

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Pizza was burnt. Took over an hour to get to us. It was raining outside and although they delivered it in a car the box was wet. We had a double pepperoni and was 2 pieces of pepperoni on each slice.

I have ordered numerous times from this restaurant only to be let down the last few times. I placed an order online a few hours in advanced for a specific time. It was 30 mins passed this time when I phoned them up to find out what was going on. Girl answering the phone was rude despite being polite to her. No apology of any kind, I was just told it was on its way. She didn't have good telephone manners, probably had no training. Anyway, order turns up better late than never. I was trying to make conversation with the delivery guy. He obviously didn't give a stuff either, just sort of nodded and grunted answers. Food was wrong as well. Didn't have the right toppings on it and was the wrong size. Instead of 2 large pizzas, i was given 2 mediums of each one. It was all cold also. One thing I would recommend people do is check if the boxes are hot/warm. Also open the box while delivery person is there to check toppings are correct. If not tell them to stick it.

Our pizzas arrived and they were so oily it was dripping through the bottom of the box! Something was stuck to the bottom of the Pepsi bottle like dried melted cheese, you couldn't miss it, why they would still put it in or delivery soaking wet pizza boxes.. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered online for 8.30. Now 9 pm. Called, advised it was an hour wait for pizza. I ordered this at 7 pm. Still waiting, now to try and get a refund as not waiting any longer.

Service- worst I have ever experienced. 2 hours and 25 minuets until I received my order, after being told endless time's, just another 20 minutes. Which of course was a bunch of lies.Once received, it was cold and very soggy, it tasted awful. The staff we're very unhelpful and the delivery driver was rude and didn't care nor believe me that I had been waiting for well over 2hours, I feel he found it amusing and was extremely unprofessional. I will stay clear from this chain in future and I shal be writing to the head office to inform them of this brand ruining restaurant. Dont risk trying it yourself. Its a lot of money to spend on throwing it all away.

We ordered 5 pizzas at the offer price of £5.00 each - all of which where the base was undercooked and the toppings were over cooked - we're going straight back to Papa Johns who are great!! Pizza Hut suck as does their food!!!!!! Refuse to give them a rating as they don't offer minus ratings!! You pay for what you get, would advise you go elsewhere as Pizza Hut do NOT make good pizzas anymore!!!

I went here a while ago. I had a Cheese and Tomato pizza and it tasted heavenly! Will go back here next time Im in Roch.
