Woody Pizza in City of London, Westminster

"NAPOLI PIZZERIA"-NW10 AWFUL SERVICE. Half of order missing. Had to chase them via phone on night of order & was promised the missing items were on their way- they never came & nobody bothered to let us know. The next evening I had to repeat the same process chasing them on the phone. This time just 1 of the missing items was delivered & still the drink was missing. I tried to tell the delivery driver, but he was just running away out of sight saying I'll have to call up... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So I called up AGAIN & their communication was very bad, failing to listen so I was accused of lying. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. *NOTE: To add insult, the quality of the food that was delivered was poor & basic. Nothing to do with Napoli/ Italy in any way, so false advertising to use Napoli's name- there is nothing Italian about this joke of a business. At best, their quality is likened to an overpriced poundland.

The so called stuffed hotdog crust was a complete joke! It was literal thin sad strips of hotdog that looked awful stuffed very sparsely in the crust. There was barely any tomato sauce and it came looking like it went through WW3 and when I called about this sorry state of a pizza, they had the audacity to go silent on the line and when I hung up and rang them again the line kept being "busy". They are impolite, do not know what customer service is. Eat anywhere else!

This is the absolute worst decision for delivery which I have made in London. The staff are incredibly rude over the phone, the food is terrible and turned up half an hour later than scheduled. I can only assume than the other review on here which rates this higher than a 1 star is the owner.

Not only did they give us so many of the wrong things in this order, the gave us an ‘americano’ pizza with no pepperoni whatsoever. My girlfriend answered the door and tried explaining about the americano but said she was abruptly told ‘its not my problem’ and that ‘you need to call’ I can understand if this was all just a mistake, so i called and asked what happened. The Rudest man ive ever spoken with answered the phone, after five minutes of aggressively telling me what an ‘americano pizza’ had in it - whilst ironically, confirming that there should be pepperoni on it, he eventually understood. He spoke pakistani urdu to the driver in the background (which my parents are also) and continued to say how ‘stupid’ the ‘three girls who answered were’. All in all... the food arrived on time. It was the wrong food. The driver was rude and declined to care about the companies icompitence. The cook was incompetent. The manager of the operation was incompetent and they refuse to be sorry about the situation. abismal. Thwy agreed to give me a replacement pizza, this time with pepperoni an hour and a half ago. Im still waiting. I genuinely believe they mean to keep me waiting and unless this post changes, they did not send a replacement pizza. Crooks

Pizza always quicker than I expect. Hot and delicious. Service is just great - they understand customer's needs. For sure I am gonna order again. I recommend this place :)
