Ripped off for almost £20 for a small pizza, called the store they said its the set price, wouldn't do anything! I could have got 2 medium from pizza hut for that, avoid avoid avoid

Sadly all these reviews are correct. Food takes far longer than predicted, arrives cold, orders are often wrong and the pizzas are getting progressively worse and worse, the last order was burnt and so over seasoned it was inedible. Have tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I do really think that’s the last time for us. I really quite like dominos pizza and have eaten them in various different places but this branch really is incredibly poor in almost every way.

Ordered at 22:24, I received my confirmation order and payment was taken from my account. My order has not arrived and the store is now closed! Absolutely disgusting service! I will NEVER use these again. Completely fraudulent company

STAY AWAY. The worse customer service ever. Rude and obnoxious. Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery and when arrived was stone cold. When I called back the lady on the phone didn’t not care and put a fake voice on when I asked for the manager. Will NEVER use domino’s again. Disgusting

Order a deal, half of it arrived. Called and spoke to manager who then said had to wait another 20 minutes for the remainder of the order to arrive. Requested full order be replaced as rest would be cold and she refused then hung up. Drove to store and was just told she would call the police for us requesting our full order together. Then took part of our pizza and said she would refund but refused to give any proof and said we would have to wait 5 days for refund so then couldn’t get any dinner for the family tonight. Manager kept smirking when dealing with situation. Absolutely ridiculous. Maggie called the police as she has no customer services skills. Shouldn’t be a manager or customer facing

Me and my girlfriend got a takeaway order from here and we used the tracker. The tracker told us our food had arrived when it hadn’t. I called up to double check and they said they had put it through to delivered by mistake but the food had left them. 20 minutes later the food still had not arrived. I tried to call them again and they did not answer. My girlfriend then tried and she was put on hold and they immediately hung up on her. The food then arrived around 10 minutes later (about an hour after we ordered it). The driver was extremely apologetic and he said that he had not been given my contact details so had been driving around for 15/20 minutes trying to find where I live even though I said in the additional comments that if they call me I can give directions until he got through to someone back at dominoes to get a number off them . He also said that when I called to ask where the food was the person at the other end of the phone was likely to have told me it had left just to get me off the phone even though that was not true as he had not even been assigned my order yet. The food quality was very good. But this was very complicated to sort out for a simple order for two people that only needed taking 10 minutes down the road

Order two pizzas took 3 hours and they delivered one. Remember when pizza used to come in half or it was free. Can't give you a refund for a week. Don't bother

So disgusted in the service from this place I ordered pizzas and they came a hour and a half late, cold and completely the wrong order, I ordered one topping on both and came with nearly every topping there came with onions mushrooms peppers and jalapeños which is clearly the wrong order, I work in the restaurant nearby and I’m completely shocked with this service clearly the business is going down in flames with the amount of bad reviews now a days, need better and more experienced staff in the kitchen as clearly they can’t make pizzas if they can’t even get people’s orders right!

I ordered my pizza at 6 30pm from this branch on the 2nd of December 2021 for collection. It states it'll take between about 10-15mins. I arrived there about 10mins after, and I get in there and my name is on the screen stating 4mins, okay fine, that's expected as it did say 10 to 15mins. I saw someone making one of my starters literally with a minute to go until I was supposedly meant to have it. Some of the staff were just chit chatting and was holding my food in their hand uncooked and chatting like no! Women at the front said are you here to order, I said no collection, and she said 5mins, okay so I allowed the 5mins but probably ended up waiting 15 20mins. No remorse whatsoever and their screen wasn't exactly full of orders. This branch is always late with collections, but today was an absolute liberty take. Baring in mind my pizza was probably done before my starters, it had sat under the light heat thing that barely generates any heat. It was lukewarm and the amount of topping was minimal especially as I had asked for extra chicken 1/5 stars. Wish I could give half for the chicken goujon things, about the only hot thing I got. Overall 0.5/5 if I could

My daughter just ordered a takeaway from here and it took 1 hour 45 mins for a small pizza and garlic bread. Half an hour before it arrived it was saying it was out for delivery and then that it had been delivered etc when it hadn’t. Garlic bread was hot but pizza almost cold but my daughter couldn’t be bothered to complain. Very poor, slow service and she will not be ordering again.

I have always thought this place was a joke, the staff are rude and almost seem annoyed they have a job there, but last night after visiting the entertainment in Hoddesdon Town with my family I thought I would get some ‘quick’ dinner as was getting late. They where clearly overwhelmed with orders and seemed to have a lot of people complaining about late deliveries. Then to my absolute DISGUST I saw three staff members complaining about a call they had just had and watched one of them SPIT IN A PIZZA in front of their colleague. They did not even try and be discreet about doing this and then proceeded to laugh hysterically. I have NEVER seen such disgraceful behaviour in a public restaurant! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE !!!

Literally waited 2 hours for delivery now, been told by text it’s out for delivery and the app says delivered, still nothing, not the first time it’s happened, gave them the benefit of the doubt but won’t be ordering from them again! Absolute disgrace

I ordered 4 x pizza's yesterday evening via the app, after 40 minutes the app says they are out for delivery - 15 minutes later they are still not here but showing on the app as delivered!!! - I called the hoddesdon Dominos to be told they are still there and can we collect them as it will be another hour for delivery!! - when we collected them 2 out of the 4 pizza where ok and 2 absolutely burned to a crisp!!! - very disappointed and the app clearly feeds information back to the managers which is all lies!!

Me and my friends are highly dissapointed at pizza huts service tonight. My friend is gluten free, and we specifically wrote in the comments at the bottom of the page in capitals GLUTEN FREE PIZZA for the pizza she ordered. My friend took a bite into her pizza and realised it was not gluten free. I called Pizza Hut to explain and asked if we could be sent another pizza, and the man who called himself the manager, refused to send us another one saying it’s not their fault. He then put me on hold saying to wait and left us on hold for 10 minutes. My friend has a really bad tolerance to gluten, so this could have caused her much danger. We will not be ordering again and I highly DO NOT recommend.

pizza seems like its days old rather then 45 minutes plus I was missing stuff and the delivery driver was slow also

In current climate the topmost concern was the Contact Free option selected. On the 2x deliveries for one order, neither driver phoned and both waited at the door to hand over the food. Now for the first part. Ordered 19:04. On checking with Dom an hour later it was still at preparation stage. Phoned to chase told being prepared, then it started to move online. At 21:00 still no sign of order and Dom was advising in quality check. Phoned and was told it was going with driver. 20 mins later phoned again and so on. Result delivery 21:35. As mentioned above non contact free and told by driver not all order was there. 22:15 delivery of remainder order. Result a luke warm original delivery unsatisfying due to the phone calls and apalling service. And 1 X Kickers delivered when all were past caring and door had been locked as assumed never going to happen!!1 out of 5 was generous.

Its very delicious and nice pizza i dnt eat tuna fish but i love tuna fish which they use and hot sauce

I have just this minute witnessed one of your drivers go through a red light on the crossing and nearly went into the side of my car because if his reckless dangerous driving. It’s not the first time I have had to ring you to complain about this persistent bad driver you have working for you. He is quite distinctive in the stupid crash helmet he wears with red horns!!! Anyway I rang to tell you about him but you were not really interested so I am sending my dashcam evidence to the police about him hopefully they will deal with him as you certainly cannot!!!

Pizza was ordered at 7.50 and according to tracker was ready at 8.05. Called at 8.40 to be told on way and it had been sotting under heat lamp so would be warm at this point said would not be accepting. Called again at 8.50 to be told just left arrived at 9.40. This was 7th November. I refused delivery and said I wanted refund. I am still waiting. Driver could not of looked more embarrassed. When I call shop re refund manager apparently never there staff sound embarrassed and say you are not the 1st to say this. How are they allowed to get away with this and there is no where to go to complain. If I could give -5 stars I would and the worst of it is I love dominoes but will never order from this branch again

I ordered a takeaway meal. After two hours wait and three calls I gave up. Was told my money would be refunded. Over a week later and two more calls I'm still waiting. It's ten minutes away from me. Service, staff attitude absolutely disgraceful. Will never use them again.

My order took 1 hour and 45 mins to arrive. When it finally did, the pizzas were burnt but cold and my drink was missing. This is not the first time this has happened. Will not be using again.

Worst delivery ever. We only ordered a couple bits such as garlic bread and chicken/wedges combo. It have taken 1hr 45 minutes to get here. When calling they had such poor customer service with little sympathy or apology on the service. All they said was they’re busy, which isn’t acceptable too wait this long for a couple of items. When asking if they could do anything for making us wait this long the lady mentioned she would put us on hold and speak to the manager. We were on hold for 10 minutes...tried calling back and no answer.Will think twice about using Dominio’s next time, especially to deliver. Poor service!

Ordered the pizza with a 40 minute delivery time after waiting 45 I called to be told it was on its way to us, living not even a mile away I called back 15 minutes later to be told it had not left? The manager advised he would give me 50% of my money back and the food would be 15 mins . After waiting the food arrived, freezing cold a half portion of potato wedges and completely wrong toppings on the pizza. Absolutely awful service, food and useless staff. DONT GO HERE

They are always poor but twice now they have managed to put meat on my vegetarian pizza.. not impressed

Well this time they gave me a cheese and tomato pizza that has almost no cheese on it (see picture). That’s still better than last time though, when we had ordered the pizza online, had a notification that it was really to collect and when we got there discovered they hadn’t started making it yet because “they had forgotten”. Have given them two stars as we have previously had ok pizzas from them, but it’s definitely gone down hill...

I'm a fan of vapiano pizza, but after tasting dominos pizza located at remraam, it was delicious and tasteful. The staff called isioma was very friendly and active also nivea, I really like the way they smile.

terrible customer service ordered a 7 inch pizza and 2 chicken kicker boxes. pizza arrived and 1 box of chicken strippers!! had to send the driver back with the box of strippers, when we phoned the store, they said they dont have any chicken kickers and thats why they gave us 1 box of chicken strippers! even though we ordered 2 boxes???? ohhh and refund will take 3-5 days! useless people

If you're hungry, DO NOT order from Domino's in Hoddesdon. Longest cook time and delivery time ever. And with multiple deliveries along the way, not only is the delivery time extended, the end result is cold. What a joke. Order from anywhere other than here!!

Waited over an hour and a half for delievery. Food then turned up cold and toppimg off my pizza were missing. No one even said sorry for how long we had to wait or anything. Very annoyed at such a terrible service dominos Is going down hill fast recently.

I have ordered from here several times and every time, without fail, they manage to get the order wrong. Things like really slow delivery, offering free voucher next time and then not following through, wrong toppings or bases on the pizza, and sometimes not sending certain items. Simply avoid, you never get what you order.

The food came with random eggs In the bbq sauce and the pizza came with every thing even though I ordered a margarita It came with two things missing and it took a hassle to get money back

We order from our local Dominos regularly and it always arrives piping hot and on time 😋 my favourite pizzas ever !!

Used to be so good, we replaced our usual pizza take out for this. However last few times been awful. They get the pizza so wrong and when you try to call them there is no answer.

Took over 2 hours, staff didn’t seem to care. Order was cold. Online app showed as in ‘quality check’ which I think translates to ‘cooked and sat getting cold’. Don’t waste your time and money.

The quality of the pizza and service has been hit and miss for a while. In end of January we ordered some pizza delivered to our home. The order took long time to arrive and when we finally received it, one of the pizzas had bbq sauce or some other sweet sauce instead of tomato sauce. I called the restaurant and they were really rude, so I made a complaint on Domino’s website. They contacted me and said I would have a voucher in the restaurants computer system I could claim with my phone number. Well today I tried to use it and the restaurant refused to respect the promise they had made and said the voucher had expired.

Sometimes this place is excellent and delivery is within the specified time. Other times, the service is soooooo slow. The last order we made showed a delivery time of 60 minutes. We were phoned 10 minutes later to say delivery would be no sooner than 2 hours, could we collect? Erm no, the reason for ordering a delivery is for it to be delivered. Food when it does arrive is very good, except for the one occasion when the pizza arrived with a slice missing!! Think we have given them enough chances now and will use the other ones, even though not so local.

I really can't believe how bad this dominoes is if only zero stars were available. Pre ordered pizza for a Saturday night December 2017 We gave 6hrs notice and ordered online could not believe the service when finally got through to the shop on the phone after the delivery was over an hour late. Hung up on twice after taking an age to get through. Lots of excuses pizza nobody really knows what's going on. Finally delivered 2 cold dried out inedible pizzas and a soggy cold mess of wedges. After yet another call of complaint and being offered free pizza next time no way never again. I'm still waiting for a refund absolutely no customer service from store or head office. My advice avoid this place like the plague they must learn to up their game before taking peoples good money for such poor quality food and service.Really is shocking.

I ordered my pizza and it was acknowledged at 19.01. It arrived 2 hours later and cold. Totally unacceptable at a charge of £18! What are you doing to improve this terrible service? A full refund is the least I expect. Utterly awful!

Overpriced and awful quality. We realised after payment that buying a larger pizza would have given us a significant discount. Yes, I understand it's my responsibility to look for savings, but a little irked that the guy behind the counter could've pointed this out and chose not to. If you find deals for your customers, no skin off your nose and hey, we might've come back! I must say, they were quick at cooking. However got home to find that both pizza bases were paper thin, soggy and picking up a slice was,,,,depressing. Waste of time and money.

This is a lovely clean pie mash shop. Traditional pie mash and liquor and probably the best cup of tea in Hoddesdon.

No recept & staff sounds annoyed most of the time aswell as delivering a poorly cut or put together pizza, they have failed for the last time & created a bad name for them selfs for prize & custom

not bad pizza - bit on expensive sude unless you get a deal. you get a sauce on side but these are mostly warm and sometimes out if date so check before you leave if picking up. ok delivery time - no complaints. just your average joe of pizza world

Dear Whoever, I writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction at not only the level of "service" Domino's Hoddeson failed to provide but to the rude and aggressive behaviour of your manager Ben and someone called Jackson I think.Before I start this is the second time I have had to complain due to the late delivery and cold pizza that you seem to want to send to customers.I ordered a pizza and chicken kickers last night at 6.33pm. I was called at 6.43 by the store to inform me they were out of every side that involved chicken so I took the garlic bread.I was tracking it via the app which showed it had been in "quality control" for 15 minutes. I called the store at 7.06pm to be told it has left the store and should be with me in minutes.I called back at 7.23pm to ask again where my Pizza was. As I was on the phone to Ben the pizza arrived so I told him hold on. The pizza was cold and 4 slices where all separted and the contents of the pizza was all over the cardbox box and I so refused it and gave it back to the driver.I went through my order process with Ben and told him it was unacceptable considering this happened a few weeks ago. Ben said did you order on a Sunday last time to which I responded Yes and he said well that's normal. How can that be normal? Well we order stuff on Friday and we can never know how much we need. I told him that's a joke and why should I as customer be subjected to that?I then told him about the pizza slices and he said You don't want me to explain to you why the pizza looked like that. Like I should expect my pizza to be delivered in that way.I asked for a refund and he said it would be with me in 3-5 days. I wish I hadn't paid via Paypal!I then had to call my local kebab/pizza place to order a new pizza and wait another 45 minutes for a pizza! I didn't get to eat until 8.30pm. Thanks Domino's!Now I would have been OK with this however I then get a call at 7.50pm from Ben who started quizzing me on my pizza I returned. He said he has it and there's nothing wrong with it. I said it's cold and un-eatable.During this conversation someone else came on the phone and started being aggressive towards me. No introduction, no good evening this is so and so.Right whats wrong with the pizza exactly? I've had people spend time baking this and delivering it to you and I can't see anything wrong. So again I went through the whole process. He then said right well we spent time making this and then I had to take one of my drivers off and stop other customers orders so the driver could come and collect your pizza. I corrected him and said firstly get your facts right before you come and accuse me of anything. I returned the pizza on the door step. Oh yeah he said.So clearly he had no idea what was happening in his store!Again in aggressive tone, so what's wrong with it then? I said I'm not eating a cold and disgusting pizza. So what is is exactly that you don't like?So I told him. Being talked to by rude by people like you. Waiting an hour for a pizza that was cold and looked like it had been thrown about and that now I have had to order another pizza and wait another 45 minutes. And lastly people with no manners that are ringing me up to be rude.He kept going on about I should never do this again and some other stuff and I said I done and hung up.I want you to make sure I get my refund and that you take some steps to train your staff in customer service and of course delivering pizzas.You have lost a loyal customer and I will never trust your company again.

Never have a consistent pizza here. Always order the same, never tastes the same or has the right amount of toppings on. Sometimes far too less. They often have good offers but this is reflected in the inconsistent pizzas they offer

Not a fast service, but a tasty pizza. Offers do not match the one online and the staff will not match an Internet deal in store.

The pizza was good, but after I had handed over my money and then asked for my change, I was be told by them they didn't have any!! This is the 6th time this has happened in 6 months. . .strange coincidence or money making ploy. Next time shall I give them 3 pounds less and see if it bothers them? What a cheek and a disgrace to the Dominos name!

I ordered a pizza online on Friday 31st July while babysitting for my sister....I had a call 10 mins later saying part of my orders not available so I advised them I wanted a refund.I am still waiting and it's 10th September I have spoken to many of the useless team members and so called managers and have had no luck.I would certainly recommend NOT to use this store as they clearly do not care about there customers.Aaaaaaarrrrgggghhhh

The staff in the store have no idea what they are doing. After being in the store for 10 minutes to wait for my order to be taken I used a voucher given by there head office. The store manager said I don't want to accept this voucher as it isn't official. So I showed the manager the email sent by the head office but still he didn't want to give it to me. I had also witnessed someone being verbally insulted by the manager after he rudely commented on the way the customer looked. I would recommend going to another food chain

What is there to say? we shared a half and half large pizza with a side for less than a tenner and had a slice for breakfast. Beat that if you can

OK so lunchtime for £1.99 you get a small pizza with ONE topping and you have to collect. But then every now and again - say once a month - If I am heading into Hoddesdon I pre-call them and its ready for me.Cant beat the £1.99 deal. For £3.50 you get a can of drink and a side of potato wedges but that is too much food for lunch. So I stick with the £2 deal.And I do have pizzas delivered from them as well. I order online on the internet and I have to say I have been pleased with pizza and delievery service. MUCH BETTER THAN PIZZA HUT. I have had THREE tries with Pizza Hut and they are ALWAYS soggy old sludge that gets delivered.ON PAR WITH PAPPA JOHNS. I do like Pappa Johns Broxbourne BUT I think Dominos just pips it.One NEGATIVE is they dont do salad. So I would really like them to offer salad to ease my concience a little... I placed an online order at 8pm for delivery. 10mins later I received a phone call from the store telling me that they have run out of red onions, and if I would like to choose something else. I asked for peppers instead, but then was told they had sent someone to the shop to buy red onions! so I don't need to choose something else . I said ok. 1 hour 15mins later no pizza I rang the store and was told the driver was just leaving. pizza arrived 15mins after my phone call. a everything was stone cold!!!. The potato wedges were not even cooked through they were still hard and there was no red onions on the pizza, I phoned the store to complain and was told that these things happen!!! and to look on there online website to make a complaint!.will not be ordering from them again poor service rude staff and waste of money. AVOID!!

My pizza was not cut, and my bbq stuffed crust had no bbq sauce inside, really not worth the money oh and a dark brown hair in my chicken strippers... Best to avoid this place!!!!

I use to love Domino's Pizza in the past, but moving to broxbourne and ordering Domino's Pizza from Hoddesdon was a disappointment. Pizza is poor quality.They guy who answered the phone cant understand english. He wanted to charge extra for a sauce, however last time was free of charge. Never ever again i would order the delivery from this place. Improve the quality of the food and employ people who can speak in english!

Quick and easy. Can be collected or delivered. Consistent quality and value for money. only other downside is parking if you collect.
