Pizza GoGo in Lewisham

Shocking customer service. Highly recommend to stay away! Would strongly recommend not using the Lewisham branch. After putting a large work order through only half the delivery arrived. When phoned to check when the remainder was to arrive was advised they had already dropped off (which they hadn’t. Really helpful store manager called me a lier and wouldn’t help with rectifying their mistake. Cowboys at best - shocking customer service!

I paid £24 for the nastiest, most saltiest excuse for pizza and lump of tasteless old dough (meant to be cheesy garlic bread) said it was buy one get one free but only one came. Looked absolutely nothing like in the menu. They were rude and most of all what a Fxcking RIP OFF! I’m not sure what I was thinking. DO NOT GO THERE! Save your money and get a few days worth of shopping from Lidl instead. This shop & UBER are Thieves!

One is to generous Ordered food at 20.10 still not arrived at 22.16 was told at 21.15 driver was on the next road. Giovanni promised me food was minutes away at 21.45. What a surprise still not arrived at 22.16. Was offered a £10 discount as told food was on my road which I said ok but then changed mind to £5. Will never use again and I can honestly say was a weekly loyal customer. Never again
