Food was okay. Whatever cheese is in the cheesy bites is a no, just use the same cheese as the pizza. The cheese in the bites taste super sharp and over processed.

Pizza was salty, missing items on order, when called to complain was told there is nothing wrong with it. Wings were tasteless and not very nice

Delivery drivers love to start on women in an aggressive manner because they like to illegally mount the curb which for bikes should be walked onto the public footpath not driven/rode onto the public footpath. Stupid people! IF YOU DON’T WANT SOMETHING SAID TO YOU THEN LEARN TO LEGALLY MOUNT THE CURB WITH YOUR BIKES BY WALKING THEM ONTO THE PUBLIC FOOTPATH! Nearly knocking a miner over because they feel the need to mount the curb by riding they’re bikes onto the public footpath!

Great American style pizza! Once had a problem with an online order once but got sorted next day by the manager who was very kind and helpful. I order from here regularly.

A pizza was delivered to the wrong house, this was taken in because I had also ordered a pizza and thought I got an in incorrect order. Firehouse pizza then lied and said the order was made to the house they delivered at. This was NOT true and the receipt proved otherwise. There is no branding on the boxes to show who the company was, no receipt stapled to the box to show who the pizza was for, this ended up in a complete mess. The actual house then got two cold pizzas as they had waited over an hour to find out Firehouse Pizza delivered to the wrong house and then LIED about it. Thankfully I have and never will order from Firehouse pizza. Good luck to whoever does :)

Rude staff and nasty food dirty places nasty place please avoid this business the staff are very rude and disrespectful the shop needs a good wash and so do the staff they absolutely stink and they need deodorant or learn to wash with hot water as they stink of bo bo I am never going to this place again

Is it super authentic? No... but will it fill you up with decently tasty food for a great price? YES! You surely weren't expecting authentic, traditional pizza from Downham Way anyway... were you? This is more like 'American Style' pizza, if you have a lot of people to feed quickly on a budget their 18" will set you up nicely, they are so large that they cut them in straight lines, making rectangular pieces so a few of the portions don't have crust - if you like that sort of thing (which I do.) I'm not sure why pizza is usually the most expensive takeaway but Farmhouse definitely won't break the bank!

I have been buying pizzas from this company weekly for 3 months, normally delicious. The last I had was not even a quarter of the normal thickness and the toppings were so sparse I was hardly sure they were all there. Anyway thanks for the wonderful memories because that's all you will be getting from me now

Pizzas are really delicious we always get the 18inch to share with the whole family. Various different toppings bring out a powerful and amazing flavours. Smaller pizzas feel too small if you compare it to other shops, but id recommend it to any person due to prices and quality

I've ordered here once or twice before and it's usually fine but the delivery driver was so rude to me this evening when I've been unwell so could have done without his confrontation. He went to my neighbours door and I was calling him about 10x and he ignored me even though I was standing next to him and I said 'Gods sake' and he started shouting at me and getting in my face and I tried to explain that I had given my number in the shop order to say to call me beforehand as my door is not accessible. He called me darling as well which I don't appreciate just act professionally and look at customers notes on orders.

Pizza was actually amazing, customer service no good! so i went into the store try to place an order while i am speaking to the cashier he decides to answer the landline and take somebodys order over the phone instead of mine! but hold on wasnt i first in the que? they are more focused on food app programs rather than directly with face to face. pizza was good though"

Farmhouse has gotten really sloppy lately. They don't have any food hygiene rating on their windows because I think it's horribly low. The kitchen is visible to everyone and it's filthy. The staff there are always part timers who seem like they hate pizza with passion. While the prices are cheaper than your other local pizza stores, the quality of the food is below average.

I don't normally bother with reviews but this place takes the piss!! Order coca cola you get Pepsi, when ever you make an order on just eat they decline it! Claiming card machine dont work, more like dodging tax. Restaurant cleanliness rating is 1 out of 5. It's a shame I've been ordering from here for over 10 years but the past 2 years it has dropped in standards and customer service the owner is cool but he desperately needs new workers!!! Garlic bread in a box on the floor I mean come on!! Place is a scam AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This was a first time experience eating from here. The food is cheap but the taste is bland. They also forgot some toppings having even paid extra for it. It would definitely be worth paying more for better quality tasting food elsewhere.

My pizza place of choice. They always make me a lovely pizza but yesterday they made me the nicest pizza I’ve ever had from there. Don’t know why people say they are rude, they have always been lovely to me. Never had any problems even if they did get the order wrong. Plenty of toppings, cheese and sauce. Very happy. Thank you

If I could leave a 0 review I would. Food arrived, hard and cold phoned farm house up and was given the most disgusting customer service EVER. Refused to change my pizzas over and told me the managers not in so nothing they could do. So I sent my partner up there with the food, which turned into a huge argument as they still point blank refused to change them, and said there was nothing wrong even after showing them. Finally after 35 mins of argument they finally changed them. And now the pizzas are great. But won’t ever be ordering from them again. Need to have some training in customer service and how to speak to your customers! Attitude was disgusting.!!!! Need to sack all your staff apart from the young guy there who diffused it and agreed to make the pizzas.

I ordered my pizza at 12:16 it did not come till 1:35 and it was Stone Cold so I phoned up and he was very rude telling me it was not if I wanted a cold pizza I would have gone to ASDA's so I took the pizza back to him please avoid if you can no good

I ordered a Lasagne which the owner refused to replace. It was badly cooked and frozen inside including mushy with hardly any meat in it. I will not be ordering Lasagne from Farmhouse Pizza again. I'm very disappointed and disassified with their customer service.

The taste of the food and value itself is really good BUT everytime I order there is a dark hair on the pizza. My fault to keep ordering from there but it’s happened so many times I thought I’d post a review and saw that somebody else has said the same!

Watched them make my pizza. Took the cash with their bare hands and went to the back to roll out dough for other customers without washing their hands. Very poor.

The pizza is so so good and it's a real shame the service is awful. The last few times we've called for delivery, they say their card machine isn't working so they can't take over the phone payment. They then often change their mind and say it is working...The last time we called they said the card machine wasn't working and payment couldn't happen, so we said we could not order. An hour later the driver arrives at the door and he asks us to call the shop to pay as the card machine is now working. At this stage we'd ordered other food...they then acted like it was our fault...when we didn't even order the pizza! We've ordered from here for 5 years and the service has really deteriorated in the last year and can't really continue to give them our money. So rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.

Shop is filthy and the the young spotty boy wo runs it when the boss not there is rude and sneezed in his hands and carried on cuttin pizzas and touching the lids of drinks the phone rings and he talks and just hangs up when the delivery man walks in to sort his delivers out to send him back out. I don’t think he cares he new I was standing there and it didn’t bother him in the slitness pure filth and disrespectful making people’s food I just walked out and left my pizza pure filth. See enough

Disgusting place , ordered a 15inch pizza and kept finding hairs in my pizza I picked it up for collection the hygiene is horrible they don’t wear anything to cover their hair or keep their hands clean when I got home and noticed all the hairs I called back and they offered no help no refund because I had already took a bite , horrible service will never eat there again

Waited ages for order to arrive then realised they had sent the wrong pizza.phoned the restaurant and they were unhelpful,told me that they would credit my account for next time. As I didn't like the pizza they had sent I asked to have the correct pizza delivered. That took another 40 mins, not good for mediocre food. Won't order from this place again

The food I ordered wasn't what I received. Rang the restaurant and was told that they didn't do what I ordered anymore, so sent me something else instead. Can I also point out that what I ordered was more expensive then what I received and I haven't even been refunded. Won't be ordering from here again.

Food good as usual. Don't order if you are not prepared to wait 2 hours for your food. No info about delay or apologie from them for delay. Impossible to reach them on the phone.
