We ordered and after 2 hours still had not received our food. When we called they were extremely rude and unhelpful. On calling they haven’t even started to prepare our order! So we had to wait even longer. They couldn't even provide mediocre or basic customer service. How hard is it to send out an order a customer has made AND paid for?

This team is awesome! The pizza too are nice!!! And I'm Italian! Order with confidence, I've eaten pizza around for decades in London and this one is to my perfect liking. I think everyone will love it as much as I do! Cheers guys :)

Terrible customer service. Honestly extremely shocked. We ordered pizzas that hadn’t arrived for over an hour and after we called them they hung up. Don’t waste your time.

Now going through the just-eat appeal service to get a refund. What a bunch of amateurs. Never, ever, ever, trust these people.

Pizza and wedges were fine but mozzarella sticks tasted off, like the cheese was thawed after being frozen for a year or it could be because the cheese is low fat mozzarella

spag bol was tasteless, no garlic, no herbs and no parmesan. Brusschetta should be served with Ciabatta, not pizza style. Very unhappy. Margarita pizza was like cardboard.

The worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a prosciutto pizza. The ham was cheap diced meat, definitely not prosciutto. I didn’t finish it.

My first time and last time I order in Bella Napoli. We order 3 pizzas and after we got sick the cheese didn't look very fresh it smells weird. And the pizzas were burn . We will never order again.

It would help if it was open when stated. Might want to update opening hours so you don't miss out on any more business.

Erm hello, Seriously where was the topping??? (1 courgette per slice and no artichoke or mushroom in sight and don’t get me started on the salami and pepperoni). Ordered 4x 15inch pizzas for a birthday party!! Everybody wanted to order from Domino’s yet I thought no come on guys lets give our local a try. Was I WRONG-had to eat humble pie for the whole evening. Very embarrassing especially when people had travelled so far just to eat this drivel. May as well have ordered 4x cheese and tomato pizzas. Very very very disappointing!! Never again…

Always tasty - consistently a really good pizza. I’m also glad that the aubergine parmigiana is back to form - really delicious!

Never again!!! Ordered a pizza with olives, buffalo mozzarella, ham and rocket. I got a pizza with hardly no cheese (in general) let alone mozzarella, barely any olives or ham, but a whole, what seemed like, a bagful of rocket, that covered the pizza so much you couldn't see that there was barely anything underneath. At one point I got a bite that was just bread, tomato and rocket. Oh, also, the pizza was cold when it arrived, so I had to put it in the oven to heat it up, which defeated the purpose of getting food delivered in the first place. Would not recommend, and definitely not ordering again.

Never disappointed by Bella Napoli! Proper wood fire oven pizzas, not stodgy at all and very fresh. Thank you☺️

You got one of the orders wrong. We asked for no cheese on one of the pizzas. Both pizzas arrived with cheese.

Not great pizza, will not order again

It's a shame the food was so late and arrived cold as I usually love the food. Wasn't just down to late delivery as the food prep was late too. Advice either take on more staff during peak times and don't say del8very times you can't keep.

Order was placed at 8 but food arrived later than 10. We had to call 2 times to the venue to request the delivery. When food arrived it was already cold.

I eat a lot of pizza and these guys know how to make pizza. Better then any I tasted in Italy or London. And they have not paid me to say so. Once you've had this you won't want any other.

Absolutely disgusting pizza- cold, stale toppings, burnt top and bottom and scarce toppings. The worst thing is that I contacted the restaurant and all they said they are too busy to do anything about it right now so call back another day. Appalling.

They were late by 20 minutes, short on the phone, and forgot an item on my order that I paid almost £3 for

I genuinely would have not had these pizzas for free I ordered fiorentina without egg which is the whole point of ordering the fiorentina. There was hardly any cheese. The olives were stale and the spinach was also scarce. The pizza was burnt both top and bottom. I could go on but for sure wouldn’t recommend.

Food tasted like cardboard and the pepperoni, ham and mushroom were proccessed from a jar! The cheese was not real mozzarella and overall it was a disappointing pizza

This has genuinely got to be the worst takeaway I have ever had. We ordered the food for delivery (said it was 15-35 minutes) and it was nearly two hours. The ham is not prosciutto… it’s a cheap, processed diced ham. The pepperoni is cheap.. and taste of rubber and the pizza is overall disgusting and not worth the money at all! Save your money and go somewhere else.. customer service is rude and put the phone down on me when I asked a question.. absolutely ridiculous!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Yes, the food was very late (England v France night...)...but let me tell you that both pizzas were absolutely gorgeous. Generous toppings, flavourful and still hot. Worth the wait. Pleasant driver as well!

Pizza was average and 25mins late. And they forgot the drink. When I opened the pizza box the pizza was cold. The driver offered to go and get a drink but at this time it was 10pm and I wasn't staying up just for that. Person on the desk was not helpful. I won't be ordering from here again

I also asked why they didn’t serve prosciutto. He said they dont serve pork???!! I asked why it was on the menu. He said they won’t change the menu just because of me. He threw my money back to me, then he and the delivery driver menacingly approached me and asked me to leave the store and never come back!!! Can you believe this!!

Awful seafood pizza. I was expecting some nice fresh prawns, clams and mussels as advertised. What arrived looked like bits of very dubious reformed, err 'fish'?!. But the taste was horrendous, salty and sour - goodness knows what it was made of.

Didn’t put my drinks in the order. The delivery guy said he will bring them back. He never did.

Food was up to the usual high standards. Very enjoyable. There was a long time between being notified that the food was with the Just Eat rider and it actually turning up so it was a bit cold when it got here.

Food tasted good but not was very different than expected. I ordered the 4Formaggi Noci Porcini. Normally this pizza would have no tomato sauce. Mine had lots of it although not listed as an ingredient. Also, it was missing the nuts and Porcini. The tiramisu tasted noce but was a tiramisu flavoured cake. We literally received a slice of a round cake, no savoiardi there, just regular cake base. Flavours were nice but definitely not what I was expecting.

Who ever made the pizza didn't give a $#!T, just dropped handfuls of jalapeños in a pile for you to spead yourself. The rest of the pizza is mediocre at best, expensive for what it is. Don't be fooled by their pictures on Just Eat. Wouldn't order again.

I am not a pizza fan but I have one with the family in every 2-3 months. Hence it is important to eat a tasty and somewhat healthy option. Unfortunately, here in the UK you cannot really have low/reduced carb or even whole-wheat options so I normally order a good Italian thin crust version without pepperoni or greasy cheese. This one was actually really good, really nice thin crust, good quality cheese and other ingredients. Delivered early and still hot on a weekend evening was also very nice and earned a good tip for the driver. Based on my experience I would gladly recommend this place.

Not italian pizza. More like the American fast-food type. Ordered at 12.15 and the food arrived at 1.35pm - 1.5 miles distance. Eatable, but by the name I thought it was italian pizza, while it is not.
