Had I looked here first I would have known to avoid myself. Pizza and kebabs were both tasteless. Alarming levels of hygiene here too! Thankfully I did not eat enough to get sick!

Delivery order. Pizza cold, so we reheated it. Chips cold, tried reheating..... UGH! they went in the bin. We had to ask the driver for the two ice cream tubs?? The three dips were missing! You are invited to call the branch (Potters Bar) if you're not happy we tried and tried but no reply. £31 for ONE pizza and chips with ice cream....... you bet we're not happy NEVER AGAIN!

I visited Max2 today and ordered Max2 special burger. When I get my food meet was well over cooked and dry tested like rubber when I complain they said it's fresh cooked and opened book and showed me ready cooked burgers in books a said we just heat up for order. Newer again. I was customer for years. You lost regular customer.

Absolute shocking service tonight Always order through the app and wait for conformation food is ready. Happened to be close by after doing some shopping tonight so we were at the counter within a couple of mins only to watch our pizza only just being finish made and not yet even close to an oven. Standing waiting another 15 minutes wasting our evening! Not so much as even an apology! Last time I’ll be using them.

Daylight robbery to charge a delivery fee. Food was “out for delivery” by 7.15pm. Rocked up @ 7.48pm, despite living less than a 5min drive away. Food turned up warm, not hot, unsurprisingly. No apology from the driver, and Customer Service response was entirely lacklustre. We knew the order would take a while from when we ordered as it was busy, but what a shambles it descended into.

Asked for small chips and curry sauce. Was not asked if they were to be separated. Didn’t get asked if I wanted salt and vinegar. Or the sauce on the side . They did what they wanted and was disgusting. Have kept my order and will demand a refund. Do not go here . Uhhh

Just bought bag chips , waited for chips to cook so should have been lovely and fresh. The chips were disgusting not cooked enough hard inside and tasted like oil needed changing awful taste. I will never return thought I would give it a try pleased it wasn't a large order as went in the bin.

Terrible pizza that wasn't cooked. So raw it wasn't like a pizza but like an undercooked cake instead. Very disappointing and I'm glad to have got a refund.

Extremely bad service at Chingford Dominos Pizza it took them 1 hour to delver my pizza no updates track on uber eats phoned up the resturant 3 time to track the order but staff very aggressive and rude

Worst pizza ever. Pizza was over cooked and the base like a biscuit. The topping was dry and bland. Hardly any cheese - so a pizza without cheese says it all. Feel completely robbed of £17.00 First and last time at this Domino’s. Shockingly bad.

NEVER had bad food from here, nor had any issues whatsoever, so I've come on here after checking the opening hours on Google, basically to put the records straight on seeing the 1.5 star rating, folk quick to report negatives in every walk of life nowadays, be the opposite, report the positive too. Great food/service & great prices too. 👍

Order was cancelled an hour after the order was placed. No idea why. The app still shows that the delivery is on the way. Pathetic.

I ordered 2 medium Lamb Shish Kebabs because there is no longer a large option. The portion is ridiculous in my opinion, I don't know if my child would eat it. The taste is no longer the same as it used to be a disappointment

Absolutely shocking! Ignoring the phones nearly 2 hours before anything was delivered. Order reject as soaking wet and cold. Then didn’t answer the phone for another hour. Now the wait begins for the refund. Do not use this company.
