Domino's Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

NEVER had bad food from here, nor had any issues whatsoever, so I've come on here after checking the opening hours on Google, basically to put the records straight on seeing the 1.5 star rating, folk quick to report negatives in every walk of life nowadays, be the opposite, report the positive too. Great food/service & great prices too. 👍

Ordered online pizza was delivered very fast and politely . Unfortunately there was an error on the order when getting back in touch with the store and pointing out the error was told by Reece not there problem get in touch with head office.when I pointed out that that was not good customer care and quite the opposite to the companies mission statement or official line on customer care his answer was not there fault just ring head office. So though we don't eat out very often I can guarantee when we do it will never be in a dominoes very poor customer care. I've given them 1 star because it doesn't allow you to give zero

Wrong order made, other pizza and nachos going cold while made new pizza. Pathetic offer of small coke given after first offering a large dip for free. What a joke. Said couldn't warrant giving me a large bottle of coke for free for inconvenience. What kind of service is that. Disgusted as waited over 25 minutes for food.

I’m really annoyed as they messed up my order chicken not cooked , wedges still are hard , and refuses to give the money back and rude customer service

Very disappointed, Friday night treat night and this is what we ended up with, not sure how this passed the so called ‘quality check’

Avoid this place. They get the order wrong then when you ring up to complain they blame you and laugh in the background. Very unprofessional and the manager has no customer skills at all. We was offered a free bottle of Pop for our order being wrong then dropped on the floor and they had to redeliver three times. They found it very amusing think there is a lot of training needs to be givein. 🤷🏻‍♀️😢

Don’t write many reviews but feel like this branch deserves one! I have been using this branch for a long time now - staff are always lovely and friendly and my food is always hot and fresh ordered last night then have a 10/15 min drive home food was still warm and fresh Highly recommend - thank you

This number called me at 22:24 woke me out of my sleep, I called back short while after as I was worried it would be something important, they first said that I told a lie and no one has rang me off that number and then hung up on me, glad google is a thing. What terrible business management.

my two SEN family members went to order a pizza they did not step in but asked the gentleman could they have a cheese pizza the staff member came to the safety glass in a upset manner he went on to tell them they cannot order as they have no mask in a very nasty manner instead of explaining nicely that he wouldnt be able to serve he didnt wear a mask himself they were both behind a screen also it wasnt explained nicely just spoke absolutely disgusting this was my sons and dads day together they both dont leave the house so its like a therapy dad ended up irate and my son very upset they then went to subway and they were lovely to my pair mask or no mask thankyou subway beautiful service.
