Had trouble paying, so food was cold. And more expensive than the menu!!! They weren't very sympathetic!!

Worst doner kebab I’ve ever had. The meat was only just warm and was pulled from a drawer rather than being carved off the skewer. All the ingredients (salad, pitta, and meat) were just thrown into a polystyrene carton - not what I consider to be a doner kebab. They take your money before serving you so you can’t refuse the substandard food. There is another place in a neighbouring village where I will be going in future.

The stingiest kebab shop I've ever known. Their portion sizes are disgraceful, we ordered the mixed hot mezze and how they can charge £15 for that is totally beyond me. I know we're in a cost of living crisis but that was really taking the mick, there was naff all in it for the price. We were promised extra halloumi as there was none of the cheese pastry and received 2 measly slices, no extra. We've had trouble with this place in the past with taking ages to deliver, soggy kebabs, delivering food and then failing to let us know they'd ran out of rice, this has happened twice to us. It's a shame their customer service is so shocking because the majority of the time their food is actually decent.

Ordered food for delivery. It arrived and we started to eat it. Everything was cold and unappetising. When I rang I was told that the food was cold because of where we lived! Why offer delivery if you cant keep food warm for the distance travelled? I ordered chicken kebab with rice. I had 5 pieces of chicken in a dry pitta, which i gave to the dog and no rice. When I queried where the rice was, I was told we dont do rice anymore??!! Once again why advertise it and allow me to order it then? Completely ridiculous situation - was told they would ring me back within two hours and guess what that never happened! The way I see it is offerring a delivery service not fit for purpose and dishonestly taking money for food that you dont actually sell!

Keep away, service was very poor, I wanted a mixed Kebab, donner, Chicken, Shish, Kofta. On board as £13 I ended up with what I could only describe as sweepings of the floor for £8, New menu he said, don't do that one as displayed on the board above his head in massive letters. I will stick to Winscombe as you get enough for 3 people for £14 and you get what you ordered. First time I visit and the last. Also felt a little unconfutable as they ignored me for a few minutes as I just stood there, very shoddy and sheet.

What a shower. Ordered 8 kebabs and some chicken nuggets. Waited an hour with no contact from them. Phoned and was told order would be with us in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later received a phone call to advise they were just starting our order and it would take 40 minutes to do. 8 hungry adults and kids. Too late to get anything else. Didn’t trust them to be telling the truth about times so cancelled order and everyone went home to raid their cupboards at 10 o’clock at night to try to feed themselves and their kids.

We were staying locally and chose this place as they delivered to our holiday let. I chose a seafood pizza with tuna anchovies and sweetcorn and my wife had a vegetable one with added toppings. We had a call a while after ordering to say they had no tuna. Fair enough, these things happen. I asked for a meat feast instead. I was greeted with a quite aggressive response saying that it had already been made so all I could so was substitute the tuna for a different topping !!! ( he suggested chicken but in the end he said he had some prawns so to save any further hassle, I reluctantly agreed. When it turned up, both pizzas were cold. The prawns were virtually non existent and the mushrooms, for which an extra £1.50 was paid, were conspicuous by their absence. No answer on the phone when I tried to complain. There was hardly any pizza sauce and they were both bland. We didn't eat them. Avoid if you want a decent pizza, or any sort of half decent customer service !!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

The last time I ordered from Emzz the order was just over 25 minutes late and this time they excelled themselves with a delivery 45 minutes late. The icing on the cake, it was barely tepid. I sent an email to Emzz after about 25 minutes and this was ignored. When my delivery did arrive there was no hint of an apology I I was genuinely convinced this was the norm. They set 15 minute intervals for delivery and my order was placed nearly 2 hours before my delivery time. I also provided an email address and mobile number so there really was no excuse. There is a shortage of restaurants that deliver locally and I suspect that Emzz are happy to offer poor service on the basis of people having little or no other choice. This is, of course, short-term. I have since seen other reviews that suggest I am not the only one to receive a poor delivery service. I for one will not bother in the future, better to go for a drive than receive food that is late and so cold as to be close to inedible.

Had 2 pizzas delivered, both were hot fresh and delicious, particularly enjoyed the tuna and anchovy with extra black olives. Will definitely order again, many thanks

We called in here for a pizza one evening thinking that would be a quick to grab and go after the pub. After all, assuming they’ve got a proper pizza oven, a pizza takes, what, 90 seconds to cook? So we were a bit surprised to be told it would be 15 – 20 minutes. Nonetheless, we were hungry so ordered and waited…..and waited, and waited. After 30 minutes I enquired what was happening, to be told that ours was “next in the queue”. So they hadn’t even started on it. I explained that I was told that it would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes, but the only response (from a different staff member) was that “he shouldn’t have said that”. Eventually it turned up after about 40 minutes. We went for the Meaty BBQ Pizza which was described as having a BBQ base, spicy beef, pepperoni, sausage and meat balls. It was a generous size and had a decent amount of topping, but the base was very doughy, almost soggy, certainly not at all crispy. And whilst there was a fair bit of topping, it really bore no resemblance to the description and was just a generic cheesy pizza. There was certainly no pepperoni, and just a few small cubes of something that could possibly have been either the spicy beef, sausages or meat balls, but certainly not all three. And there were some quite hot jalapenos, which were not mentioned. Overall, quite disappointing, and not somewhere we’ll be in any rush to return to.

We order regularly from the Yeovil Dominos. It’s a rarity we have any issues but when we do they always rectify with a solution for same day or next time we order. Can’t ask for more than that.

Ordered at 7.20pm Friday night, with a delivery time of 8.15-8.30. Fair enough, it's Friday night. When our good was delivered it was the totally wrong order. Nothing was what we had ordered. My partner brought it in not realising, and we tried running out the door to let the driver know, who had ridiculously swiftly driven away. Called PPM up to (I assume) fairly new employee who had no idea what to do, and asked if we would be happy to keep the food? After a few minutes of back and forth with the girl and a guy in the background on the phone, they begrudgingly asked if I wanted my order to be remade and sent out; well yes obviously. They said they'd like the food back that was the wrong order, i kinda get it but also dont? Offer it up as an apology for totally messing up our order? Told it would be there in 20 minutes and they'd call when it was on the way. Well after 40 minutes it arrived, soggy and cold. So 2 hours from the original order we finally got out food, cold, soggy and bland. Hugely disappointed. No real apology or offer of refund. Won't be ordering or going here again. Dismal.
