Domino's Pizza in Hillingdon

Terrible pizza that wasn't cooked. So raw it wasn't like a pizza but like an undercooked cake instead. Very disappointing and I'm glad to have got a refund.

As previous reviews say AVOID this place late cold food phoned as it stated delivered they could not be bothered try some where else

Ordered the pizza from this place, tracker showed its delivered but we had nothing, called the branch the guy on the phone not bothered, said 2 mins away but 10 mins later still nothing. Terrible service and customer care would not use this branch again.

Placed an order online. A 7" pizza took 3 phone calls and 1 hour and 25 minutes before it turned up. Shocking customer service, shocking attitude on the phone then when it did turn up the person tried to tell me that he had got caught in traffic which is why it took so long!!!! I live 8 mins from the shop??? To top it off, the pizza was no better than 2/10, much better pizzas available locally and definitely would not wait that long. You have been warned. DomiNONONONO!!!!

The pizza I ordered did not show up even though the tracker is showing that it did, nobody to answer my call yet I’ve been charged!

Ordered by phone Pizza, normally get told delivery times when more than 15 minutes didn’t arrive rang some 40 minutes later- unprofessional and argumentative I just wanted to know how long more advised my issue for ordering at a peak time ! I should know better!

I just bought a take away pizza. When I went in, a chap was on the phone and using a credit card machine. He then made my pizza WITHOUT washing his hands. The other two chaps present were also touching all sorts. It made me think about how often they wash their hands. Good hygiene would be washing hands ALWAYS before touching food. They may not have been trained properly or at all in food hygiene.

Pizza was really tasty but girl who served the pizza is really awful.i went to collect my pizza.she was serving the customer then she didn't give me my pizza.pizza was next to her on the table.and went inside.she didn't even care other customers.i waited few minutes and called another one of the staff and collected my pizza.😡😡😡

I wouldn't use this one again. I suppose I am used the the consistently good standards set by the Pinner Branch of this chain. Northwood missed ingredients off, the pizza was luke warm on its late arrival and also quite dry. This is not the case at the Pinner branch when its ALWAYS hot, moist and correctly delivered in a reasonable timeframe. I would recommend ordering from Pinner for an infinitely better experience.

We ordered from here as a fairly large group on a Saturday night. The ordering process was pretty straight forward and the chap taking the call repeated the order back correctly. We were told 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive, well over an hour later they arrived. I opened my pizza box to be greeted by a stone cold pizza with the bare minimum of topping on. One of the other peoples pizza was completely wrong. We rang back to complain and get a replacement sent, to be nonchalantly told "well we are busy." I might use this as justification next time I decide I cant be bothered to do something. I have eaten from this branch of Domino's in the past and have been more than happy with the food and the service. This occasion was well sort of the mark.

They make brilliant pizzas ,although they are very slow .I do recommend their pizzas .If you are getting deliveries make sure you order quite a bit ,before you are planning on eating.

We had been ordering quite regularly from this branch almost every 2 weeks for collection service. There are pizzas that we like regularly and the order is saved in their computer. We are no longer happy with the service and couple of times have been overcharged etc. There seems to be some change in staff and the current manager/supervisor(a Lady) is very rude and has a don't care attitude. This branch will loose customers if the staff are not careful/polite and need to improve their customer service skills.

Well I've only ordered on two occasions from here and i swear on my 2 year old sons life there will not be a third! Abysmal! Let me go into detail on the 2 horrendous incidents I've experienced: December 2015: Placed an order online for delivery,...IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 2 HOURS TO DELIVER...when it finally got delivered the bumbling idiot of a delivery man couldn't even speak decent English let alone explain why he was insanely late, the pizza was stone cold as you would have guessed and it was greasy and disgusting.. Then tonight (13th Feb) I thought I'd give Dominos, Northwood the "benefit of the doubt" and so I ordered online again....placed the order specification for ASAP..surprise surprise still took them an hour and 15 mins to deliver! Pizza was mushed, squished and stone cold, no apology from delivery driver for being late,...and to top it all off my pot of garlic and herb sauce burst in the carrier bag which contained my bottle of Dr Pepper....to which I immediately pointed this out to the delivery driver who refused to give me a new intact garlic and herb sauce and stated "you can have a free one next time sir"..... They just DONT CARE, ABYSMAL, DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISGUSTING FOOD THATS ALWAYS LATE AND COLD SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE A CURRY/CHINESE INSTEAD Disgraceful!!!

I love this local branch. We're regulars and they know us well. We've never had bad service or food from here. I often ring ahead whilst on the tube and pick it up on my way past from the tube station.

I have moved home and was craving pizza - my previous local pizzeria (Watford Pizza, dome roundabout) doesn't deliver to where I now live I am not a fan of Pizza Hut as they're greasy, and the only alternative was Dominos which I'd never tried before. We ordered two large thin crust pizzas - the base was disgusting, like eating greasy pastry - it snapped as you bit it. I ordered beef, mushroom and pepperoni on a bbq sauce base, and it didn't have any cheese on whatsoever - the bbq sauce was so overwhelming it tasted like eating spoonful's of sugar .In short we will NEVER be ordering Dominos again.
