Food was 2 hours late already and then after phoning multiple times and being told it would “just be 5 mins” we were told it was cold as he had forgotten the juice and had to go back! Did a re order and one box of food was missing, they apologised but only offered a refund and did not send the missing food. V disappointing.

Bland burnt pizzas I ordered and cookies arrived all broken and they forgot to include the wedges I ordered, never will go back, way overpriced for what you get, far better quality takeaways in Gala at much cheaper prices with less hassle, Very poor experience !!!!

Gave a second chance but for me I find the tomato base too sickly and the Pizzas are massively overpriced for what you get. ASDA do a far better Pizza for a fraction of the price. Another example of a big brand using its name to rip you off.

Got my pizza delivered took one bite and the texture was like chewing gum and playdoh! Wedges were hard and the doughballs were disgusting. The attitude over the phone wasn't great and was told 20 mins it would be ready.. 40 MINUTES ACTUALLY. The "fresh" one i was given later wasnt the best either - I previously worked in a Dominos and can tell you this was the worst pizza i have ever tasted, too pricey for rubbish pizza. Please avoid at all costs!!

Ordered a gluten free pizza on the phone and was told it would be 10-15 mins. Went to collect and was told they hadn’t made it because you can only order gluten free on the website. Not in person or the phone. Even though they already took my order on the phone?!? Wasn’t able to order it in store and the staff member told us to go and order it on our phone and they would make it?!? Decided to go elsewhere as I’ve never had this at any other Dominos before. Some customer service!

1st occasion I went in, waited 55 minutes in the shop because they forgot to put pepperoni on one half of the pizza (I ordered a pepporoni passion pizza lol) god knows how. No apology or anything - about 10 folk working, swearing at each other etc.. worst customer service ever.

We ordered dominos tonight as a meal with freinds. We ordered Garlic Bread,Cookies,Chinny Dipper & Cheesy wedges with bacon. We received our order very quickly but we soon realised they forgot our cheesy wedges with the bacon. We phoned and they sent more out, when they arrived they looked like they had been half eaten. Our Garlic bread was burnt an hard like a rock & even the dog didn’t like it.the cookies was burnt the best thing was the chinny dippers. Not very happy...

ordered a pizza via the app to be delivered at 10.45 with a note saying, th later the better as i was driving down from edinburgh, and it came at nearly 10.25! not only that when i eventually made it in and checked my pizza it was an incorrect order, as i am allergic to onions and it had said onions) i then proceeded to call the store, and initially it was not an issue ans would remake as long as i collected, then two minutes later decided to phone me up (steven i think was his name) and proceeded to insinuate i was lying, and refused to do a thing for me. worst service i have ever recived from a manager and is a disgrace to the chain.

I did a walk in collect order. No hassle easy order. Staff member kindly pointed out the best deal for me. Minor hiccup with my side order which was fixed with no stress or hassle. Overall it's a well run easy to deal with site

My husband and I accidentally stumbled upon Gala's new Domino's on its opening night. We enjoyed the anticipation of that first pizza as neither of us had ever had a Dominos before and we'd been excited the borders was finally getting a branch. We enjoyed watching them being made but agreed afterwards that although nice, the pizza itself was nothing special. A few months down the line we fell prey to marketing again and had another go. Again we were underwhelmed. There's nothing wrong with it per se (although it is overpriced compared with local rivals) but I prefer the pizzas from Tony's Tower in Selkirk, myself. My husband is on the fence and hasn't yet found his favourite pizza place in the borders (only lived here 2 yrs) but I'm pretty sure it won't be Domino's. Sadly I doubt this branch will be open long. The local competition in the area is stiff and the population isn't large enough to sustain an overpriced international chain when local alternatives are easily as good if not better (and cheaper!).

I ordered a Pizza from here in person ( not by phone ) and I found the selection process a bit confusing , with different options , when all you want to do is order a 10 inch Napoletana pizza - the order sheet took a bit of working out ( and no, I had not been drinking ) - so anyway I took it home . When I opened the box my first disappointment was that the Pizza was greasy when I took it home - the second was this vanilla flour that they roll the pizza in when cooking - didn't like the taste of that , the third and killer point was the fact that the Pizza just wasn't very tasty ( Crolla's do a better Pizza in Gala , fact ) I point out that I have been to Genoa and had a Pizza there (best ever in my life ) , so I know what I talking about - It just wasn't worth the money , and I notice that the Domino's Pizza place seems a lot less busy and far less staff are employed - Won't be going here again for some time

Been here a few times, each time the staff have been friendly and sevice has been swift. The pizza has always been hot, fresh, very tasty, with generous amounts of toppings.
