Worst pizza ever. Pizza was over cooked and the base like a biscuit. The topping was dry and bland. Hardly any cheese - so a pizza without cheese says it all. Feel completely robbed of £17.00 First and last time at this Domino’s. Shockingly bad.

Had to wait 2 hours for our delivery and it was cold when it arrived and we had to drive there to get it replaced. Would not recommend.

Great service! Food was tasty and hot! Wait time was brilliant. And delivered by a friendly man on a bike!

The staff - especially the delivery drivers - are lovely. However. That’s not bacon, it’s ham. Disappointing: given up asking for bacon on our pizza…. Also: why does only three quarters of each garlic bread have topping on it? And: where’s the popcorn chicken?

Llamé por teléfono y pregunté sobre una de las ofertas, cuando hablé con la chica, ella dijo que no lo tenía, hablé con alguien llamado Oliver, quien dijo que él era el gerente, no muy cortés. pizza de ajo poco hecha pastosa, gajos poco hecha. la única gracia salvadora fue que hizo calor y el conductor de la entrega fue agradable. he pedido algunas veces en el pasado, nunca más. basura de servicio al cliente, así como la comida. no ordene desde allí, muchos otros lugares estarán encantados de recibir su dinero.

Delivery only available from lovely friendly kind drivers.. My only beef is having paid for a double portion of smoked bacon rashers the pizza still looked bare-ish Cinnamon strips have gone AWOL. Humph. Popcorn chicken needs cooking for longer. Garlic bread a bit meh. But they’ve delivered within 30mins each time...

Beware, we purchased pizza's for the family, mine which I shared 1/2 1/2 with my wife had the low fat cheese, part way through eating a felt and heard a crunch to which I found a had broken a piece of my tooth on a small piece of glass. On further investigation I found another 9 pieces. We notified the manager who came and collected the pieces to send away to their head office. To date they are denying the prices were in the cheese and refuse to pay my dental costs. Be careful.

On Saturday we decided to have a Domino's pizza as we had been busy all day and neither my wife or I fancied cooking. This went down exceptionally well with my two daughters 12 & 8. I drove the short distance to collect the two pizza's £23.97 ( they always ask you if you want your change ? ) and then returned home to feast. Half way through mine ( bare in mind I take a lot of the 'half fat' cheese off anyway ) I heard a crunch and found I had bitten on something hard, on further investigation I found a piece of my tooth had broken off due to a small piece of glass. I then started to take the pizza apart and found 8 more pieces in the cheese, luckily the rest of the family had normal cheese and we could find nothing in there's. I phoned the shop immediately and spoke to the manager and suggested he stopped using the batch of cheese. About 20 mins later he turned up at our house and my details in hand along with the offending glass promised someone would be in touch. At 13.30 Monday I am yet to be contacted. I am now going to chase Domino's to see what is happening, make an appointment with the dentist ( luckily it is a back tooth and is not causing me any pain, I will then be presenting Domino's with the bill.

Dominos Deals are a bit confusing... the server confused me even further... Anyway. Fun watching the pizza being made, and the clock telling you how long until the pizza is ready is a great idea - it shows your order no & describes each phase of prep. Walk in is easy & cheaper than delivery plus added bonus you can check that it’s correct immediately. Would visit again.

Found a piece of glass in the stuffed crust area of my Pizza and caused severe dental damage to my teeth. Luckily not in the pizza of two 5 year olds or a 12 year old dining with us. Response from Domino's quicker than the initial delivery of our order, a manager insisted they picked up my glass piece found and chewed on. Heard nothing, apart from Head Office insisting l fill a form in which asked details including what l ordered and when and what l found in my pizza. CEO contacted in both US and UK alongside Food Standards! If you want £100s of dental work for a £49 meal, order you Saturday night takeaway from here. Never again and totally disgusted on how l have been treated, got a long course of dental work to look forward too and also Domino's currently have refused to refund my order value via PayPal and also a £10 credit offered on same order when a Garlic Bread was missing. Disgusted and used Domino's in Chester hundreds of times never again!!

Worst fast food outlet in Chester waited 4 hours for delivery after 2 hours they said it was on route then they would not pick the phone up I had to go there in a taxi to only be told by a very rude young man that I had already had my pizza got back home when finally some one with half a brain worked out there had bin a mistake so I waited roughly 4 hours 20 mins never ever order from there

Third visit to this place tonight. Not been wowed on previous visits but won’t visit again after tonight. Convinced all the staff are drunk/have taken drugs. Took 15 minutes (I timed it not exaggerating) to order a personal Hawaiian with jalapeños and anchovies and a cheese and tomato with jalapeños and anchovies because the guy on the end of the phone could barely string a sentence together and kept asking what our third and fourth pizzas were, got the toppings completely wrong and told us these two £5 pizzas totalled £64.50. Despite having rung ahead to order we waited another 15 minutes in the shop as they didn’t seem to be able to work out how to accept cash. The final straw was returning home with what turned out to be a basic Hawaiian (none of the additional toppings paid for) and a pepperoni (for the vegetarian). Won’t return. Having viewed the practices of the staff I would have significant concerns in regards to health and safely. Thankfully it didn’t matter they’d messed our order up as I had no intention of eating it having viewed what goes on in the shop. They will need to rely on late night drunken custom/none discerning teenagers to remain open if they give as little regard to their customers/accepted food safety practices as we have experienced tonight.
