Ordered online via the website. Wrong delivery. They believed the ticket rather than the consumer. Save your hard earned money.

I came here on an electric scooter which I then realised I wouldn't be able to carry my pizza home. I thought it would fit in my bag but obviously I misjudged. These two really nice guys at the papa John's helped me get it home. This one guy even drove me to my house bc I wasn't able to carry it. It was an unbelievable gift of kindness and something that I can definitely check off my bucket list.

The food is great, but I was greatly disappointed on arrival. Firstly parking is a nightmare (seems to be a trait for Dominos to set up in restricted parking areas.) So after struggling to find a parking spot I got inside and was told they DONT TAKE CASH (no reason given). Sorry but if you dont take cash why not say online OR put a sign up on the door so I dont waste time looking for somewhere to park and I can go elsewhere.

Shocking service. Arrived at the time the app told us only to find the order wasn't anywhere near ready. Staff then proceeded to ignore us and the other customers for about 20 minutes while they chatted. I've a large family so was a large order. Most of it cold with one warm pizza. Complained only to be told 'well you'll need to wait all over again' if you want a warm one. Got home and called the manager to complain and try and get some money back as stone cold order, and after waiting 10 minutes for an answer, then he hung up on me. I'll be taking this further.

Absolute fools, just went into the shop then, £12 for some greasy chicken and chips and cash only!! You can KFC for £8... They literally couldn't care less and wanted me to do all the leg work to give them MY money, unhelpful was like " don't like don't eat". Genuinely never experienced such a poor customer experience for what is essentially a poor man's low level kebab shop charging more than gourmet Turkish kebab shops do. Why any of you locals support this business is beyond me.

The food is great, really tasty and the offers are always good I've had some issues with delivery in the past but have been compensated for the trouble by going through the site. I would give them higher marks but I haven't been able to order from them for a while, I finish work at 8 so I'll sometimes get takeawy as a treat and the app always says they're not doing deliveries from then on. Investing in some late night delivery drivers would be a big plus I think.

The bread was so bad and the food was very cold . I have to chase the driver to let him know wheather he have my food and the answer was no as soon as I walk off he then call me and said where did you order food then that’s the time he gave me the food if I was not on a night shift I would have return the food, that’s my second meal as we are on Ramadan. Disgrace!

After seeing all the negative reviews I had to chime in... We have been using Ali's over 6 years, we eventually stopped because the food and service was terrible! But whoever took it over or whichever chefs they sacked was a brilliant idea... The curries are some of the best curries I've had in a long time, certain things could still do with a change like the onion bhajis and paneer pakora, just not crispy enough. But this place definitely doesn't deserve the hate that it got years ago!! We never have issues with the food nor the delivery for over a year! Food quality is always so good 👍

I ordered a pizza with cauliflower wings today 4th November 2022. I placed my order at 16:25 my order got confirmed 16:26. It didn't arrive to my home until 17:40 and it was cold. My son said it tastes weird. When I tasted it and the cauliflower wings it tastes like its been sitting there for ages. No email call or text to say they were delayed. They don't answer the phone they keep cutting it off. The food has gone in the bin as we ended up ordering Morleys. They don't even have the decency to reply to my email nor answer my call so I can get a refund. WHAT A DISGRACE. They obviously don't want to refund me the thieves 😒

Still good! The new "Romana" thin crust pizza's are truly excellent, tasty, and well stacked. I really enjoyed the "Spicy Guiseppe"! Good service, nice ambience. Looking forward to sitting under the tarapaulin cover outside in the courtyard, on a warmer day perhaps!

Disgusting, Cutlery dirty, plates dirty, hair in food. Ask for table To be cleaned and staff wasn’t impressed Staff just chat don’t ask if you’re ok. Place was filthy. Walked Out. Made us feel sick!!!! 🤢

¡Hace mucho tiempo que no le doy gracia a un Pizza Express y pasará mucho tiempo (si es que alguna vez) antes de que vuelva a suceder! Qué experiencia tan deprimente... el camarero más de mal humor y francamente miserable que he visto Comida por todo el piso, mesas sucias, pizza era solo tibia Brutalmente caro y bueno, simplemente patético realmente .. ¡Cómo se atreven a meterte una máquina de cartas en la cara y pedirte propina es asombroso! ¡Basura de desperdicio de dinero!
