Max delivery time 34 minutes said on my order. Over one hour still no deliverd. This type of service doesn't deserve to be paid for. For that type of service they should pay for costumers 😡

Pizza does not taste as good as Dominos pizza should. Just a really flat taste with vegetables cut into uneven unattractive shapes.

Tasty hot pizza and cheesy chips. Cooked spot on for pickup as scheduled.

Ordered via just eat but as soon as my order was placed got a call from staff to say they didn’t deliver to my address despite being listed as doing so

Domino's are OK but quite expensive

Fast and efficient collection but not much parking

The food was awful and so was the cookies. Over cooked and burnt underneath and over priced. The cheese burger pizza had hardly any toppings on.

Ordered in store next to no meat it was meant to be a chicken feast it was more like sweetcorn with an afterthought of chicken on it the base was dry had hardly any sauce on the base it was very disappointing

Ordered from dominoes in Melton lots of times & the past 2 times have been extremely poor. On both occasions the pizza was greasy , cheese only on one side of the pizza & the base was soggy. I thought this was a one off untill I ordered recently and it was the same as last time. Seems like they cannot be bothered anymore use to be top quality pizza and well presented, not sure if they have a new chef but it’s definitely not a mistake, gone extremely down hill. Much better pizzas in Melton for a much cheaper price.

Great shop, hot and tasty food. I’m disabled and so they even brought my pizza out to the car for me. Great service

Just had a medium Texas BBQ and now I’m having severe problems with pain and cramping 6 hours on, throwing up everywhere and can’t get off the toilet. Don’t know whats happening here but this shouldn’t happen.

Very average pizzas , nothing special as were the extra's . Service was sloppy and no one seemed very interested in customer service.

DONT LIKE BEING WOKEN UP AT 11.45pm because the delivery driver got the wrong street, well maybe look at where you need to be before you knock on someone’s door and start the dogs off, not even an apology glad I don’t order from you if that’s how the service is

Delivery radius is absolutely laughable

Wont deliver to our house. Wont allow us to collect. Wont deliver to the car after we offered to drive there. Wont specify a time on orders. Staff have no answers to any of the above. Absolutely useless!! No wonder there is so many 1 stars.

Lovely pizza and chicken but very disappointed that the cookies were almost raw and being pregnant I couldn't eat them x

We order a delivery that comes to our front on time and is excellent quality and value, it is easy to selcect your choice of Pizza etc

Ordered two for one large pizzas. It was cooked well, and on time, but very disappointed with the quantity of toppings on the Veggie. Not like the pictures on the website at all...

Incompetent. Poor customer service. Pizza arrived not overly hot, brought wrong drink. Won’t use again.

Fantastic food pitza this weekend and 2 weeks ago had family.around and like us they were very.impressed really tasty and yummy and very helpful staff over the phone.

Disgusted with the customer service from the female manager at this branch. We stopped here to break up a long journey down from Edinburgh to London & got told that ‘Scottish money was NOT accepted here’!!! Then took no note of the request of no sauce on my daughters chicken wrap! I would NEVER stop here EVER AGAIN!!! Your an absolute DISGRACE to the ‘UK’!!! Also there were no proper signs up to indicate where the entrance was to the drive through from the main road- very confusing!

i can say this one of the disgraceful pizza i ever have stuff is not professional,no smile on faces no cheese.and pizza is full on bubbles. very disappointed

All the bad reviews!!? The staff are friendly polite and professional, and the pizza's are fresh and made to Domino's high standard and priced fairly. What more do you want? (Oh yh thats it ... a free pizza!🤣)

If you want an average Pizza then you wont be disappointed as they are pretty much as you would imagine from a chain of Pizza shops.

Ordered and PAID for extra pineapple on my pizza, probably got 5 tiny bits of pineapple on the pizza, not even an acceptable amount for a normal hawian. Also ordered fanta that didn't come, when called to mention the fanta was created with a sigh and told "we're really busy" Also way too much sauce on the pizza completely over powered the taste of anything else. Had really nice pizza in the past from here but tonight's was very clearly rushed and not nice at all. Very unsatisfied

My advice would be to check what you have ordered and received before you leave - totally useless, got a pizza today with no toppings on as they had forgot to put them on - useless and poor customer service too

mediocre food ..disinterestd staff..no atmosphere typical of the corporate food outlets...had to send my pizza bazk as it had the wrong toppings on ..waiter just grunted and took it away..replacement not very good either

Gone down hill poor food poor service

Said on website open until 12.30 am we went down this was at 11.30pm and they said they was closed they said it was the grantham branch that was open until 12.30am not them very disappointed in dominos

Waited an hour for food to arrive & then it was all stone cold , phoned the store put on hold for 10 mins then to be cut off . Phoned back and spoke to a manager who said they could deliver again in an hour as there busy . Not even a sorry what an Aweful service had to put 1 star or couldn't write a review horrid service

Just too expensive and the staff could do with breaking a smile occasionally and the drivers are inconsiderate and drive like idiots. There's better places to go and far cheaper as well.

We had to wait for a while, after ordering. The food was not that hot. Would not really recommend it.

What can I say the employees look like they are working in a skate park with there shorts on and trainers on untied. There service skills are not at all impressive they seem to have an attitude. And what annoys me more than all of this is the delivery drivers drive like idiots racing around and basically being complete idiots. This shop really needs to pull its socks up or shut down.

I have ordered the large size pizza but it was quite small. The taste was good. Enjoyed eating. I will re order with the different dominos to see the size

Have used quite a lot over the years however on 2 occasions I have had slightly burnt pizza not sure how this is as most dominoes use the same system and when I order extra dipping sauces I never receive even though ive paid for them!!!! Frustrating and annoying,I have mentioned it once when ordering and just got a "sorry" from staff not even the offer of a goodwill gesture of free pizza or anything so will probably now go to head office or area manager.

They definitely produce the best pizza but I couldn't rate it higher than average because the food left me really really thirsty later on and so I question are there MSGs or just loads of salt in it? Also it is expensive unless managed to find one of there offers. A big plus the staff are fantastic friendly and really happy people!

Ordered pizza from here last Friday night. spent all Saturday on the toilet. will not order again. Informed restaurant and was told they would "investigate" never heard anything back.
