Great pizza 🍕 Delivery on time! - Thank you

Late Friday night. We had two takeaway pizzas and a portion of chips last night, we had a bacon lovers that was very nice, needed more bacon flavour, but was very good and the tomatoes were lovely and fresh, lots of cheese and good flavours, We also had a Queen's flamer with the chilli base 😍, this was hot, damn hot, the chef, I take my hat off to you when you gave me the nod on collection, oh yes this was tasty, hot but blooming good, all the chicken was actually chicken and you could taste the food not just heat!! Thank you guys!!

when my order got to me it was wrong as I asked for a doner kebab and it dis not come with bread or salad I asked for chilli sauce and they gave me ketchup and the burgers were freezing cold

Pizza was cold, but chicken and burger was fire.

Quite expensive for the quality of food provided, but hits the spot if you fancy it..

Oh my... where do i start. Pizza was worse than a £1 tesco budget one.. cold, no taste, thin and no sauce. Fries in my opinion had been reheated as were like rubber and just horrid. Checken strips reminded me of eating a chicken ball from the Chinese takeaway but eating it cold the next day, horrible batter and chewy. Burger was...ok but just ok. Daughter said kebab was just ok too. But getting back to the pizza, this place should be ashamed of its self as the pizzas were the worst ive ever tasted and actually gave 1 of the 2 too the dog !

Normally the food is nice but this time it was awful the donner meat was like rubber and cold I gave it to my dogs the wrap was all soggy tbh complete waste of 21 pounds the burger and chips was ok but won't be ordering again be somewhere different from now on sorry but it's the truth 😐 ps fix up and put some love in your heart and food and stop serving slop

order a calzone but was nothing like one and both bbq sauces were missing

Worst pizza place I’ve had ordered pizza and the bottom still felt frozen, and the kebab was overcooked and the chips weren’t cooked at all. Made me very ill after having this never eating from here again. Would not recommend !!

Not happy this time. The food arrived late. We ordered medium chips and cheese and only got tiny chips, no cheese🤬🤬🤬🤬

Man on the counter was nice so I hoped it might be ok, but this is hands down the worst food we have ever eaten. Vile. Ordered a pizza and this came on a weird frozen base. Bland and tasteless and a horrible texture. Kebab was even worse. How can they get it so wrong.

A slice of home. I absolutely love their pizza, it reminds me of the ones I had religiously growing up. I’m writing my review following trying their delivery. For £15, I bagged two medium pizzas with chips and all of which came piping hot and freshly baked. Upon arrival, the driver called me to indicate he was outside and before coming out he insisted I be careful because it was raining and dark. Small sentiments like that are usually missed but I thought I’d note it because it’s small acts of kindness like that which show people in service going above and beyond for their customers. To say I’m satisfied would not cover the full extent, I’m very grateful and happy with my dining experience. We will be back!

This evening I ordered a portion of chicken wings and chips bbq as my partner reacts very badly to spicy food however I was sent the wrong order and although I spoke calmly to the man on the phone was faced with nothing but a RUDE and unpleasant response Food quality throughout order SOGGY undercooked Wrong items And nasty service Don’t order from this hell hole

Absolutely appalling place! We ordered two donnor wrap meals gave the restaurant our address and the food NEVER EVEN ARRIVED! we called numerous times to find out where our food was to be told the driver couldn't find our address! No phone call from driver or restaurant! tried to help them with location to told I have given the wrong postcode when infact it is correct! And now they have closed and telling me I need to go through just eat for my refund! Absolutely discusted by their behavior for them to not even call us! We had to call them to chase the food that they charged us for and never arrived!

Kebab was appaling! Hardly any meat and it was expensive! This place has gone right downhill! Avoid this place along with most of the others

Ordered tonight and was amazed at how they can mess up a simple Donna Meat Kebab. It tasted absolutely awful and it's not cheap either. Both the Kebab and chips tasted bland and rubbery, it literally tasted as if they had been done the night before. Apart from the disappointment of the meal it came at a decent time? BUT!! It does make you wonder why they come earlier than the actual time which is stated for it to arrive at. Unfortunately I will not recommend this place to anybody unless changes are made especially the prices for other foods. QueensPizza used to be amazing for takeaway food but lately its been really poor which is unfortunate really. Hope it can make some good changes in future and bring back the passion it once had for its food.

Appalling, ordered through a very popular 3rd party, delivery was late, followed the process through this 3rd party then order was changed to delivered, so contacted the restaurant who said it was a minute away, I questioned why they had changed the status to delivered when it had not been! food arrived, was cold and inedible, logged back in to report my concerns to find that queens had now changed my order to delayed?! Very dodgy and disappointing. Will never order from here again.

You will 100% need a microwave.. pizza is always cold. On par with a McDonald’s Uber eats delivery if that helps the description? Food is lovely when hot, to end on a positive x

Absolute rip off. Paid £8.90 for a large chicken kebab, when it got here it was tiny, hardly any chicken in it, I called to complain about it and they wasn't interested, said that's the size of them sir then went on about how much chicken costs at the mo. Order from somewhere else in town

Pizza wasn't cooked and fries hard! It was absolutely disgusting! Rang them to inform them about awful food but didn't seem interested 😕 never offered a refund or to bring new order. Will never order from them again.

Was charged £18 to wait over a hour for pizza that wasn’t cooked and a jacket potato that was hard and cold, the order was clearly rushed, when phoned to address the issue the chap on the phone was full of excuses

Pizzas are nice, delivery time is on point delivery drivers are exceptionally friendly, I always go to queen's 100% recommend.

Food was dry they forgot my pizza so I rang up they said they will send me a free pizza to compensate but didn't very unsatisfied with they company and no salad either will not be ordering again

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs today paid over £5 didn’t even get handful of meat the bbq chicken wings weren’t cook all the way through so could have got food poisoning if not checked absolute joke of a restaurant

I had an Italian pizza last night and it was absolutely delicious!! Chips were cooked perfectly, brown and crispy. Only took about 20 mins too. Will definitely order from here again

Don't bother ! Our order arrived an hour late (because the driver couldn't understand English or how to operatea satnav) then it wasn't what we ordered and it was cold ! They promised to deliver our order again but it never arrived. Got to be the worst service ever ! Waste of money.

Order came wrong . Called shop to be told I needed to check properly . Then after some discussion with another worker while I was left waiting they agreed to send out missing food . This came and was awful and obviously the food the forgot to send the first time won't be ordering again

One very disappointed pregnant lady... Absolutely starving and the drink came in the same bag as the chips so is now in the fridge because it was warm! Pizza tasted like it was made last week and has just been reheated. Chips also taste like they've been reheated numerous times. Pizza also drowning in the tomato sauce! Which is disgusting!! Will stick to what I know from now on... This place is awful!!! Needs shutting down. Never ever again💁

Ordered a bbq pizza and chicken burger. The pizza had no bbq sauce base and the chicken burger had no salad or mayo in. It took 1 hour 20 mins to deliver too and then resent a new pizza out and took 2 drivers to deliver and another 45 mins!

I’m a vegetarian so I don’t have a say on the meat side but certainly the pizza is great and a good amount for the price compared to the likes of Pizza Hut

Nope. .. put the very cold big bottle of drink together with pizza made the box colapse and pizza was wet on one side(when called the staff asked me same question over and over pretending dont understand ?)...very salty is well....wet pizza ...cold drink become warm...salty meat...Nope never again

Food was horrible. The cob was solid. Meat was like rubber never ordering from there again. And food was also burnt. I would rather eat my cats food.

This place used to be lovely!! What happened 😮😮. Ordered tonight because I wanted a kebab,ordered chicken shish kebab!! It was over cooked chicken on top of pitta bread, salad separate and 70p for garlic mayo😮😮. No where near as nice as before. Very dissatisfied

Ordered a chicken shish kebab with garlic sauce, a lamb shish kebab with salad and garlic sauce, and garlic bread, on line was told it would be a 45 minute wait, not too much of an issue, we understand businesses get busy. Received 1 small chicken shish with garlic sauce and 1 large chicken shish with salad underneath the naan and garlic sauce in a pot??? Husband tried the chicken without me and was not impressed. He asked if I wanted him to ring up and get them to correct the chicken for lamb I tried the chicken and said not to bother. There was no flavour in the chicken, I was hungry and have to take tablets an hour before food and eat the food within the hour after so by the time it came if we had to wait again would be a waste and if they couldn't get the chicken right how could they get lamb right. Grease was dripping out everywhere of the kebabs. The garlic bread was greasy and chewy it was like I was eating the night before left overs. Very disappointed!! Doubtful we'll order from them again.

Thought we'd have a change from ordering pizzas elsewhere. So ordered tonight and they are the worst pizzas we have ever had. They went straight in the bin. Talk about rubbery. The supposedly spicy beef just tasted like doner kebab meat. Never again.

Can't give it no stars. Collected food. Drove home 1.5 mile away to find cold food with kettle balls of cold grease on it. When I rang to tell them they simply said "You should of checked it then"

Absolutely worst ever fast food place to use in Melton Mowbray Couldn't find our address ! When I rang we're not bothered about the loss of our custom . Had a delivery from them once a week for the past 6 weeks but all of a sudden can't find our address . Don't waste your time with this company !!!!!!

I've been ordering from here now for a good few years always had good food and good service. Tonight I ordered and didn't seem like the same experience that I've had the guy that took my order didn't seem that bothered that I was ordering. He never asked me what I wanted on my kebab which is unusual. I asked him how much will the bill be he said I will send you a receipt I needed to know so I could get the right money ready. When my order came there where no chips I rang them and the same guy said what do u want me to do. I said send me some. He said I will have to charge you I said u made the mistake. Still he said u will have to pay. I said I will go somewhere else he said what ever mate. I waited 5 mins and thought this is not right I rang them. And asked for the guy I was dealing with and complained he said he was the manager and owner of the take away. His attitude was really bad towards me Terrible attitude I will never order from this takeaway again unless I get a full appulagy from the owner of the establishment

Fresh, High Quality Pizzeria. Definately Recommended.
