The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Do not order from DeLush Burger House. Absolutely disgusting place starting with the food and ending with the staff/ Manager. Just placed a order from them tonight 5th November 2021 and omg where do I start. Firstly took forever, then when it finally arrived I didn't even get what I ordered. All I wanted was a burger some chips and a spaghetti bolognaise with Garlic bread. I was given 2 burgers some rank sweet potatoes fries and 2 cans of Coke. Not my order, so rang them, I spoke to a worker and tried to tell them that I had been given the wrong order. He started complaining that he had no credit to phone us to say that he had no Garlic bread, spaghetti or chips. I said why didn't he use the shop phone, he complained that he had no staff, that he was the only worker there and he did not have time to do anything and no time to talk to me. I asked to Speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. I said that he should have credit on his phone if he managing a business and needed to speak to his customers, he told me and I quote" it is none of my business if he had credit ", I was flabbergasted he was the one whom told me he had no credit. He then told me I can complain online, I can ring whoever he didn't care , he was the only one there and didn't want to talk to me. I said you need to shut the shop as you can not run it like this, that you are just taking people's money and not providing the service. I asked for a refund, he said no that he gave me alternatives ( more expensive) I was like not what I asked for you are telling me what I want to eat. I said you are the manager and that ycan give me a refund, he just told me that I do not want to talk to me any more and goodbye and put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting place and staff, I will certainly be taking this further. Had to give 1 star only so I could leave a review, otherwise would have given minus stars.

A symphony of flavors in every dish! The attention to detail and commitment to quality shine through. Service was flawless. A definite five-star establishment.

Got a couple of pizzas here, really tasty, the bread was great and their happy hour time means they were half price too (we didn't realise, the man serving pointed it out)

I had a pizza from here and I was throwing up all night and diarrhoea all the following day, stay well clear.

Smelt of old oil. Probably one of the worst pizza I've ever had. I've thrown it away and have ordered from Pappa Johns. How in Gods name have these guys got so many 5 start reviews is beyond me.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Chips was cold,,, all the chicken was dry! Like it was cooked days in advance! Chicken burger was so over cooked and cold! Can of coke was out of date!!!!,,, I will stay well clear of this place in the future!!! Not even busy there!!! No excuse but just laziness

I’ve been a longtime customer of Domino’s, but my previous 2 time experiences have left me genuinely disappointed. It’s clear the company is making some questionable decisions, both in terms of customer service and overall direction. First, the customer service has taken a serious nosedive. I’ve encountered rude staff, delayed orders. On one occasion, my order was wrong they were not believed me and ask me to bring pizza back which i took and gave to them. When I called to report the issue, I was got juat another and no effort to make things right even no sorry or apologies. Second,It happened yesterday i ordered pizza and got delivery but the pizza wasn’t in good condition. i called domino back again but the Manager Behaviour was unacceptable. As far as costumer is concerned his way of dealing with me wasn’t good and he asked me to check it on dominos website it looks same as delivered but it wasn’t as i attached pictures down below. I asked him to deliver the pizza again but when i got the pizza second time , the manager asked me to return the initial order then only i will get the fresh delivery. Worse still, Domino’s seems more interested in flashy marketing than actual quality or consistency. They advertise new deals and tech features, but if the food doesn’t arrive properly and the staff doesn’t care, what’s the point? It feels like the company is prioritizing image over integrity. Domino’s used to be reliable comfort food. Now it feels like they’ve lost their way. I hope they take the criticism seriously and start putting customers first again.

Ordered food last night but WAS NOT DELIVERED. They claim to deliver it but no calls whatsoever made, and after calling the branch they even asked me to collect it?! This kind of service where you paid for pizza to be deliver but did not even see a shadow of the delivery is ridiculous! Very rude staff as well! 😤 Paid £30 for nothing!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Poor bland and extremely expensive pizza, don’t order via just eat as Domino’s duel price their food. Will never use this chain again

ordered pizza on a holiday, was marked as delivered even tho it never was. Waited over an hour for the pizza, called multiple times. When we were eventually put through they had just brought the order back because they didn’t want to call a foreign (irish) number. Eventually replaced the order after waiting 1hr 45 but it wasn’t a fresh pizza it was clearly the old pizza that had never been delivered brought back out. No refund or comps offered. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.

Ordered via Deliveroo, arrived stone cold. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza as I like the one Dominos do… and it was horrendous. The thinnest layer of cheese, overcooked, dry and the “beef” tasted odd. The slices were rock hard too. Thought we’d try them as we don’t usually as they’re quite expensive. Should have stuck to our local independent pizza place.
