I always enjoyed the food …. Kebabs have gone down hill very little meat …will start giving a wide berth from now on disappointing

Smelt of old oil. Probably one of the worst pizza I've ever had. I've thrown it away and have ordered from Pappa Johns. How in Gods name have these guys got so many 5 start reviews is beyond me.

All the reviews here that mention "Megan" or "Meghan" are botted.

Ordered large chips and curry sauce but seemed a bit on small side and a little bland.

Terrible service! delivered the wrong food and took 30 mins to deliver after finding out it was the wrong food, we tried to l call and sort the issues out and as a Muslim i can eat bacon of pork! i ss Musli best friend who is eati them to fix the order got completely shut off and told I was in the wrong it was a simply my own fault when it clearly wasn't. Terrible service terrible standards it's absolutely appalling will take my money elsewhere from now

i ordered chicken and loaded fries ,took over an hour to be delivered, i phoned them the woman on the phone promised it would still be hot, the driver phoned me twice because he got lost, i only live about ten mins away, no i could not collect because of disabilities, it was cold and disgusting, i will never order Dominoes again

Ordered vegi supreme and 2 portions of chips. Domino's took our money and told us it would take 30 minutes. Received a call after 15 mins to say they didn't have the toppings for that pizza. (No onions, no tomatoes, no mushrooms and no garlic!) We agreed to alternative toppings. The pizza did not arrive for another hour and when it did it was cold, there was only one portion of chips which were also cold. My cousin rang Dominos and very politely expressed our disappointment with this service. She was greeted with a complete lack of concern or interest, no apology, no offer of a refund. We are frankly astonished that a company of such renown has provided substandard food, substandard service and clearly does not care about its customers. We would never recommend Domino's based on this experience and it is apparent from other reviews that we are not the first to receive such appalling food and service. We expected at the very least a partial refund.

Poor bland and extremely expensive pizza, don’t order via just eat as Domino’s duel price their food. Will never use this chain again

ordered pizza on a holiday, was marked as delivered even tho it never was. Waited over an hour for the pizza, called multiple times. When we were eventually put through they had just brought the order back because they didn’t want to call a foreign (irish) number. Eventually replaced the order after waiting 1hr 45 but it wasn’t a fresh pizza it was clearly the old pizza that had never been delivered brought back out. No refund or comps offered. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.

Pizza was cold. !!! Driver was late

Ordered via Deliveroo, arrived stone cold. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza as I like the one Dominos do… and it was horrendous. The thinnest layer of cheese, overcooked, dry and the “beef” tasted odd. The slices were rock hard too. Thought we’d try them as we don’t usually as they’re quite expensive. Should have stuck to our local independent pizza place.
