Pizza Hut Delivery in Falkirk

The only reason am doing 1 star is that I couldn't do 0 stars the food was ice cold it took 45 minutes from leaving the shop to get to me what us a 7 minutes drive and then the driver couldn't find my address and called me and I had to meet him at the big Tesco in redding a absolute joke

never recieved my free chocolate fudge brownie with my meal deal so minus a star

pizza came looking like the delivery driver had been a serious road accident, cheese all off the pizza, pizza smashed against the side of the box and also cold at best. won't be ordering pizza hut delivery through just eat again.

Took the order, said it was on the way, did not arrive. Gave up and went to bed 2 hours later. Would be zero stars if it would let me. Expect full refund.

Never received my order, nr to restaurant is invalid everywhere on the net. Not nice Pizza Hut!

Staff were rude, had an email saying the order was ready and had to wait another 10 minutes when i git there, when i did get their the staff appeared to have no clue about my order just an awful experience

Food was great, delivered hot and on time - unfortunately I only received 3 out of the 4 pizzas in my £100* order - this was a birthday dinner and a treat we don’t get very often, so the person missing their dinner is a little gutted - the food that did arrive was delicious

items missing from my order.. 2 dips, for my pizza and onion rings... so I've nothing to dip them into 🥹

pizza had jalapeño juice on the bottom (i ordered mushroom and sweetcorn pizza no jalapeños ) forgot my juice but food was hot

3rd time in a row ordered the same thing from Pizza Hut and 3rd time only received 2 bits of Garlic Bread instead of the stated 4 bits.

I did not recieve half my order. Only got my pizza, delivery person forgot the drink and ice cream.

They also never called my mobile to say they were as I never heard my door knock! Then my fiancé went to take our dog out and the food was on my door step freezing cold in this weather not knowing how long it had been there I paid over £40 for this food that came freezing and stale because it had been left outside!

Even with the discount this wasn't worth the money. Bland and full of grease.

Incredibly restaurant so finding accessible seating was a little difficult. It's a good place for fast chicken based food. The tables were not as clean as we would have wanted but there were so many people it was easy to see why.

Cold pizza, no dips, abnormally large crust meaning very little topping and not cut properly so just tore to pieces. Absolute joke!

Collected an order from Pizza Hut. Lightening quick, ready in 10 minutes from placing the order to arriving in the car. Nice and hot like it should be. Both pizzas were kind of bland unfortunately

Amazing pizzas. By far better than domino's and at a more reasonable price too. Stuffed crust is absolutely amazing. I had to remove a star as they don't deliver to Maddiston even though Guilios take away next door can do it no problem 😂

I hour and 55 mins for delivery phoned 3 times, each time was hung up on after informing me it was delayed Receipt actually says on it "delayed" response from head office is that 1 hour 55 mins wait is acceptable even though estimated delivery was 35 to 45 mins.

They seem to go through a lot of staff, it's a different person every time, but tye training is really good. Everyone is informative and really helpful, also very polite, the food is superb too!

Probably one of the worst pizza I have ever had. It was undercooked and when I picked up each slice I held it by the crust and the rest hung limp against my hand. It had a very odd taste and was covered in a in a strange powdery stuff (garlic) Never again!

Fast delivery, delicious pizzas, very nice and helpful staff and service.

Honestly dont know why I have been buying from Dominoes the last few years, what a difference. The price is significantly better, the pizza quality is extremely better and overall is just a better experience. A real shame they dont have these plastered everywhere like Dominoes otherwise I would be a lot more frequent customer.

Collection. Not great. Pizza not as nice as usual and the cheesy bites were absolutely caked with garlic powder. They all went in the bin.

Always super busy this place but they seem to be seriously understaffed at peak times. They seem pretty stressed out so assume they're pushed pretty hard. Pizza is always class, always pleasant and polite staff. They always apologise for any delay due to them being busy. It's never an issue for me as I can see just how rammed with orders they are. Get the team more staff so they aren't panicking. Keep up the work though!

The person that served didn't look very happy as if things were a hassle to him. Not customer friendly.

Entrega tardó aproximadamente 1 horas. Pizza muy grasientos en el fondo. Cantidad pobre de ingredientes. El queso de la corteza rellenos tenía goteaba todo el pizza no es bueno en absoluto. Los trenes que nunca estos chicos necesita un nuevo conjunto de espectáculos.

The ordering was easy, delivery was quicker then expected, but what did we got in terms of food was by far what we expected. We usually go for dinner at the Pizza Hut restaurant down the road as it's always good food but because the weather was a downer we thought we would do delivery instead. When we got the the "the summer sizzle deal", sizzle is the main word here! The pizza had burnt reissue on them. Soggy and completely different tasting (even though it's the same types meat feat and margarita we get in the retail park). The wedges and cheese were terrible. THe cheese was rock solid and the wedges were stuck in it. I think when we order takeaway for pizza it will definitely be Dominos! At least they get it right.

I was craving a good delicious Pizza therefore decided to order online with Pizza Hut for delivery. I opted for a £14 offer of a large pizza, 3 sides and a bottle of juice. Delivery was really quick therefore so far I was pretty impressed. I had ordered the Chicken Supreme pizza with stuffed crust. I had had this in the restaurant many times and it has become my favourite. This time I was greatly disappointed. The pizza was not piping hot and was quite thin and flat. The crusts were difficult to bite into and pull off with my teeth. Not sure I'd order a Pizza Hut Delivery again, instead I'd opt for a a local takeaway place
