The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Deep pan pizza was not deep pan. Taste was ok but was just as deep as a normal pizza.

i ordered a half roast chicken and a buffalo chicken burger witch was dry and hard and chips were like cardboard my sister had a shish kebab with only 5 bits of meat and took nearly 2 hours to arrive never again

The cigarette smoke Iun this store was too much for me. Papa John’s staff were smoking right outside the Chester store so the smoke was blowing into the store. I mentioned it to the person serving me but they said it was just blowing in, as if that was acceptable. The staff were also wearing Papa John’s T shirts. It was very unpleasant going into the store. This was 5:20pm 5/9/2023. Had I not placed the order online and already paid, I would not have stayed. Had I been ordering in store I would have left, I would have been unable to stay in the store long enough to wait due to the cigarette smoke. Not only was this a poor advertisement for Papa John’s but I would not want to eat pizza made by someone with cigarette smoke and ash on their clothing. I hope they at least wear aprons that they take off before they smoke. We were not given an estimated time to pick-up, we had to wait until it said ready. The pizza had not been kept warm in the time it took us to get there so the pizza was only luke warm.It would be helpful to be given an estimated time when the order is placed so that customers may leave earlier and aim to arrive when the pizza is ready. Traffic was quite bad in Chester at 5pm and it took us some time to get there. The pizza was delicious, if a little cold, so it’s shame I will be unable to visit the Chester store again because of cigarette smoke. I am asthmatic and cigarette smoke is one of my triggers.

Visited on 13th April. Ordered Major Burger Was meant to be triple cheese burger with salad and sauce.But was Major Disaster,waste of money,no care taken processing the food for consumption.. Disgusting to be honest,will not be going there again to be served slop on a bun !!!

Deliveries are always late. Food is average at best. Avoid at all costs.

Had to wait 2 hours for food. Used to be amazing service but ever since it's taken over new management it's absolutely awful and the staff constantly lie about the order delivery time.

Don’t order using Uber Eats — the drivers go through any box that can be opened. I ordered wedges with my pizza and received a half-eaten box. Truly disappointing.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at one of your restaurants. I have never encountered such poor service. During a recent delivery, my order arrived without the Pepsi that was included. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this, I was told that they did not realize the mistake and that I would need to contact the delivery driver myself. I find this completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for errors made by your staff. It is not my responsibility to track down the delivery driver for a missing item. It appears that your staff assumed I was somehow at fault and that I was the one who needed to resolve the issue. This is a shocking way to treat a customer. Pizza Hut, you seriously need to reconsider your customer service policies and train your staff on how to handle mistakes appropriately. If you wish to have a good future, this kind of behavior towards customers needs to change immediately.

I had a fantastic experience at Dixy Chicken in Eccles. The food is amazing everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The Peri meals are superb, packed with just the right amount of spice and taste. And the hot wings? Easily some of the best I’ve ever had—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving quality chicken with bold flavors. Definitely coming back for more!

Good, they always cook the pizzas to how we like them every-time, but sometimes the chips aren't so good, it is a thumbs up from us.👍

I used to love the food from here years ago so was happy to see it on here for the first time ever tonight when I came on to order a lovely Friday night treat so i ordered my usual bits duck and pancakes, prawn toast etc , chicken and sweet corn soup, prawn crackers and a can but left some other usual bits out as it was a bit more expensive then my usual Chinese is as cost the same for everything mmm dumplings sauces banana fritters and a bottle of drink Instead of just the can as it did
